Quemapueblos: If you are looking for some new recruits you can set your requirements and get a list of all players from the recruitment center on your Clan's page. The article we posted a little while ago for Commanders and players looking for a clan might be useful for you. You can define what kind of activities you want to your clan to participate in and times people should be available.    Also try to start building up that core group of players in your Clan. Also you could try some of the smaller tournaments that require less commitment to get some experience.    Also obligatory plug for the CoAF Clan Management Manual

Major_Rampage: You are gonna make this comment in every thread I see.  It's still the Beta Gift tanks that is not sold on NA.  So the same reasons they don't sell the KV-220 over there.

I've wanted to get the German Tier 4 heavy premium for some time, but you guys put them in these large bundles with a bunch of tanks I don't want. Sell the tanks individually or in smaller bundles. These forums are useless because WG doesn't listen to its consumers anyway. Hell, I even comment on their Facebook statuses and they acknowledge it and nothing happens.

Major_Rampage: All of the tanks available in game are available by themselves in the gift shop.

How much control do you have into what goes into a bundle?

Major_Rampage:   I can see to the two point of confusion here.  The first is a news article from a year and half ago.  That is how the gift shop functioned when we introduced it,  and it's not the current system,  that now include many more that 8 packages max you used to see. The second point on the KV-220,  the packages were available for a single day which lead to the  confusion about the tank being available more than once.

The very fact that you seemingly conveying the fact that you think people who neg rep you are not worthy of a response and will not have valid points is staggering. I neg rep your asinine posts when you desperately try and fail to convince customers with bad math that something is a good deal just because you assign a numerical value to an electronic good. A simple rule of measurement is this, if you have to resort to math to "show" something is a good deal then it isnt, people need to "see" something is a good deal without having to do any form of number crunching.   The bolded part of this sentence is completely unnecessary, makes you look exceptionally petty and totally unprofessional.

Major_Rampage:   It wasn't meant a threat,  it was meant to let people know that it's not an anonymous action.  If you want to drive  by and neg rep every post I ever made,  then go for it.  If you want to neg rep my posts because you don't like what they say,  that is fine.  If you want to get my attention and present your point of view on something,  that button does not do that.  If you want to make a point it takes more then clicking the red button.

Major_Rampage:   We do have the Rare Tank Mega Bundle which can be found here.     And yes we have tanks with a 1% discount,  because garage slots are still on discount.  You do not see this in the current Holiday Bundles since we are bringing them back at the same value as they were at during their initial release,  as to not upset anyone who already purchased these bundles by running them at a different price.

Major_Rampage: Howdy Monty_Droppings!   First off thanks for your feedback.  Let me fill you in on a few points that might help some of your frustration with some of the gift shop packages that have come out.  First off most of our gift shop packages have been set up that their gold to dollar value is the same as gold  package of the same value.  Many of those packages do have a 10% added value,  this can be the form of credits,  equipment,  premium time or even tanks.  That being said some of our rare tank bundles do not have as their rarity is part of their value. I don't believe we ever said the KV-220 was a one time deal.  We did announce it as the first time ever available.  I can understand your frustration with these rare tanks showing up in multiple packages in a short period of time.  However the holidays are a special time and you do see more of  these packages.  This is not the norm and you won't be seeing these tanks regularly.     "Free Garage Slots" is a bit of myth,  there were not packages that included "free garage slots" there were packages that included a free tank that came with a free garage slot.  Every time a tank is sold in the Gift Shop it is sold with a garage slot as part of the price,  so when we use a tank as part of the added value,  we make sure that the garage slot that comes with that tank is also no charge as that added value.  Unless you are talking about garage slots being half off and that being factored into all of the tanks in the premium shop,  which had some of them at a 1% discount.  It's a small discount yet it is part of our continuing plan to apply in game discounts to the existing gift shop packages.   As for some of the higher price Tanksmas Bundles,  we are trying new things.  Were those bundle out of the price range of some players?  Sure,  but there were other players who did find those packages appealing.  Keep in mind part of what I have been doing since I took over the gift shop last year is trying new things and seeing how they do.  Keep in mind if there is a bundle that has all the TDs in the game in it,  and that isn't what you are looking for and just wanted for example the JT88,  all tanks are listed in the gift shop all of the time for the past few months,  you can always pick up that single tank you are looking for.   I have to admit that your photshopped image did get a chuckle out of me (I think I even commented once that I thought it was an EU package since I knew it wasn't on NA) Your "social experiment" I would say gives more credence to folks (including me) not checking the sources of their information.  Just keep in mind that the forums are not the only source of information on how a gift shop bundle does or is perceived,  it's only part of the picture.   I am going to make a similar argument about +/- rep,  people choosing to plush a red or green arrow isn't a good measure of a productive post as many people on this forum can tell you.  Because when I post skill based contest winners and the post get neg repped are implying that the winners are bad?     I know I have a collection of people who make it a point to neg rep every post I put out.  (I will let you in on another "secret",  I can see the names of those folk do drop all of those neg reps).  If people have an constructive issue with something I post I always try and respond.  However people calling for my head, or comparing me to unfavorable people in politics or history,  are not the ones that I respond to.     I hope that answers some of your questions.

I don't believe we ever said the KV-220 was a one time deal.  We did announceit as the first time ever available.

Plus the latest SEA server bundle that was brought up here. I do not know about anyone else, but I am still really dissapointed in WarGaming [North America], and Major_Rampage. Even while the SEA bundle is good, and filled with goodies.. Why not get rid of the KV-5, or the spammed KV-220, and add in the Pz.Kpfw.38H 735 (f)? That way it's an even two across the board. Two German tanks, two American tanks, and two Russian tanks. Makes more sense.   As its stands?.. I'm on the fence for the SEA bundle. The other bundles are still dog-$h1t even after the holidays.

Major_Rampage: Let me let me let you in on a surprise.  The "SEA" bundle is one that I put together as part of the rest of these.  SEA just announced it first since they are in the fute.

Major_Rampage: I never said we  were getting the same bundle.  You are not going to see the M4A2E4  sold on the NA Server.  It's a Beta reward tank.  For the same reasons you won't see the KV-220 sold on the SEA server.

I know damn well that you will read this comment, so give me an answer.   Why is the Rare Tanks Bundle that costs 60 dollars the same gold/$ value as a package that costs 50$?   You know, I was considering buying it, but nevermind. Screw it. I'm not biting on these con jobs.   Offer good deals and maybe I'll spend serious money again. I went from spending hundreds a month, to now only buying the occasional tiny bit of gold.

Major_Rampage: Wait after everyone complaining about my math for month you want to see the numbers...  well they are all on the wiki but I can  share them here. Tetrarch (750) KV-5 (7500) M3 Light (850) KV-220  (1500) T1E6 (750) Pz.Kpfw. B2 740 (f) (1250) Slots x 6 (1800) Total - 14,400 / $59.99 for 240 Gold per Dollar (well 240.04 if you want to  precise) Which does put it in line with the 12,000 gold package.   As I have said before these package are priced based on the value of gold at that amount,  so being it's close to the 12,000 gold value,  it is close to the same gold/dollar ratio.
