Subject: Conclusive proof of MM rigging? (Skeptics welcome)
Link on message: #4890774

Yoott: Ok so lets start this off with /tinfoil hats on
please
Ok so here is your show reticle using Jimbos which gives a very nice green circle showing potential shot locations but again remember thats still not 100% however notice how your reticle still leaves what id say 25% exposed blank air potential, also note your driving up and down over train tracks wheich continuously open and close your reticle.......... see slide 2

Notice how your shell goes EXACTLY into the 25% of space your reticle was not covering teh wall with......I'd say that riddle solved .. move onto slide 3

Notice how big your reticle is a split second before taking a shot at the hellcat? Shot shown in slide 4

As expected with a reticle that big the shot goes nowhere near the target and has almost 0 chance of hitting, if thi is the rigging and RNG issues your talking about , the issue is not in the programming.

I could go on but I think the point is made plus others have already dissected your video and made enough valid points to see yours as invalid.....

_Dictator_, on Jul 08 2013 - 21:45, said: At the end of this stage
-All clans that have held at least one province at any time during this stage will receive 1,000 VP (limit once/clan).
-For each province owned at the end of Stage III, clans will receive 6,000 VP multiplied by the number of days that province has been held. In order to earn this bonus, each territory must be connected to the headquarters, and ownership time will only be counted from the beginning of this stage.
Question:So if I capture and hold province XYZ on day five (midway point) till the end (assuming 10-day stage), do I get a 5x multiplier? The bolded statement makes it seem like only if I held XYZ from Day 1. I checked with the RU server and there are decreasing multipliers.
Just want to get clarification on the wording.

Quemapueblos: Yeah that wasn't particularly clear, If you owned that province
from a previous stage you won't get the previous stage's days added
to the bonus.
For example: if you owned a particular property for 3 days at the end of stage 2 and you continued to hold it for 10 days during Stage 3, you would only multiply by 10 days, not 13 days.

Laera: Hey all!
Once again, I'm sorry that we're not able to accommodate everyone at Pizza Luce tonight. We had a set contract for around 50 people and that was blown right out of the water. While we were able to double that, we simply cannot pack more than 100 people in to that venue due to the contract (as well as the fire code).
Cowboy Jack's will serve as overflow venue but I want to be clear that Wargaming will be unable to provide food and drink there. It will simply serve as a spot for players to meet and hang out (which is the whole point of a Player Gathering). Please check in with me at Pizza Luce so I can make a note you attended and be sure you still get some awesome goodies.
I'm really sorry guys, if I had the budget I'd rent out the convention center for us. Sadly, tonight there is only one of me and 230+ of you, so please try to be patient. I understand all of your frustrations and will work to make sure this does not happen again.
