We are progressing from a International forums/server, to a USA forums/server, and progressing from closed beta to open beta.
Form sections are now different, and there is a ton of euro stuff that needs dumping...
As for the threads you are talking about, It would have made things easier if you constructively discussed the topic.

Where was it before it was moved? what else was moved (that you are interested in, that is related to the USA servers.)?
Send me the info you have please (reply will do), and I'll look into it. I wouldn't know if it was a dev, a mod, a training mod, or me that moved it. So much is getting moved around by so many people, its a bit hard to assume it was someone or other..

The EU portuguese works good too. Not is perfect, but much more batter if compared whit inglish. Specially for a neews players.

I'm not really sure what one you should use, because your account is one place, and you want it the other place. So.. Either website USA or EUro is probably relevant.

Tanitha: The header of the usa forums says its the usa forums because its the usa forums.
The Europe forums http://forum.worldoftanks.EU have a euro banner.
What forum you goto to post a message, has nothing to do with your game account.
You swapped back and forth on servers, uninstalled and reinstalled to get the selector window back up etc etc.
So.. You need to contact support@worldoftanks.com or .eu

ARGO: Ok, I too heard both sides of the Tiger stories good and bad. Now I have one and have played about 3 weeks in it. I think it is a fantastic sniper and it can hold it's own pretty well against most tanks it's size or smaller. I also note that it does suffer from a few problems as others have listed but then again, All the other tanks suffer too from their own individual quirks as well. Now as for the Tiger Tanks historical / Legend status I grew up in the generations shortly after the war, about 21 years after and I read all the books and watched all the documentaries on the BBC and as a kid yes, I was awed by it's looks and it's size as well as again it's legend. But let's take a minute to think about the fact that the Tiger tank became a legend for knocking out Shermans and other "small" tanks. It never really faced anything quite it's size "when I say size, I mean fire power and armour too" or bigger until near the wars end so I guess any one can look like a legend when your fighting an enemy half your size. As far as this Beta version of this Tiger? I think it could use a small buff but I really think any of the legend tanks should have been the ones made as premiums, history wise they deserve it.
Oh and for the record, I still look fondly on the Tiger Tank as a true mechanicle masterpiece. It's still a good looking awe inspiring tank.

Yes, you have all heard similar things I am sure and my guess is that you responded badly or not at all and why would you want to?
Now let's try a different approach:
IS4, I am going to go through the village can you follow me....please?
Now everytime I have been asked with a please, I myself am much more inclined to follow just because of that simple word....PLEASE. I have seen a lot of improvement with players giving the "GG" at the end of a match but it still seems at times we are lacking in the manners department as far as asking for help or your team to listen to you. I am not going to say that every time you say please you will get results but I will say you WILL most likely be repsected and treated better.
It's true most of us playing and especially top tier heavies all feel entitled to lead but again, It don't hurt to grab a suggested plan, even from an arty or light. After all a good heavies nice, but a solid plan is nicer. Anyways this was another tip for good sportsmanship and I will leave you all with most likely the most important piece of advice I can ever give you on WoT.
A good Offence will always get you to the enemies flag, but a greater Defence will help you take it.
