Tanitha: No-one seems to have noticed this new section yet, there never was a section on the forums for old tanks that aren't in the game.
Now there is! So I'll try to start it off.
On 23 June 1942 the German Ministry of Armaments proposed a 1,000 tonne tank – the Landkreuzer P. 1000 Ratte. Adolf Hitler himself expressed interest in the project and go-ahead was granted. In December the same year, Krupp designed an even larger 1,500 tonne tank – the P 1500 Monster.
In 1943, Albert Speer, the Minister for Armaments, cancelled both projects.
The Landkreuzer P. 1500 Monster was to be 42 m (138 ft) long, weighing 1500 tonnes, with a 250 mm hull front armor, 4 MAN U-boat (submarine) diesel engines, and an operating crew of over 100 men.

The Landkreuzer P. 1000 Ratte was to have been an extremely large tank for use by Nazi Germany during World War II. It was designed in 1942 by Krupp with the approval of Adolf Hitler, but the project was canceled by Albert Speer in early 1943 and no tank was ever completed. At 1,000 metric tons, the P-1000 would have been over five times as heavy as the Panzer VIII Maus, the largest tank ever built.

Tanitha: The correct answer is yes. Just download the EU client off the EU website, and you can play on the EU server with your old account.
What you do one one server, wont be on the other server, they are separate accounts. But you need to stay on one server, because sooner or later the one you aren't using will (probably) be banned.

You don't have "free" XP that needs gold to be converted to free exp..
What you have is exp on a tank that requires gold to be converted to free exp that can be used on any tank. Nowhere is the exp you have on your tank called free exp..
When you earn exp, 5% goes to free exp, the rest goes onto the tank.
Its already been stated that this will not change. When you asked overlord earlier today and you were clearly told.. no.

Going from asking overlord, to creating a Poll on the forums for the purpose of stirring up support for a softwipe or free exp transferal.
Comes under this ruling.

Overlord: Since auto-ban system during server split was disabled, currently players can switch between the two server groups using the same account data, but there are 2 absolutely independent databases, i.e. when you are playing on EU server, this won't affect your account on NA/US server in any way.
You are strongly encouraged to decide which server you are going to stay on in the long run and play on it without switching to the other server.
Auto-ban system can be turned on without notice.

5.01. Based on combat logs for a particular period of time, usually several days, the automated system finds players involved in friendly fire and team kill incidents. The calculations are quite complicated and the main factor that is taken into account is damage inflicted to allies to total damage ratio.
5.02. If the above ratio for a particular user exceeds a certain fixed threshold value, the system identifies the user as a violator, since his main target is doing damage to allied vehicles.
5.03. If the damage ratio for such user exceeds the verifying coefficient, introduced in order to make distinction between intentional and accidental team killers, such user is identified as an offender and goes onto the suspension list.
5.04. While calculating damage to allies / total damage ratio only the battles with team kill/damage incidents are taken into account.
5.05. In connection with the introduction of Automated Anti-TK Reporting System), listed below are set uniform measures that can be taken against offenders:

*. Second detection of a user as a team killer and team-damager (recidivism) leads to 10-day game account suspension.
*. Multiple detections of a user as a team killer and team-damager (systemic recidivism) leads to permanent game account suspension.
5.06. The Automated Anti-TK Reporting System is not meant to substitute Technical Support service; the system aims at making their work easier. The most difficult cases thereby will be solved individually via Technical Support service.

MrVic: Hehe Ontos the black sheep of the US armed forces. Prototyped I think in the 1955? Was built and run through its paces, then was summarily rejected by all branches of the armed forces. Then in desperation for air lift able tank the US Marine Corps order about 300 due to there being no other option. Its greatest perk was ability to travel about anywhere due to light weight. Draw backs were the 106mm guns only had 18 rounds for all 6 guns total. 3/16" thick armor floor so mines were their bane. The back blast from the recoilless rifles were so large that their location was given away instantly combined with if any friendly troops were remotely near its rear they were killed. The big killer was a crew member had to climb outside the tank to load it... Also it had a tendency to fire prematurely. Its greatest use was a AT gun in a fortified position and improvised to be used for anti infantry which it preformed well at :)
It was well like by the troops and deemed very useful in Vietnam but overall well ehh :)
Be a fun Premium not sure I want to level through one tho :)

MrVic: Effects both :)
Shallower slope greatly increases armor effective thickness (usually what happens when you fire a 225mm pen weapon at a 30mm tank and get a bounce)
Also the deflection chance alone increases greatly.
I had a good example a few weeks ago IS-7 fired a round at my SU-85, I was turning at the time :) the round hit my side armor at about 10 degree sloped angle.
the round bounced, due to the angle my effective armor was about 240mm plus deflection of such a shallow angle :)

Just an idea though, I can't be sure :-)

Overlord: There is no need to test the capacity of new hardware. It's more than sufficient for the current number of registered players. EU servers can held up to 90k players online at once, US one - up to 75k.
Experience and credit rates were increased to make up for the cancelled softwipe.

MrVic: Ammo Rack hit hard enough pretty much will one shot any tank. Some tanks are just harder to get to the ammo rack.
T-44 packs a ton of ammo into a rather small tank. They pretty much stuffed ammo everywhere... There is a stack of 35 shells in the front corner of the tank :)

I have over 3000 battles and I accept that the balance isn't perfect. I consider it a challenge when the other side has more powerful tanks then my side. But when there are 8 T-54 on the other side this is getting ridiculous.
If this isn't fixed in some way I will not continue when is goes retail. I really enjoy WOT and I would hate to stop playing it but with this kind of balance it takes all the fun out of it when you're up against 8 greyhound tanks.

They were previously in the Team Challenge Section, which was inappropriate already, IMO.

For starters, they were in the "Team / Company Challenge Meeting Place" under the heading of Clan, Team & Platoon Recruiting Subforums
With us swapping to USA forums / servers. I cleaned (dumped) the looking for a clan, looking for a teams, looking for a company sections, which were heavy with euro players looking for the above.
In the clan cleanout, the section you had these in was dumped. I'm putting them back. I apologize, wont be too long in fixing it back..

ARGO: You will hear many excuses regarding this, but I will provide you with a logical one:
As all businesses WoT makes games to make money that is a fact for any business and to make money you need to attract customers and build a "fan base".
Now think of it as if you where a brand spanking new player if on the 1st day of the game debut you download it, join the forums, spend your hard earned $$$ on gold to get going and you go into your 1st match only to be blown away by a Maus or IS7. You then give it the old college try for a few more hours only to end up in all kinds of matches your tier 1 cannot handle. You have all said it yourself on many occasions..."How fun is that?" So in short, My opinion would be that they would want to attract new players, not drive them away.
