Wer ein Replay hat, welches einen oder mehrere Spieler eindeutig beim riggen zeigt und demnach die Schuld beweist, kann uns dies gerne per PN zuschicken. Wir werden auch weiterhin gegen Spieler vorgehen, die gegen die Regeln verstoßen oder Dinge wie Mission Rigging betreiben und wir sind dankbar für eindeutige Beweise, die uns helfen diese Fälle aufzuklären. Falls jemand riggt, gehören dabei ja auch noch andere dazu, somit sollte es da sicherlich jemanden geben, der ein Replay zur Verfügung stellen kann.

Ivana_Drago: Pokud platba neproběhla správně, peníze za goldy se k nám vůbec nedostaly a proto nebyly goldy doručeny. Je potřeba kontaktovat poskytovatele a poslat mu doklad o platbě, ten musí hráč získat od svého operátora / případně ze sms, která mu přišla, poté, co za goldy zaplatil. My tyto údaje k dispozici nemáme, a proto musí být poskytnuty ze strany hráčů. Návod, jak postupovat sem byl umístěn především proto, abychom hráčům ušetřili čas a jeden krok v celém procesu. Hráči samozřejmě mohou kontaktovat také naši podporu, kde s řešením situace pomohou, jak už zde bylo několikrát napsáno.

Mit Optiken bzw. Schere zu fahren hab ich damals auch nicht dran gedacht. Aber Hügel kann ich nur zu gut nachvollziehen. Aber es gibt keine extra Credits, sondern sie kosten weniger Credits (50 bzw. 30%).

Berbo: How do you need to pay for mistake? Monday cup and this cup have NOTHING to do with each other. Annual cup was open on Thursday, this Monday cup is a completely different thing. You messaged who? Did you write in Q&A as we ask from all players? Regards

Berbo: Don't take me literally, 100000 means many peope. Even if it's 100 it can't be catered to everyone's needs. 50 posts or 2 posts, we do look at them. But spamming same thing over and over doesn't make it more important. 1 hour between the games is something we can try to speed up but it's also something we can't influence a lot. We could close the reporting topic in 2 min and move along but there's a lot of players who don't have a clue how to things work and we spend a lot of time explaining, each time. Our tournament system is very complex and awful for newcomers so it's understandable that people have issues. I don't take it personally, you're free to speak out your mind. I was a player, played around 25k before I came to WG. I'm a player myself and I understand your point of view. But I also saw other side of the coin, which is our tournament system. Anyway, I do agree with you, it sucks it's so long but for the moment we can't speed it up. In 2 months we're expecting some change with the system and then we hope things will change Cheerio!

Berbo: That fun cup will show up in 4 weeks as you can see it's Fun Cup #4. The reason you saw it was a mistake, now it's hidden and it will show up once it's announced in the news. You're free to register for Monday Fun Cup 1 which is open and news were published today. So what's the problem? Cheers
