Trevzor: Heyo!   You know what works better than complaining on the forums about a bug that you have heard has been fixed? Submitting a ticket with replays as proof that the issue still exists.    Our developers are not interested in hearsay, they're interested in hard evidence.   If you are having an issue with artillery after the micropatch, grab a replay and send it to us via support along with your python log. Please submit a ticket to customer support, attaching your dxdiag and your python.log from the client.   To do this, please choose your Operating System and follow the associated steps below. Windows XP - Click the START button. - Select Run - Type "dxdiag" and press "OK" - In the appeared window choose "Save all information" - After you have saved the file, please attach it to your ticket. Windows 7/ Vista - On your Windows task bar, click the START button. - In the Search box located at the bottom of the menu, type "dxdiag" and press Enter. A "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window should pop up. - In the appeared window choose "Save all information". - After you've saved the file, please attach it to your ticket. dance210:   Gold is indeed done manually. However, I said it can take up to a week. Normally, gold is deposited within 24 - 48 hr after the tournament has finished. It is rare for it to take longer than that, and very rare that players need to wait the full week.   While a fully automated system would be very cool, there would still need to be a delay. Although rare, it is still possible for a team to submit a dispute for the final match :)

dance210:   Hi tomg60616   We have a dispute system in place for any teams that break any of the posted rules, including bringing more that 2 of each tank model. The rules are located here.   As a reminder of our dispute rules:   Disputes that do not fall under the following guidelines or fail to include the following information may be immediately disregarded by tournament staff. Disputes may be filed for the following reasons: unsportsmanlike conduct (profanity, vulgar acts or statements, team or personal insults, etc.), racism, disrespect of an official/streamer/caster, violation of general or specific skirmish rules, violation of forum or game rules. Disputes must be emailed to tournaments@wargamingamerica.com The email subject/title must include the name of the event followed by the word “Dispute” for which you are filing a dispute (ex. Skirmish XX Dispute) Disputes may only be filed by your team’s captain. Disputes are due on the same day as the battle in question. Opposing team captains will be alerted of the pending dispute once a dispute is filed. A dispute rebuttal must be submitted by noon (12:00 PM) PST, prior to the start of the following round. A resolution will be communicated with both involved team captains at least two hours prior to the start of the following round. Publicizing disputes, prior to their resolution, is subject to penalties including, but not limited to: Disregarding of the dispute Immediate team disqualification Removal of offending player from the event Disputes must include the following: In-game name of the player submitting the dispute Name of the tournament the team is participating in Names of both teams involved in the round Reason for dispute: e.g. “I would like to report the team for using a tank that was not allowed, the StuG III.” A replay of the match(es) in question   I hope you enjoy the rest of the Skirmish!

Captain_Judo:   Keep in mind that the entire payout process is completed manually. From gathering the data to executing the payouts. It can take up to a week. It hasn't even been 24 hours since the tournament ended..
