there's more who are happy because they get tanks for little. Then
there are more unhappy who lose out than the limited quantity of
people who could get the offer. At some stage you accept
that negativity is part of the course, but the main goal of the
event is going well so far and while many people also complained
about the last black market, there was a lot of hype and positivity
over the event. Unfortuantely there's also a lot of
people who will create memes and jump on the negative bandwagon
just because they can. Not to say that there's not negativity and a
fair amount of it, but at the same time, with events like this,
it's impossible to have an event of this format without having a
considerable amount. At some stage you can make the perfect event
and someone will still complain.

will not change much, now will it? Let us wait and see how
everything will be solved, and THEN fill up this topic again with

Lol, what a silly and entirely avoidable mess. But most people aren't angry; it's more some sort of weary resignation ... people shrug and sigh "It's a Wargaming". If I were CEO I would start worrying about the fact that players have come to sort of expect my company to mess up on a regular basis.

eekeeboo: Here to share info I have and to try and help people know we're
working on it, you're not forgotten. I've asked this questions, as
have others. But (as I'm sure you've read) we want to make sure the
people who did spend don't lose out and we'll work the rest out
once everything is a good to go.

too): To get the commander you need to be personal level
10 and the Team level 10 (Which is done and why I made sure to work
with team AEG to get there). So now everyone who has
signed up needs to get to level 10 to get the commander, once the

scalpers.... that do not exist for the game. Without that issue
ticket sales would go all at once (as they once did). As long as
people are spending their gold etc, then it's mission achieved for

of things we/I can't share that influence the decisions and the
time slot. The feedback has been gathered and will be put forward,
but so far the black market is working as we hoped and the changes
and risks of changing as of right now will not fix anything but
risk breaking it. Hopefully this helps.

eekeeboo: As was mentioned previously (I also shared on other platforms)
Patience is necessary at this point unfortunately, with the nature
of this issue, it caused multiple instances and different types of
issues that need to be solved individually, but rolled out at once.
(Basically people who had the tank researched not owned, people who
had it researched and owned, people who didn't have it researched).
We want to make sure every person does not lose out and hopefully
we can get everyone their tank. It is the weekend so there will be
slower reactions to this than usual as it was an unfortunate time
for it to happen. Be assured though, a solution will be on the way,
I just can't tell you when as it's the weekend and many people are
on off hours (at least in the EU office).

priority is to make sure those who did buy are not losing out and
get their tank (but not keep their gold). Once that's done and I'm
back in the office Monday I'll be able to update more on what's
happening and what the next step is. I know it's not a
great answer, but the weekend has arrived and much of the EU office
at least is not in action until Monday morning.
