The_Chieftain:     I may have a problem when it comes to the urge to go intentionally get under the flight path of red planes...   Never thought to look it up.   My Iowa's a full AA spec, rating 99 or 100. Has barely 11 kills max. They seem to avoid me. Curse that loading screen! Best BB is Tirpitz, 15. Midway's running 96. The kicker is I fly strike loadouts. The guy was determined to try to kill me, I guess. (I spec heavily AA on my Midway) Saipan is 70, with Essex at 60, Lex, 76, Ranger 52, Hiryu 53. CVs other than those are all less than 50. Cruisers, Des Moines is at 57, Pensacola 26, best DD kill sheet is 9 for my Gearing.

GhostPrime:   Hello, and welcome to World of Tanks PC!   Team damage is on in World of Tanks PC. We have an automatic TK system built in as well to discourage team killing. WoTPC offers a lot, and is a bit of a different beast than the console version. Try out a couple battles. GhostPrime:   Right. I too have made this mistake! Thats why there is a damage threshold for TKs. Mistakes do happen unfortunately.

The_Chieftain: If the win rate remains the current 49.8 percent, give or take, no. It's within 'balanced' parameters..   I find Sentinel to be one of those odd tanks for which every rational stat and assessment indicates that the tank should be horrible, but despite that, it just seems to 'work' for me. Judging by the average win rate, it seems my experience is not unique.

GhostPrime: Hello Tankers,   Many of you have had questions about this policy so far. We gathered your questions from here, and other places and these are the responses we received from HQ. I hope this clears up some of the confusion.    Question: The ability to lock onto a target that isn’t highlighted, is that illegal? Answer: This is now considered a cheat.   Question: Why not just get rid of all mods? Answer: We love mods, we just find some of the mods functions create an unfair advantage, which is why you’ll see us talking about functionality instead of specific mods.   Question: Can Wargaming ban me without giving reason and/or evidence? Answer: When we ban someone for using cheats, we state in the message that a forbidden game function was used. We don’t provide any details on when a player was detected or what kind of cheat was detected because we don’t want to compromise our detection methods. It’s actually a widespread thing in the gaming industry – for example, VAC bans work in a similar way.   Question: Why not just ban people outright for using cheats? Answer: Striking down the hammer is permanent. We want to give people an opportunity to course correct and continue to enjoy World of Tanks    Question: When will the cheat detection system start working? Answer: It is up and running   Question: Do Warnings/Bans/Points on your account ever get removed or reset? Answer: It's 2 strikes and you’re out. For the first offense, the player gets a 7-day ban, for the 2nd – permaban. There are no plans to reset flags over a time period for now.   Question: Is Arty Battle Assist still approved by Wargaming to use? Answer: Yes, we’re still okay with it.   Question: What about the function that shows and calculates Camo and detectability rating in-game? Answer: This is currently under consideration   Question: Can we use mods that change the color of destroyed tanks? Answer: Yes, you can use mods that change the color of destroyed tanks.   Question: Can I use a mod that allows me to zoom out more? Answer: Yes, you can use a mod which allows you to zoom out further from your own tank.   Question: Are reload timers illegal?
Answer: Yes. Please let us know of any further questions you may have in this thread. 

GhostPrime: You may be running the HD version of the game client, and only updating one of the files. You will have two texture files of the same name. Both have to be in the folder you want the skin in. The "HD" one will have it in the title of the file, and the other will not. Both images need to be updated with the same image. 

GhostPrime: We are working on clarifications for this months tank rewards. The missions tab will oly display the current and not total completions. I apologize for the misinformation in my previous post. 

GhostPrime:   You should be able to see how many mission completions you have in the client. There is a number displayed in the upper right of the mission window, this is your mission completion progress.    If you need further clarification you could submit a ticket to support to get that information.

GhostPrime: Knowledge of the game's mechanics (and some skill) is the way to improve yourself in the game. There are many guides and players who are very good at the game that may be nice enough to let you in on some tips. Good Luck on the battlefield! 

GhostPrime:   Please submit a ticket to support about this type of behavior. They will be able to help. 

GhostPrime:   I use my Mouse 5 key for push to talk. A lot of PC mice have these two buttons on the left side of the mouse. Not all mice have these, though. Alt + A isn't a normal Windows Hot key as far as I'm aware
