I'll update the main list once we've cleared everything up. :smiles:

its been spread around because white death was technically the one that actually got Sela his ban in the first place IIRC

Laera:   Lots of confusion around this one as well. White Tank mod skin is legal on NA servers for now. This is subject to change.

Laera:   Camera zoom is ok in either direction as long as it's not free-form.  For now, the last know position is ok for mini-map use. Draw Distance and spotting range are ok as long as they are for your tank only.

Laera: Tankers!   We all love World of Tanks. We also love seeing the unique things you create through the application of mods like original garage designs, vehicle skins, or new types of color filters. It's one of the many facets that help World of Tanks stand apart from other MMO's.   However, there are mods that give players a distinct advantage when used in matches, both public & competitive. Mods such as these are not allowed as they offer an unfair advantage to players using them.   Starting today we're taking steps to ensure that every time you hop on the battlefield in your favorite vehicle, you'll be given as fair a chance for victory as possible -- we're tightening restrictions on all mods that give players a statistical advantage over their opponent.   Players found to be using illegal mods (as detailed below) will be penalized based on the severity of the infraction. We're also actively looking into more effective ways in which to monitor the use of banned mods.    Modifications to the World of Tanks client (and other products) that provide an unfair advantage against other players will warrant a restriction upon the players account.   The type of restriction depends on the severity of the modification infraction.   3D-Skins with Display of Modules and Crew Positions Removal of trees, leaves and bushes or change transparency "Lens scope" modification that removes tree leaves and alters bush transparency around the aiming reticle. Trevzor: Hey there folks.   I understand that you are all frustrated with the wonky routing that has been going on recently. Unfortunately, the hops that are being taken towards Singapore are not happening in Level3 or Telia IP space. As such, we at Wargaming are very limited in what we are able to do regarding a solution to this issue.   We have tried communicating directly with Comcast only to be met with a response along the lines of "We only help our customers. You are not one of our customers."    It is because of this that, when players are having routing issues outside of Level3 and Telia space, we recommend that they contact their ISP directly. As Styo has demonstrated, they have the power to get things regarding the routing of a connection changed for the better.   Also, while I do enjoy looking at screenshots of pingplotter reports, these provide me absolutely no tangible information to use to escalate any issue towards our head office.   Information that we require to escalate issues regarding connection problems is as follows: A pingplotter report lasting 15+ minutes Your WAN IP address, obtainable from http://www.whatismyip.com/ Your ISP   Gathering this information and sending it in attached to a ticket for Support will do much more good than a running thread bashing Telia when the demonstrated issue isn't related to Telia.   Once we have this information, we may ask that you perform some connection maintenance and send us a new report. This is so we can get the cleanest possible reports to then use to escalate the issue to our head office. Failure to perform these maintenance steps will neither help you with the issue nor help us gather information to escalate the issue.    To recap: We understand that you are having a routing problem We do not currently have a direct way to affect routing to our server Screenshots tell us nothing Send in a ticket with the requested information to Support Follow any directions we send to clean up your report   Doing these things will help us address situations much easier. This means that problems could be resolved far quicker than they currently are being resolved.
