eekeeboo: As was mentioned previously (I also shared on other platforms)
Patience is necessary at this point unfortunately, with the nature
of this issue, it caused multiple instances and different types of
issues that need to be solved individually, but rolled out at once.
(Basically people who had the tank researched not owned, people who
had it researched and owned, people who didn't have it researched).
We want to make sure every person does not lose out and hopefully
we can get everyone their tank. It is the weekend so there will be
slower reactions to this than usual as it was an unfortunate time
for it to happen. Be assured though, a solution will be on the way,
I just can't tell you when as it's the weekend and many people are
on off hours (at least in the EU office).
