Laera: Folks, I'm going through all of the comments on this thread now and
am extremely disappointed on some of the responses from this
community. Self-harm is an issue that should NEVER be taken
lightly. Many comments in this thread were grossly
unacceptable. Those who have been found to be provoking the
original poster with be facing severe punishment and will be
forced to take a break from our forums. I thank
everyone who offered their own help and constructive advice
to TR71777, but he/she should really seek help
from a professional.

please include the following files in your ticket so that we can
have as much information as we possibly can from the start of your
ticket for our investigation: A full DxDiag report for your
computer Your python.log and WOTLauncher.log files (sometimes
just text files called 'python' and 'WOTLauncher') from the root
folder in which World of Tanks is installed on your computer (the
default location is C:\Games\World_Of_Tanks).
A replay of the issue as it happens We will be compiling this information and reviewing it. Once we have a solution, we will let you know. Thank you for your help with resolving this issue!
