The MM most times in my last experiance ( 8 month ago or more) mostly drop this arty aginst T5... the 203 mm gun here is owerkill, and in pratice usless i think. To slow reload speed compered the basic gun, to slow aim time compared the base gun.  3-If i play a T7+ SPG and i want HELP my team member who face brawl one enemy i canot do anything witout i damage my team mate. To big splash radius means my frendly tank is stunned/damaged. 4-Some times enemy slow mowing tanks go large open place by mistake of player or by mapp disign. In this case most times all arty zero in this one target. If only 3 arty fire a well armored target using 203 mm gun (M40/43, M50/53, Su-14-2, 212A or similar artys ) on avarage one direct good hit do ~250-360 damage if the enemy tier 8 heavytank, he survive first voley of fire maybe 2 voley. This is a torture for this player. 203 mm gun reload speed 30-45 sec.    SPG Reblance you planned what i think: 1-Reducing Stunn duration first hit: idea is okay. but pls do only T8 and above. Reason: Lower tier artys most times not cause big stun or if this artys forced to play higher tier enemys most times one of few good tools inside the team to deal big enemy tanks. (7-5-3 MM situations! not rare case the top 3 tank stay back and camp wait other do the dirty job... or failed to do the dirty job and other team members not capable to damage enemy top tanks) this case the stun can be critical to help frendly forces.   Secound thing: as you wg mentoned: arty players tend to support team and utilize the stun more. if the stun duration cut sorter(first hit stun duration) AND 3 arty / team then its can be better for all arty player becuse evry one has own stun window and can earn exp. or more chanse to earn exp. downside: sorter stun duration in first stun means all low caliber high tier arty need reload AND aim faster! Mostly French artys who base damage 750 and penetration power is a joke. This type of arty play mostly stun support role, and cap defense .  SO WG PLS BUFF THIS TYPE OF ARTY OR DO SOMETHING!   2-Reducing Stunn duration first hit: Problem here is what happen if all 3 arty same team see only one target and all reload same 10-15 secund. This is not rare situation becuse most coridor like map arty forced to stay specific place and all arty soem times stay one specific place. No one going to wayt stun effect wear off or soem one go wait wear off? Or waht happen if i hit first then my frendly spg hit same target near my stun end. He recive less chanse to make exp and money his job. this is not good. I advice the secund hitter arty comepnsation!if you half the stun time dubble the score what the secund hitter arty get!  IF YOU NOT DO THIS HERE WHAT WILL HAPPEN: Most players realyze not optimal fire same target if we play map where we can split arty fire we do. Less focus one target ->> make more player stunned, and less focus damage OR some arty say: to me wort more to win this game than earn exp and credit and fire focus. Many maps we SPG-s forced to fire same target becuse map dising one time one enemy in danger zone. In this case what will happen?  arty need deal damage fire non stop, no one or wery few go to wayt stun wear off...   3-Reducing FiX stun duration time, stun more damage done sensitive: this is intresting topcik, i need to see to know good or bead. no oppinon.   4-Reducing splash radius and basicly reducing damage radius: THIS IS DIRECT NERF! This is huge hit for any/all arty. Here is why: A - most times arty only splash damage the fast movers, direct hit very rare (IF THE FAST MOVER DRIVER DO HIS JOB WELL!) B-Arty camper potenital nerf! Behind cover tanks even more safe! c-The last Greet reblance/arty nerf bring as bigger splash radius to compensate situation. eekeeboo:   If it was easy, not part of the game and important demographic of the player base, it would have been done. There are no plans to ever remove artillery.

eekeeboo:   It's not designed to deprive you of anything. The event is there to reward people if they're already going to play, if not, then you lose nothing already. This is quite literally a reward you would receive by doing what you would already do and if you weren't, you lose nothing.

I got all the loot box tanks without even expecting them, and now "SPGs are in a bad shape, please fix!" translated as nothing done for months.   Generally speaking there are those who complain about something and expect it to change, and there are those who complain and give some reasoning, facts, and alternatives. It's all about being constructive in the end and having to response, feels like talking to the wind. So about reddog's post, I think he's not one of the miserable players who don't like the game, on the contrary, I think he's one of those who really like the game enough to care about the decisions being made.   ---   I also made a few more suggestions regarding your article about 2019 year resolutions, which I'll add here as well just in case you're interested, including both constructive criticism and some stuff that I don't agree with:   Premium Ammo Rebalancing   First of all, we call it gold ammo because it traditionally was gold-only ammo, and it will keep the name for convenience even if it was free of charge now. However it still costs 5-10 times the cost of standard ammo, which is the same idea with a different convention. Standard or silver rounds vs premium or gold rounds, even after the damage balance, probably won't be called special ammo by most veterans unless it's eventually equalized in cost and proved to be worse across the board compared to standard rounds as long as penetrations occur, which is even more prominent for HESH (A.K.A. gold HE) ammo.   That said, it's great to hear some news about gold ammo balance, even if the release is TBD. The day they are released I'll start playing tier 10 happily.   Matchmaker   The major issue with matchmaking has nothing to do with the templates, it's the fact that +2 Matchmaking is standard. If you reworked it as follows you'd probably get rid of all the frustration of playing vs impenetrable tanks that 1/2 shot you back to garage.: - Set all tanks to +/- 1 by default - Preferential MM tanks get +0 - Special tanks get +2. For example, Defender or HWK30 can do +2 just fine. - Please make sure not to put trash tanks on +2 special matchmaking like AMX 40 currently is.   There's not a single three-tier template that will satisfy people, those who have problems are always at the bottom because, with few exceptions, playing a bottom tier tank is frustrating and I think you already know that. Unless the top tank is a redline heavy tank camper, or a tomato-level player in general chances are you'll get shot for half HP, and that's simply not fun.   The Return of Frontline   I believe this was a success, at least on week 1 when people played for fun. The problem with this mode was that over the first week people identified the problems this game mode had and abused them on week 2. It was easy to see every game all the players up to General had a very specific set of tanks: Progetto, SPG and light tanks. We also understood that C was impenetrable so East side arty could simply move middle and focus fire single tanks random battle style for extra points at the middle. Playing deathmatch usually rewards more points unless both teams are really committed to playing the objectives, a point where nobody attacks doesn't yield any points for either team, even if the defenders are sitting on the cap keeping it safe.   Overall, the whole design was awesome, but still featured a lot of flaws that should be patched before more FL weeks happen. I can't suggest you change anything about map layout without risking even more prominent map imbalance, but at least you can do 2 things: 1. Block SPGs from moving to a different front. 2. Block defenders from invading territory controlled by attackers. This strategy is abused by many (me included) and killing artillery for free to get huge points isn't fair. Also backstabbing enemies who are barely respawning to attack isn't all too fair, honestly.   On top of that, if anything, this mode proved that playing the whole map and moving around is much more fun than playing corridors, but that can't be done with more than 1 artillery per team because we are simply afraid of being targeted out in the open and permatracked, stunned and killed. I saw your SPG rebalance video, and how your reduced stuns and improved spall liners, that's still not going to remove the hate on either side IMO, it will barely change anything to be honest. The biggest problem with SPGs is that you can't shoot back at them, there's no way to play against them, and they literally require zero map awareness or skills, you just sit back and click enemies on the map.   Vehicle Rebalancing   As someone who the painful stages of low-mid tiers of the japanese lines I stopped at STA-1 because it was a terrible tank. I am therefore glared to see the STB-1 finally gets some updates! I love the visual appearance of that tank and the Type 61, but the trash gun handling on them simply shied me away from it. Likewise from the Kranvagn, which I'm also impressed to see on the changes you made to all the heavy swedish tanks. Hopefully we'll start to see some of these changes soon-ish.   New Vehicles   Hopefully we get a Spanish line. I've never had any hopes because there are so few ideas from Spain, but after seeing Chinese tanks are just Russian copies I won't be surprised. But please if you make cars, start pondering the possibility of making a separate vehicle class for those because cars are not light tanks, or scouts, or anything close to that.   Premium Account   Hopefully we can select when to activate the daily win instead of forced to the first win of the day, on top of other stuff. It's something I always wanted to do to avoid unlucky games.   Customization Styles   I hope this doesn't interfere with the ability to add modded skins into the game. I like skins like everyone else, but overriding other people's skins kind of defeats the purpose of having in-game skins IMO. Like the EBR 105 skin inspired by Mad Max some fallout movie about cars and survival could override the visuals of a skin I have purchased for it.   Bonds shop, clan wars, and other competitive events   I'm personally not interested in tier 10 "competition" with the current status of the game. My humble opinion is you should make the higher tiers a little bit more profitable, not too much, but at least enough to not feel like I'm leaking credits. I believe the gold special ammo (wait, gold ammo, I said it right) will be huge, and if it ends up being the way I pictured in my head I will finally join tier 10. Seriously, if the game offers a good competitive environment that is also sustainable it will probably be a very good update and players might even start coming.  

eekeeboo:     Some things to remember with feedback, including from "important" members. Suggestions come purely from a player from their perspective and not that of the player base as a whole, or even for business sense. You'll also note that much of the feedback derived from some of those videos were already in development as a fix, like MM and Special ammunition changes.    And the perspectives of the "OP Premium Tanks" is that tanks that are "balanced" are deemed unworthy or not as good as... and so forth. No one wants to buy a mediocre tank or one that doesn't offer something new. It's good to release something new and fresh and capable. I am not admitting that we as a company actively sell just OP tanks, but it's easy for people to judge something when they are summarising and encouraging others to either purchase or not.    The SPG discussion is something that demonstrates a subjective approach on feedback, so little feedback is formulated considering other players who like to play artillery or can only play artillery, considering why and how and that some of those players may actually be "better" for the game or pay more than those who never pay a single cent/penny and will be toxic in all environments. These are just some of the things you have to consider with feedback and acknowledging where and who it comes from.    Special Ammo: That's why the testing takes place and it continues to go through working there's a lot of factors to take into account and other changes not yet shared involved with it.  MM changes: It's also something people forget that with more templates you increase the chance of says the same tier MM because the percentage of those brackets increased, you increase the change for other bracket styles of MM. +2 mm is an integral part of the game, may change in the future but is such a huge fundamental to balancing and the way the game works, for as much as people hate being bottom tier, they love being top tier.  Frontline:  This comes down to again a particular subjective view, I understand some of the frustration with arty, but you also have to remember the primary focus for artillery changes is randoms and not Frontline and working from there, and encouraging the mode to be fun for all and not just a select demographic.  Vehicle Balancing: I hope to see some impressive changes too and look forward to how exciting they look while also surprised at the Japanese mediums which i loved grinding through once I got past the tier 6.  New Lines: I can't share any more information past what has been announced with possible new tanks etc like the Swedish Medium tanks.  Premium Account: As far as I'm aware there's no plan for that particular feature you mention.  Vehicle Skins: With this particular skin it's important to remember this was not done for global aspects like the 3d styles on the IS7, batchat etc, but were for a fun community team created and organised an event. That's why they were a mod and not integrated into the client.  Tier 10: Sorry I'm not sure on the particular path on this, but it's also important to note this is the end game and not wanting to encourage people to just spend all their time at tier 10 without any cost. But if you could clarify some of this maybe?

thePhilX: Hallo Kommandanten, Hallo Kommandantinnen, demnächst wird der Supertest eines neuen leichten Panzers, des T-116, starten. Dieser Stufe III Soviet ist ein schnelles und dynamisches Fahrzeug, dass zu Aufklärungszwecken entwickelt wurde. Die Höchstgeschwindigkeit beträgt beindruckende 60 km/h und die Sichtreichweite ist mit 320m durchaus brauchbar. Die 45-mm Kanone reicht aus, um sich zudem gegen gleichstufige Gegner mit durchschlagenden Treffern durchzusetzen. stats.jpg Wie immer können sich die genauen Werte des Panzers noch ändern, verfolgt die News für unsere Updates.   Viel Erfolg auf dem Schlachtfeld!

Ahora como se puede ver en la captura de pantalla, sólo se muestra la experiencia total, sin presentarte esa información que he comentado y que era bastante importante (al menos para mi). Con lo que ahora, vas algo "despistado" a la hora de saber qué tanque le falta más o menos experiencia para desbloquearlo primero, a menos que te líes a hacer cálculos que antes el juego te daba directamente.   No parece importante quizá, pero es algo que antes tenía el juego y ahora no, y que han quitado.

So, I accidentally damaged a team mate and STILL got a reward for that battle. So repeating my list of unanswered questions,
  - What ARE the criteria for getting boxes? - is it already broken? - Please can you publish the numbers of each type of blueprint required to get discounts on each tier of tank. - Can you collect national blueprints if you have that country researched already?* - Can you buy national blueprints with universal ones?*      

eekeeboo:   If you go to the tech tree, click the blueprint icon. Select a currently unresearched vehicle, you will be presented with a screen of a puzzle, hover over each square and poke around for more information.  You will also find the answers to your questions about national blueprints answered in the screen as a fully researched line/nation when you receive it is turned into a universal.    The requirements as highlighted elsewhere are random by nature with an increased chance through good battle performance.

Il s’agira d’un véhicule soviétique rapide et agile créé à des fins de reconnaissance.Sa vitesse maximale est de 60km/h, et sa portée de vue sera de 320m. Już wkrótce na Supertest zawita T-116, radziecki czołg lekki III poziomu. To szybka i dynamiczna maszynka przeznaczona do zwiadu, dysponująca świetną prędkością maksymalną 60km/h przy przyzwoitym zasięgu widzenia wynoszącym 320 metrów. Działo 45mm wystarczy, by zaliczyć razić przeciwników tego samego poziomu.

Falathi: System działa, ale wbicie piątej nagrody nie jest takie łatwe. 

Z drugiej strony, weźcie pod uwagę fakt, że te nagrody mają być obecne przez kolejne tysiące czy dziesiątki tysięcy bitew. Gdyby udało się szybko wszystkie wbić zaczęłoby się narzekanie że nie ma co robić, nie ma czołgów do odkrywania i w ogóle nie wiadomo już, jaki jest sens życia.

Kto nie chce z nią grać, odznacza. Trochę trudniej będzie przerobić misje osobiste, ale to nadal dzień roboty dla tak wielkiego zespołu.

A co do stękania, że narzekający na artę sami nią grają. A jak niby mają zrobić misje?

Falathi:   ​Gdyby tak zrobić, to arta grałaby sama ze sobą. Jej rola w grze stała by się iluzoryczna, więc taka zmiana byłaby bez sensu. 
Arta nie zniknie, można ją co najwyżej przerobić.

Actinid:   Pour le moment, il n'est pas prévu de retirer la mécanique d'étourdissement. Je remonte la suggestion pour la compétence "anti-stun".

Actinid:   L'artillerie en elle-même n'est pas "nerfée". Ce rééquilibrage a pour objectif de rendre la vie moins pénible aux joueurs se faisant focus par l'artillerie. Ton artillerie gardera tout son potentiel de dégât et d'étourdissement sur une nouvelle cible. En gros cette mise à jour forcera un peu plus un joueur d'artillerie à changer de cible régulièrement et à soutenir son équipe au lieu de passer sa partie entière à pilonner un seul et même joueur.   Pour faire simple, tu ne perdras pas de crédits ou d'exp avec ce changement si tu adaptes ton gameplay :   Prend une position adéquate pour supporter ton équipe Regarde régulièrement ta minicarte et pense à te redéployer régulièrement (Quand la situation le permet) Prends des angles de tirs différents que tes artilleries alliées (pour avoir un meilleur contrôle de la carte)   Je ne suis pas un expert du gameplay d'artilleries mais je suis sûr que tu trouveras des joueurs expérimentés sur le forum qui pourront te conseiller !

Falathi:   To zależy, w drużynie i owszem ale z drugiej strony oznacza to więcej łatwych celów, a te zawsze są mile widziane.      Poza tym: te zestawy mogą być dobrą opcją jeśli ktoś ma swoją wymarzoną linię i chce ją rozwinąć znacznie szybciej, bez przetapiania wolnego doświadczenia. Chciałbym również zauważyć, że z oczywistych względów ta oferta jest najbardziej korzystna dla co najmniej dobrych graczy :)
