Skirmish 11

{lang:macro__view_post}tomg60616, on Mar 26 2014 - 09:40, said: Greetings   I would like to comment on Skirmish 11.   Generally like the format and the spreading of gold.   I was surprised to realize that the limit of 2 of any 1 tank was not enforced for this tournament.  This came to my realization when we faced off against 3 t71 and could not see the enemy for most of the battle.  Among our team of 8 players only 1 has a T71.  I would prefer that all tournaments have limits.  It would make for more of an interesting game and give the non god like teams to have a chance at 1 kill.   I wonder if there could be divisions for tournaments, Maybe a Gold league Tournament Bronze etc.  Just a thought.   Maybe have the Bravo teams that lost (lower 50%) during the week simply face each other on Friday night and put the new entrants for the Bravo up against other new entrants.  Call the New Entrant section Charlie.  This would be rewarding the Bravo teams that played during the week after taking a beating and maybe give them an incentive to show up.  This is just a thought.  I realize some ppl will always game the system but that happens anyways.    Thanks.

dance210:   Hi tomg60616   We have a dispute system in place for any teams that break any of the posted rules, including bringing more that 2 of each tank model. The rules are located here.   As a reminder of our dispute rules:   Disputes that do not fall under the following guidelines or fail to include the following information may be immediately disregarded by tournament staff. Disputes may be filed for the following reasons: unsportsmanlike conduct (profanity, vulgar acts or statements, team or personal insults, etc.), racism, disrespect of an official/streamer/caster, violation of general or specific skirmish rules, violation of forum or game rules. Disputes must be emailed to tournaments@wargamingamerica.com The email subject/title must include the name of the event followed by the word “Dispute” for which you are filing a dispute (ex. Skirmish XX Dispute) Disputes may only be filed by your team’s captain. Disputes are due on the same day as the battle in question. Opposing team captains will be alerted of the pending dispute once a dispute is filed. A dispute rebuttal must be submitted by noon (12:00 PM) PST, prior to the start of the following round. A resolution will be communicated with both involved team captains at least two hours prior to the start of the following round. Publicizing disputes, prior to their resolution, is subject to penalties including, but not limited to: Disregarding of the dispute Immediate team disqualification Removal of offending player from the event Disputes must include the following: In-game name of the player submitting the dispute Name of the tournament the team is participating in Names of both teams involved in the round Reason for dispute: e.g. “I would like to report the team for using a tank that was not allowed, the StuG III.” A replay of the match(es) in question   I hope you enjoy the rest of the Skirmish!
