through the devs section suggestions/questions.
Without having to read 1000's of posts on topics that they have already read. Or topics on issues that have already been fixed in up coming patches.

A lot of that has to do with a order of priority as to what gets improved first, and what gets improved later. One of their main priorities at this stage of the beta might instead be getting the USA servers upgraded and patched up to 0.6.1.5 .
But while this thread's open for suggestions on the current system, please keep it constructive, as in susgesting improvements or better ways, instead of letting it turn into a "why do i need 50 posts" + "why was my post not published" They are different topics which have their own threads and have already been covered.

At the moment in the random 15 v's 15 the leo is a great tank with a purpose, and is very useful to the team. Its meant to kill the enemy artillery and the team usually wins when its successful.
When clan war's is out, and its 15 v's 15 team battles. (That aren't balanced) There is no way I'll let someone play a leo in a clan war battle on my side.
Why bring a T4 light tank to a clan war, when a player with a IS7 can take its place. Or another S51 artillery. Or a Tier 8 medium (T44) which can scout almost as well as a leo with a ton more hp's and firepower..
At the moment based on the current tanks, The T44's will replace the leo as the main and only scouts in clan wars. IMO.. The clan wars will end up something like.
8 IS7's for firepower.
3 T44 for scouting.
4 S51's
(About) The above would need to be tweaked of course, and a ton of tanks aren't out yet still.
(based on the current tanks and balance, a lot will change before release.) and purely a IMO..

I don't know the exact programming, but here's some maths looking at different options.
A game that I just played. With premium..
I had before the game
8518 free exp
86445 tank exp
I earned 556 exp.
8545 free exp (up 27)
87001 tank exp (up 556)
So really I earned 585
The 27 free exp is 4.85%
5% would be 27.8
A difference could be on how the numbers are displayed,
My free exp was 8518, But was it could have really been 8517.6 and rounded up to "display" as 8518 while still remaining as 8517.6 in the database. OR.
It could have really been 8518.9 and truncated to "display" as 8518 while still remaining as 8518.9 in the database.
Depending on how its worked, The real number could differ by 1.3 and still be displayed as the same whole number.
From your example.
You had
1320 free exp
earned 109 exp
End free exp was 1324
So if your exp was really 1319.6 and rounded to "display" as 1320
You earned 108.6 exp and it was rounded to "display as 109 exp.
5% of 108.6 = 5.43 exp earned.
So you exp can go from 1319.6 + 5.43 = 1325.03
Rounded to display as 1325
But your's ended at 1324 So this isn't right, even using rounding at extremes.
No matter which way i do the maths, rounding or truncating, even with extremes, I cant account for the difference of the 1 point.
So maybe a bug or maybe something else in the calculation.

If you register a new game account and tell it to make you a forum account, then it will make a forum account for you with the same user/password. But you then have two separate login/passwords in two separate databases, and the password etc just happens to be the same in those two databases.
Changing your password in the forums, Does not alter the password in game, they are separate databases.
Emailing requesting a name change in game, Does not alter your name in the forums, they are separate databases.
To change any "game" details, like game name, or password, it can only be done with a email to support.

Tanitha: My quickest game was in a leopard. we won 12-1 after a cap with
12.38 left on the clock, so the game took 142 seconds.
It paid 993 Exp, 14766 credits.It all depends on what you do in that 2 minutes to how much exp you get.
Cap and move onto the next game, if its a option..

huge anomalies, that are then verified manually by a staff. There
is nothing much automatic about it. The logs are checked manually
and the bans placed manually. Only the reporting is auto.
They keep extensive logs. I don't have much doubt that if they banned permanently he was afk playing with or without the use of a bot, A LOT. The example above where the player finally admitted to playing 20 hours straight just starting the game then going afk for 15 mins only to come back and restart it again then go afk again. Was only banned for 5 days. A more severe permanent ban, would have been for something more severe.
As I said its not hard to check logs to see 200 games played and 0 shots fired, Or 200 games played 2000 shots fired for 0 hits.
He might not know what a bot is, or that its cheating, but afking "way" too many games in a row, will more than likely be his ban reason.

It might be possible and done with the smaller arty's though who have cheaper ammo and more ammo.

WoT Keys

Keys issued from the WoT website are not instant, It is a "closed" beta after all, and not yet in the "open" beta stage. WoT Keys
When the promotional keys above have run out, you can continue to search google for other gaming sites giving out keys. Or use the main key provider on the WoT website Link. Keys issued from the WoT website are not instant, It is a "closed" beta after all, and not yet in the "open" beta stage. However they usually get keys out pretty quickly, with a few days to a week being average.
After you have a key, Register Here.
When registering for the beta, if you have a existing forum account please note that the forum login and password are separate to the game login and password. So do not get the logins and passwords confused.

You should probably start carrying one of those 3k repair kits, if you get tracked early you can repair and continue and usually earn more than that 3k back.

IMO they aren't bots. Bots are usually concidered more sophisticated programs that collect the packets from the server -> client and extracts information from the packets and then acts on it. Bots can be very smart and some like the bots for silk roads can play better than real players because there is no delays in reaction. There is no smart bots for WOT, and they have done very well in keeping hacks and cheats out of their game.
Whats being used here, is IMO what is called a macro or a mouse and keyboard recorder, its simply a recorded list of mouse clicks and key's strokes, that is then played back on a loop. Like login, shoot ground for 15 minutes, repair tank, refill ammo, They are very dumb in comparison to a bot.
The bot detector could scan for things like, lots of shots fired, but never hitting. (ie shooting he ground). Many consecutive games where no damage is done. Etc, its pretty easy to distinguish between someone who's not playing, and someone who's playing badly.
So the scripting wont just pickup bots/macro's but it will also pick up repetitive AFK players.
The last player who's ban I checked up on, because they swore black and blue that they didn't bot and didn't even know what a bot was. The info came back with several dates the player macro'ed a little, and a day where they macro'ed for 20 hours straight on one particular tank. When confronted with the info the player stated,, "Yes but I wasn't botting, I was at work and was just logging in every 15 minutes then going afk back to work."
But still, it interferes with the fun of the other 29 players. Its not a solo game, doing such things hinders your team.
Afkers, macroers/botters, team killers, etc etc are banned.
