Overlord: Not exactly this way. The preferred approach is to make all or at
least the overhelming majority of settings that affect gameplay and
can provide any form of advantage in game by means of modifying the
game client data server side. Since we currently can't make
"shaking effect" server side, we have decided to make it optional.
