Vallter: Please, follow these instructions. First click the right mouse
button on the installed WoT application desktop shortcut Then
select a “Run as Administrator” option in the pop-up menu.
If that doesn’t help, you may try to run the game when in a “Safe Mode”. To enter it you need restart your PC. Some computers may actually offer an option to enter a safe mode and instruct on the process. Otherwise you will have to do it manually by pressing “F8” key right after the restart as soon as you see a flashing cursor upon a black screen before your OS starts loading. When you succeed you’ll get into a relevant menu with a ”Safe Mod” or similar option available which you are to choose.
Run the game and let us know of the outcome.

Overlord: Currently gold transfers are not availble. My advice would be to
save your daily gold.

While I think the patch notes look great, there is a rather easy fix I hope you could put on there: The M12 has a horribly broken credit intake (topic), which makes it very difficult to earn credits, even with premium. It's rather annoying that my friend in his SU-14 and SU-8 can make up to 70k or more for a great match, whereas I'm stuck on max 40k for the greatest match possible. Maybe it doesn't register I'm on premium or something but it seems to make 30-40% less in battles than Russian or German arties. As far as I understand, it's not a problem with the next arty and neither was it a problem with the M41. It's ONLY this specific arty.

Overlord: Not exactly this way. The preferred approach is to make all or at
least the overhelming majority of settings that affect gameplay and
can provide any form of advantage in game by means of modifying the
game client data server side. Since we currently can't make
"shaking effect" server side, we have decided to make it optional.

Overlord: It's nonexistent server side, and can be even turned off in the
game client, if one knows what and how he should modify. This would
give him certain advantage in game.

Yes, players can still choose to play in a common language to communicate with others but providing specific language forums and game translations the majority will choose to stay in their own little box. Thus not contributing to the MMO community feel.

seprate battle modes, completely independent.

Yes, players can still choose to play in a common language to communicate with others but providing specific language forums and game translations the majority will choose to stay in their own little box. Thus not contributing to the MMO community feel.
Overlord: Not going deeply into discussion, building local communities is
also rather important. My personal feeling, we should provide a
great number of language packages so as to give players an
opportunity to play WOT in their mother tongue. Currently we have
WOT translated into 15 languages, including Russian and Chinese. 6
more language packs are in progress, 2 more are in plans (Korean
and Japanese).
Regarding local forums, partially I agree on it, splitting the existing forums into multiple national subforums is debatable. On the other hand it's a form of support the language pack itself, means of gathering feeback.

Overlord: I can confirm that rammer does work on all the vehicles. This has
been doublechecked.

With 100 ms ping and even minor packet loss (rather ordinary situation) there will be a number of cases when the vehicle's hull is down in game client and up on server. Thus player won't get clear understanding of his gun and reticle actual positioning.
Revealing a secret, currently shaking effect while shooting/taking hit/starting movement/pulling up is client-side only, it makes aiming more difficult. On the server the vehicle is stationary in the cases mentioned.
We might change default "shaking effect" option to "off".

discrepancies in camo values.
Apart from this there will be other adjustments like:
• Added extra checkpoints on tank models for more accurate visibility checks.

It was answered, that they do not plan any changes.
The reasons may be many:
1) Money - microtransaction/credits/grind.
2) When I change my car A for car B, I am still able to drive the car A I drove before, but after I drove car B for certain amount of time, my driving skills for car A are worser. Ie. my perks remain, whilst general skill for car A is lower.
