Einzelganger7: What I'd do to the heavy tank missions is just like how some of the
personal missions make us to deal, block, receive damage that
reaches certain milestone. In personal missions is for example 3k
blocked, dealt, and received, why not making the tank rewards (and
HT 101 to 401) to be like that? For example, Deal/block/receive
equal (or double) to your tank's HP. This way I think those
missions would be a lot more doable and do not get away of how a
heavy tank mission should be because after all, some personal
missions have such format.

que permiten alcanzar un nivel X mucho más rápido que antes, pero
eso también responde a la necesidad de que no sea "doloroso" subir

queremos volver a la situación del 2011 en donde subir de nivel
implicaba grandes sacrificios. No porque los más viejos hayamos

nuestro mismo camino. Esto también es consecuencia de la evolución
que sufre todo juego, sobre todo uno que no puede mantenerse
estático por su propia naturaleza. Concuero que habría que hacer
una revisión a los cálculos de EXP porque ponderan demasiado la
victoria/derrota/empate a mi gusto. Claro, ese es el fin último de
la batalla, conquistar la victoria y debe haber una recompensa
acorde o sino el juego sería sobre dar lo mejor de ti y nada más
sin importar el resultado (no creo que querramos ir por ese
camino). Quizás aplicar conceptos de rol (en otra escala), como los
de las Batallas Clasificatorias, podría ser la respuesta. Sobre los
problemas de sonido en el juego, ¿algún material que podrían
facilitarme para entender bien de qué se trata? Una grabación (no
una repetición) sería lo idea, pero entiendo que puede complicarse.
Entiendo también que no debe estar relacionado con los mods porque
es lo primero que suele ocasionar problemas en estos apartados. Sí,
lo de la escuela se ha planteado (o al menos algo parecido), pero
en cualquiera de sus variantes demanda una cantidad de recursos muy
importante que nos haría desviarlos de otras de nuestras tareas.
Entiendo que es de jugadores para jugadores, pero no podemos no
supervisar algo así y que se regule solo (todos sabemos cómo
terminan cosas de ese estilo). Antes de cerrar, por favor,
les pido que no se desvíen de los temas centrales. Socavar las
opiniones de los demás no las hace menos válidas para

negativas (tengo mis propias reservas también que ya he planteado
internamente). Lo que puedo decirles de momento es que en este
preciso instante estamos elaborando un informe con estos
comentarios para el equipo responsable y así hacer correcciones (o
simplemente volver sobre nuestros pasos) para el evento de
octubre. En el mientras tanto, dado la imposibilidad de
modificar condiciones o puntaje sobre la marcha (mucho menos
recompensas), estamos evaluando medidas adicionales que ayuden a
mitigar la obtención de puntos para suavizar el impacto de este
evento. Nada confirmado todavía y tampoco es lo ideal, pero estamos

able to do all daily missions if they are more time consuming than
the two past tank rewards during the time I was on vacations? I
also work so I already decided to skip the rest of the tank
festival so no 105 dogtag customization items for me because even
if the daily missions are easy, I do not have time for seven
matches a day, aside of Friday so thanks but nope, this "back to
school" is everything but doable for people who study and work. I
just hope October's tank rewards event will have the houses, that
was an actual good format.

time.
Ultimately, we discourage account sharing so it's probably not in the cards to authorize multiple people who can access your account, nor do we have any realistic way of vetting who these people are. I can imagine there may also be some type of GDPR restrictions involved so gathering personal information to identify who people are probably isn't in the cards for us.
That said, if someone is a clan commander, for example, and passes away - we have no way to verify that the individual who passed away is in fact the original owner of the World of Tanks account. An account ownership verification request can be submitted on the late owner's behalf, however verifying ownership of the account requires information that you probably won't have access to without being in direct contact with that individual's family.
A clan is a community, and often, lifelong friendships are formed through clans and just gaming together in general. Get to know your clan leadership and have a means to contact their families; not just as a contingency in case the unthinkable happens and nobody can access the commander's account, but also simply because our love of gaming and tanks brings us together. Meeting someone face to face after knowing them for several years via teamspeak etc. is really a surreal experience - it's like running into an old friend or family member after a period of long absence.
I guess my TL;DR is - there's no way to properly plan for something like this, both in the context of our game but also life in general. The people in our lives are precious - we should cherish them and make an effort to stay in touch with them, lest we lose the opportunity to do so by the time something dreadful occurs.

Felipe6666Original: Con lo que me refiero al tema de la comunicación, es que quizás en
algunos casos nuestras decisiones están bien justificadas en lo que
respecta a lo técnico, pero fallamos en transmitir eso a nuestros
jugadores para que entiendan bien el por qué de muchas
cosas. Sobre cómo se deciden los cambios (creo que te referís
a eso), es una conjunción de muchas cosas, pero que se resume en
dos pilares fundamentales: opiniones de la comunidad (percepción) y
estadísticas (datos duros). Tiene que haber correlación entre una
cosa y la otra para efectuar cambios, pero aún así no es tan
sencillo tampoco. Por ejemplo, podemos determinar que X vehículo
necesita un buff/nerf, ¿pero cómo afecta eso al entorno de juego en
el que se desempeña (léase como mapas, dependencia del equipo,
etc.)? ¿Cómo cambia su rol futuro versus el rol con el que fue
concebido? El problema es que también muchas veces nos
encontramos con que las opiniones son contradictorias entre sí o
las estadísticas no se coinciden con lo que plantean. Por ejemplo,
desde la introducción del bloqueo de mapas recolectamos
estadísticas sobre los que los jugadores bloquean con más
frecuencia (lo que evidentemente indica que hay algo mal con
ellos), pero en las encuestas que realizamos con periódicamente los
mismos mapas figuran como los favoritos. Una contradicción tan
evidente no hace que descartemos cambios, pero los hace más
complicados de determinar por todo lo que supone investigar un
choque incongruente como ese. Otro ejemplo, y uno de los más
recuerrentes, es el del Type 5. Sí, la comunidad (sobre todo los
que poseen el tanque) argumentan contra los cambios, pero las
estadísticas no se coinciden con lo que plantea. No hubo una caída
abismal en el desempeño y/o uso del tanque a nivel global como se
suele plantear, está dentro de los límites tolerables. Además, ¿por
qué se lo hizo? Porque el daño con HE era ridículo y anulaba por
completo tácticas de evasión o de defensa (como ocultar los puntos
débiles o similar). Claro, la función de la HE, entre otras, es
precisamente esa, pero no al nivel de disminución de efectividad de
las tácticas como la versión anterior suponía. Sobre la
rotación de mapas, es curioso que lo menciones, porque la cantidad
de reportes recibidos al respecto hizo que lográramos que se
realice una investigación sobre esto a fines del año pasado para

reportaban el problema. Desgraciadamente, no notamos anomalías al
respecto, pero aún así los reportes persisten (incluso yo tengo
opiniones encontradas con este asunto), pero no hay mayor
explicación de momento que la mala (o buena) suerte. Veré si puedo

music from European countries (especially Scandinavian) than from
US, though they are barely known outside their country or outside
Europe, still the one I'd consider overrated is Rammstein. I like
them but to me they fit on that category. Aside of them I can't
find any other band I listen to that would fit into that.

censura por haber utilizado el foro como su muro
personal. Sobre lo demás: Ustedes quizás no lo saben (y
no tienen por qué saberlo tampoco), pero ya que hay interés, paso a
explicarles que estoy encargado de virtualemente todo lo que tenga
relación con LATAM excluyendo Brasil (léase como Facebook, YouTube,
Magui, Abril, misiones específicas, concursos, producción,
revisión, supervición, artículos dedicados, portal, foro,
Contribuidores y Voluntarios de la Comunidad, Discord, grupos,
anuncios, gestiones, avisos, traducción, localización, etc.). Claro
que no son cosas que podría llevar adelante sin el respaldo y
confianza de cargos superiores al mío en cada uno de los ámbitos
mencionados (y la ayuda de varios de ellos), y sí, tiene gusto a
poco desde su lado (lo tendría para mí también), pero para
desgracia mía y de ustedes no tengo la posibilidad de clonarme o de
no dormir (el café tiene sus límites). El punto anterior es para
que entiendan este, el vinculado a las sugerencias. Tener esta
carga (que disfruto, por cierto, porque sino no estaría aquí y no
hubiera pedido entrometerme en áreas que ni siquiera me
corresponden por mi cargo) me obliga a elegir mis batallas. Si me
dedico, por ejemplo, a elaborar una presentación con algún modo de
juego propuesto para presentarlo a quien corresponda, en el medio
muchas cosas dejan de existir hasta que pueda volver a ellas (o
suceden igual, a riesgo de dormir cuatro horas diarias porque soy
adicto al trabajo). Eso no quiere decir que las ignore (disfruto
leerlas), pero no puedo pasarme el día insistiendo en que algo se
haga si la respuesta ya fue negativa por las razones que fueren
(ver punto 4). Cocuerdo en que nuestro sistema de reportes o
informes deberían ser más transparentes en el sentido de mostrar
cuáles son nuestras sanciones en cada caso, por qué y a quién se le
aplicó, pero el contrato de uso nos impide hacerlo por ahora (lo
que muchas veces trae aparejada una desconfianza plena en que
prestamos atención a los reportes siquiera, algo lógico). Es por lo
mismo que eliminamos todo lo que apunte a hacer naming&shaming.
Para bien o para mal, las reglas son las reglas, y hay
procedimientos que seguir. Personalmente, espero que cambie en el
futuro. Muy probablemente, es la parte comunicacional la que
requiere más apuntalamiento que las demás, pero son cosas que
muchas veces escapan a nosotros. Aún así, yo intento dar un toque
algo personal, me meto en las discusiones, intento no evitar los
temas que puedan ponerme incómodo y me tomo un tiempo prudencial
para contestar para que no se sienta como una respuesta de manual.
Habiendo dicho todo esto, el método de votar por las cosas
que se hacen o no en los ámbitos que tengo la posibilidad de
gestionar solo agrega un paso burocrático y absolutamente ineficaz
por todo lo que ello supone: tiempo, método, representatividad,
etc. Prefiero simplemente enfocarme en las opiniones recurrentes y
modificar lo que ya hago o puedo hacer (en la medida que pueda) y
pasar a la acción directa. Dicho esto, si no conciben este hilo con
el propósito propuesto y prefieren la modalidad antigua, no se diga
más, cierro el hilo y diversificamos el espacio de "debate" como
estaba antes y listo. ¡Saludos!

The real question will be if the player keeps it up for longer, at
that point you can really start to question if its actually one
person or multiple people hot seating the same account.

so "meh..." (I prefer a lot more tier nine and lower) and I only
have 5 HEAT shells on my configuration because I do not want to be
like most of those you mention spamming premium, I want to play
fair (unless it is a tank with BS armor like the type 5 or the 268
v4), but I'd rather play other tiers to avoid getting shootted only
by premium ammo and get my armor negated (thing that happen as well
in the other tiers but I tolerate it more on them because I'd get
penned with normal ammo anyway for using mostly paper-thin tanks so
I am making them lose extra credits whenever I get spotted and
receive shots and that makes me glad lol).

B2 french tanks that were modified by Germany and turned into SPGs.
Also I think the Tiger 131 could have both the German and British
nationalities because it was captured by the British in Tunisia.

First of all, we're talking about the well-known captured vehicles, vehicles supplied under Lend-Lease, and representatives of historical and cultural heritage, such as the Polish T-34-85 Rudy. Feature allows players to complete missions with national restrictions. Upon changing the vehicle's nation, it becomes possible to use the Crews, equipment, and consumables of that nation. A player's configuration of the vehicle for another nation (such as Crew and mounted equipment) can be saved; switching between nations is free. The legendary T-34-85 Rudy is the first multinational vehicle. Its nation can be switched between the Soviet Union and Poland. The Polish version has a Crew of four unique Polish tankers with 100% trained Brothers in Arms perks and a German shepherd. Players who have this Premium vehicle in their Garage, will receive the Polish Crew as a gift and can utilize the nation-changing feature. Changes to Ranked BattlesChanged the qualification logic. Added Bonus Battles for the number of Chevrons according to the results of the qualification. Made some balance changes to the system of role experience. Implemented bonuses to Combat Experience and bonds for high performance upon passing the qualification. ExteriorAdded two new customization sets:A unique historical 2D style for each nation. A universal historical 2D style for all nations for all vehicle types.

possible and would probably take a good deal of development to get
it to where that would be a possibility. I will say that I
have been asked this exact thing by a lot of other clans, and I can
pass this on as a suggestion to the dev team. Obviously this is by
no means a promise that it will get added but I would be interested
in what others think of this idea
