CatStalker: HEAT shells, especially from the M4's 105mm, were overpowered for their tier. This was especially prevalent once HEAT was purchasable with credits and running full HEAT could be reliably profitable. There was nothing magical about implementing some balance changes to mid-tier gameplay.

Trevzor: Running the integrity switch on the launcher will detect, download, and replace any missing or corrupt files. This should work for you. If not, be sure to let support know.

Trevzor: Send a ticket to support!   Once you verify ownership of the account with us, we'll be able to help you out.   We will be asking for visual verification of your first purchases, where you registered your account from, and what ISP you were using.   These are all critical pieces of information that we do require to perform any account information changes (email change, phone unbinding, etc.)

    Sorry to hear you are having some issues. Which browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?   If you are still having issues, I can log into your account (through our backend tools) and see if it's an issue with your account in particular-- if it's not, it will point back to your current hardware/software setup. :)     ~JT
