Do keep in mind that is the alpha version of the tank tree though, so things are subject to change (as noted in the 7.1 update notes).

Step 4: This just asks you if you want to create a desktop shortcut and start menu shortcut. I did not check these boxes as I will just create my own shortcut for the test client from the .exe in the test directory.

GeneralDirection: Yep, I've included a third reserve regardless. The standard rules so far are:
1. Game Mode: 5-vs.-5
2. TeamSize: 8; 5 participants and 3 reserve players
3. Substitutions: Players may be substituted freely between battles within a round, but must be on the roster as of the start of the tournament
4. Victory conditions: The first team to win 2 battles will be the winner and will be qualified to continue onto the next round
5. Battle duration: Each battle will last a maximum of 10 minutes; if there is not a winner within the time limit, the battle will be considered a draw
6. Breaks: There will be a 3 minute break between battles within a round
7. Off Days: Except where otherwise noted, there will be one off day between each round to allow for disputes and investigation of rule violations

Not working.
ES/IT/PL Installing these 7.0 language packs (Spanish, Italian, Polish) will result in bugs with selling tanks, cap bar, intermittent end of battle results, etc.
After downloading the below files they need to be uncompressed using a uncompressing program such as 7z or Winrar.
They will not open automatically with programs such as winrar, because they they are called .patch and not called .rar
You could either rename the file to end in .rar and then open it with winrar, Or run winrar select "File"/"open"/"all files" find the language patch, and then manually open it.
Once open the file is to be extracted to the world of tanks 7.1 directory that you installed the public test client to.

Tanitha: Yes it was RU only for a little while, but it ended up possible to get it out to the other servers "without localization files", so we are.
7.1 wont be released before Xmas no, but you can get to play them on the test server for sneak peak very soon.

Vallter: Nope, it's wrong.
XP crew gets is equal to the amount of XP you receive including modifiers.
For example you receive 1000 XP. All your crew* receives +1000XP.
You receive 1000 XP x 2 for the first victory = +2000 XP to each crew member.
You receive 1000 XP and have 'improved crew training' enabled - each crew member receives 1000 XP besides the most unskilled one, which receive 2000 XP instead.
You receive 1000 XP x 2 and have 'improved crew training' enabled - each crew member receives 2000 XP besides the most unskilled one, which receive 4000 XP instead. So the 'improved crew training' grants x2 XP boost to the most unskilled tanker.
*wounded crew members do not receive any or receive less XP (depending on the battle situation)
Also take in count that this system will work for more or less similar trained crew. If they will have big difference in XP, the most unskilled ones will be trained first.
