DomoSapien: The battle you play to complete your 10K mission will unlock your 30K mission. So once you are trying for 10K I recommend waiting for each battle to finish, that way you make sure you landed in the top 10 XP earners before firing up the next battle.

DomoSapien: I've only logged one battle in the Renegade so far, so I can't really share my opinion on it but:

Several of my CC's have been really happy with it - some like it more than others but tier-for-tier I'd say it fares better than the E5 does. There does seem to be a consensus among them that it doesn't feel particularly over or under-powered.

The grind is definitely, well, grindy. But with many getting time off on Friday for Thanksgiving weekend, I think we'll see a lot of folks getting up to about stage 6 or 7 which brings the price down to something pretty reasonable.

I've heard that the M54 is actually pretty well-balanced while still being quite fun to play. Posting threads with the primary goal of inciting unrest on the forums can certainly be considered non-constructive posting, as is chiming in on the thread solely to berate the OP.

Sería como regresar al Waffentragër E 100 tal cual y como estaba sin contemplar las nuevas clases de vehículos o mecánicas (mucho menos los cambios de valores de daño y penetración). ¿Quieren que vendamos miras u otros elemenos personalizables? ¿Y qué impidiería a cualquier jugador que lo compre una vez portarlo en forma de mod y ofrecerlo gratis luego? Para impedirlo, deberíamos eliminar a los mods de plano, y así quedarnos con el monopolio de producción. No suena como una idea de negocio/libertad muy razonable (sin contar los recusos que eso drena). El artículo aclara que no estamos enfocados en la parte económica en esta prueba en particular, eso vendrá en otra, así que no se preocupen. Las AAP disfrutan de un privilegio que nadie tiene: disparar desde más allá de lo que el rango de visión permite a cualquier otra clase, cubriendo prácticamente todo el mapa. Eso tiene que tener una penalidad como cualquier otra clase tiene.  ¡Saludos!

https://discordapp.com/invite/wot-usa/ As for the feedback process, I recently incorporated a more in-depth survey to send the dev team some more quantifiable data than we've been providing them in the past. One of the results of incorporating the survey was vastly increasing the volume of feedback from the NA Region regarding Ranked Battles. Whether or not it'll make a tremendous difference, who knows, but it's a personal project of mine as part of an effort to increase the presence of NA feedback in the mind of our devs and more accurately represent the sentiment of our region, since we are notorious for generating a very small volume of viable feedback.

That Ranked Battles survey has since closed but it had some promising results so I'm going to be incorporating more surveys into the feedback reporting process moving forward.

Looking at RU sentiment reports, their feedback request threads generate hundreds of comments, on a good day our feedback threads will generate 40-50. You could certainly say this is a symptom of past experiences which indicate that feedback won't be considered but I was not part of the Community Team back then so I'm focusing on what I can do to make improvements. 

I can't think of much outside of having devs individually respond to each and every bit of feedback they receive to increase the transparency of the feedback reporting process. Like, I could post the reports themselves, after the fact? But that opens a whole other can of worms with people arguing with me if they don't like how I summarized their feedback etc.

Definitely susceptible to the HE on tier VIII or IX wheelie boys, but you can usually dump a full clip (or almost a full clip) into them in-between reloads. 

DomoSapien: Well, the 5 battles restriction exists on the forums to prevent people from spamming with a bunch of alt accounts. Sadly this sometimes poses a hurdle. Might be worth contacting customer support. I know it's not particularly pleasant dealing with support but they can help you run some diagnostics and maybe identify the problem? 

 

DomoSapien: Interesting, so it seems to crash while parsing all the web content that populates the launcher? I wonder if it might be related to firewall or port forwarding settings.

Granted it's been a few years since I worked in Support but to me, that sounds like it might be connection-related somehow.

Customer Support might be able to help you identify what's causing the issue but I anticipate it'll be a bit of a lengthy troubleshooting process since it's kind of a complex issue. Still, might be worth a shot.

You might want to try submitting a ticket.

DomoSapien: If it were up to me, Gen chat wouldn't exist....but it's not up to me  I think it's one of those things that's so archaic and hard-coded into the client that removing it would break stuff and we might get another contact list debacle like we did in 2017.

DomoSapien: Would you prefer a game ban over a chat ban? I've played other F2P games that simply ban your game account outright for chat violations. I used to be a toxic jerk when I was in college so I may have received some game bans in my day.

That said, if your friends feel that their chat sanctions were handed down incorrectly, we do have a penalty appeals process. Granted, most penalty appeals get denied however our CSR's are human beings and human beings are not infallible. It's possible someone made a mistake and incorrectly handed down a sanction. Couldn't hurt to submit a ticket and find out.

Mi asunción personal es que es uno de los tantos ejemplos de fake news o noticias parciales que se publican en sitios de terceros y nada más que eso, pero quizás, tan solo quizás, haya algo más (eso sumado al hecho de que México, lamentablemente, no cuenta con mucho material propio que digamos, pero bueno, el artículo no habla de una rama entera). Sí, el Hellcat en cuesión evoca al viejo Hellcat (más OP que...). Sí, habrá evento de Navidad/Año Nuevo, pero eso es aparte. Preguntar sobre si recibirán la máxima recompensa no servirá de mucho aquí porque, de nuevo, los detalles de los cortes por año estarán disponibles en unos días. ¡Saludos!

De otra manera, habríamos dedicado recursos en una herramienta fútil. En ninguna parte nunca dijimos que avalamos al WN8 como una medición oficial. Es una fórmula creada por los jugadores (entre los cuales se encontraba un gran mentor mío, Praetor_77, cuando apenas entraba en ACA y tenía un KV-3) para los jugadores. Se hizo en un momento en que WoT directamente carecía de una puntuación propia o eficiente, ergo su viralidad. Con el correr de los años, mantuvo su popularidad y no tenemos razones para combatir un método de evaluación alternativo si los jugadores creen fehacientemente que es mejor a lo que ofrecemos nosotros (lo mismo aplica a las miras, los sonidos y a cualquiera otra cosa que modifique elementos del juego a beneficio del juugador sin incidir en el desarrollo de la batalla). Los nicks que el sistema genera para los bots y para los usuarios ocultos son diferentes. Los que usan los bots están tomados literalmente de todos los nombres para miembros de tripulación cargados al sistema, cuyo acceso está a la vista de cualquiera, mientras que los que generará el sistema no son así de predecibles como "Capitán_RommelPatton", sino más bien como "juancho_1986". Dicho esto, los bots cuentan con un identificador que, precisamente, los identifica como tales. Y si quisiéramos introducir bots de manera encubierta, hicimos todo al revés: anunciamos los bots hace más de un año en SA y recién ahora el Anonimizador. Si esto es parte de algún supuesto plan, claramente no estamos coordinados.  ¡Saludos!

Todos los detalles de la primera prueba están aquí, pero algunas cosas que quisiera remarcar antes de que comience el debate: Como mencioné, es un primera prueba, basta ver todo lo sucedido con el primer concepto del reequilibrio de los proyectiles especiales para concluir que lo que aquí se presenta no es para nada el cambio definitivo. Podría decirse que devolvemos la AP a la AAP, pero no es exactamente igual a como la recuerdan los más veteranos (sobre todo porque el daño no es el mismo). No, no tenemos pensado quitar las AAP del juego (antes de que lo mencionen). ¡Jueguen en el Sandbox y dejen sus opiniones!
