Quemapueblos: If you are looking for some new recruits you can set your
requirements and get a list of all players from the recruitment
center on your Clan's page. The article we
posted a little while ago for Commanders and players looking for a
clan might be useful for you. You can define what kind of
activities you want to your clan to participate in and times people
should be available. Also try to start building up
that core group of players in your Clan. Also you could
try some of the smaller tournaments that require less
commitment to get some experience.
Also obligatory plug for the CoAF Clan Management Manual

in smaller bundles. These forums are useless because WG doesn't
listen to its consumers anyway. Hell, I even comment on their
Facebook statuses and they acknowledge it and nothing happens.

Major_Rampage: You are gonna make this comment in every thread I see. It's
still the Beta Gift tanks that is not sold on NA. So the same
reasons they don't sell the KV-220 over there.

Thank you for taking the time to respond Rampage! Your point
is valid about the negrep/plusrep... but if it is at the
point where one of the head wargaming PR guys gets negreped on
sight, this may serve as an indication, a microcosm if you will, of
the view of a more devote group of the playerbase (as most forum
goers are)
How much control do you have into what goes into a bundle?

Major_Rampage: I can see to the two point of confusion here. The
first is a news article from a year and half ago. That is how
the gift shop functioned when we introduced it, and it's not
the current system, that now include many more that 8
packages max you used to see. The second point on the KV-220,
the packages were available for a single day which lead to
the confusion about the tank
being available more than once.

And yes we have tanks with a 1% discount,

Major_Rampage: Howdy Monty_Droppings! First off thanks for your
feedback. Let me fill you in on a few points that might help
some of your frustration with some of the gift shop packages that
have come out. First off most of our gift shop packages have
been set up that their gold to dollar value is the same as gold
package of the same value. Many of those packages do
have a 10% added value, this can be the form of credits,
equipment, premium time or even tanks. That being
said some of our rare tank bundles do not have as their rarity is
part of their value. I don't believe we ever said the KV-220
was a one time deal. We did announce
it as the first time ever available. I can understand
your frustration with these rare tanks showing up in multiple
packages in a short period of time. However the holidays are
a special time and you do see more of these packages.
This is not the norm and you won't be seeing these tanks
regularly. "Free Garage Slots" is a bit of myth,
there were not packages that included "free garage slots"
there were packages that included a free tank that came with a free
garage slot. Every time a tank is sold in the Gift Shop it is
sold with a garage slot as part of the price, so when we use
a tank as part of the added value, we make sure that the
garage slot that comes with that tank is also
no charge as that added value. Unless you are
talking about garage slots being half off and that being factored
into all of the tanks in the premium shop, which had some of
them at a 1% discount. It's a small discount yet it is part
of our continuing plan to apply in game discounts to the existing
gift shop packages. As for some of the higher price Tanksmas
Bundles, we are trying new things. Were those bundle
out of the price range of some players? Sure, but there
were other players who did find those packages appealing.
Keep in mind part of what I have been doing since I took over
the gift shop last year is trying new things and seeing how they
do. Keep in mind if there is a bundle that has all the TDs in
the game in it, and that isn't what you are looking for and
just wanted for example the JT88, all tanks are listed in the
gift shop all of the time for the past few months, you can
always pick up that single tank you are looking for. I have
to admit that your photshopped image did get a chuckle out of me (I
think I even commented once that I thought it was an EU package
since I knew it wasn't on NA) Your "social experiment" I would
say gives more credence to folks (including me) not
checking the sources of their information. Just keep in mind
that the forums are not the only source of information on how a
gift shop bundle does or is perceived, it's only part of
the picture. I am going to make a similar argument about +/-
rep, people choosing to plush a red or green arrow isn't a
good measure of a productive post as many people on this forum can
tell you. Because when I post skill based contest winners and
the post get neg repped are implying that the winners are bad?
I know I have a collection of people who make it a
point to neg rep every post I put out. (I will let you in on
another "secret", I can see the names of those folk do drop
all of those neg reps). If people have an
constructive issue with something I post I always try and
respond. However people calling for my head, or comparing me
to unfavorable people in politics or history, are not the
ones that I respond to. I hope that answers some of
your questions.

Garage Slots" is a bit of myth, there were not packages that
included "free garage slots" there were packages that included a
free tank that came with a free garage slot. Every time a
tank is sold in the Gift Shop it is sold with a garage slot as part
of the price, so when we use a tank as part of the added
value, we make sure that the garage slot that comes with that
tank is also no charge as that added value.
Unless you are talking about garage slots being half off and
that being factored into all of the tanks in the premium shop,
which had some of them at a 1% discount. It's a small
discount yet it is part of our continuing plan to apply in game
discounts to the existing gift shop packages. As for some of
the higher price Tanksmas Bundles, we are trying new things.
Were those bundle out of the price range of some players?
Sure, but there were other players who did find those
packages appealing. Keep in mind part of what I have been
doing since I took over the gift shop last year is trying new
things and seeing how they do. Keep in mind if there is a
bundle that has all the TDs in the game in it, and that isn't
what you are looking for and just wanted for example the JT88,
all tanks are listed in the gift shop all of the time for the
past few months, you can always pick up that single tank you
are looking for. I have to admit that your photshopped image
did get a chuckle out of me (I think I even commented once that I
thought it was an EU package since I knew it wasn't on NA)
Your "social experiment" I would say gives
more credence to folks (including me) not checking
the sources of their information. Just keep in mind that the
forums are not the only source of information on how a gift shop
bundle does or is perceived, it's only part of the
picture.

We did announceit as the first
time ever available. I can understand your frustration
with these rare tanks showing up in multiple packages in a short
period of time. However the holidays are a special time and
you do see more of these packages. This is not the norm
and you won't be seeing these tanks regularly. "Free
Garage Slots" is a bit of myth, there were not packages that
included "free garage slots" there were packages that included a

Look. It's been OVER 2 years. Put the tanks up for

KV-220 (1500) T1E6 (750) Pz.Kpfw. B2 740 (f) (1250) Slots x 6
(1800) Total - 14,400 / $59.99 for 240 Gold per Dollar (well
240.04 if you want to precise) Which does put it in line with
the 12,000 gold package. As I have said before these package
are priced based on the value of gold at that amount, so
being it's close to the 12,000 gold value, it is close to the
