I hope this is the answer you have been looking for.   We as eSports admins that have competitive background,  totally understand your frustration. However, as you would accept, we are also are taking care of the entire tournament which has to move on!(We call this the show must go on rule)For this, there are some specific rules and even though we try to be as flexible as possible, we wont be able to "assume" anything.Unfortunately, based on this criteria your report wasn't sufficient with the correct names and screenshot prove that was asked for - in the given time! - and therefore it couldn't be processed.   I wish you a good night   Regards;   Kejjak
