with Support when you contacted them. The devs are still
investigating the issue, as the previous micro-patch didn't fix it
for everyone.

were to come into place, it likely would be similar to the rules
put in place for the Throwdowns or March Mapness - play X number of
battles to earn a prize.

feedback on the recent release. We know you have many questions
about the changes and thoughts behind the update so we asked the
developers to go through some of their intentions and future
plans since we launched Patch 0.9.18. We didn't get to every
question asked but hopefully this provides some insight into World
of Tanks. We will continue to do more of these so please keep
posting your questions. Also, we are still gathering
feedback on this patch so please continue to post to specific
threads if there is a topic already or in the section for
general feedback: Feedback/Suggestions Section Matchmaker Artillery Rework Light Tanks Map Rotation Reusable Consumables Q: Why don’t
we allow Artillery to platoon at all? A: Players in Common Test
were vocal about mismatched scenarios, when a Platoon of three SPGs
was placed at the top of the list and the team ended up with three
long-range support fire vehicles as their main strength. The other
frustrating issue from Common Test was the frequent case of arty
giving its all to support fellow Platoon-members and totally
neglecting the rest of the team. To eliminate both problems, we
decided to stop SPGs from forming and joining Dynamic and regular
Platoons. Removing the option for SPGs to play in Platoons also
facilitated team cooperation and aided the matchmaker in creating
balanced teams. Individual Battle Missions were updated
accordingly. We removed Platoons from their conditions.
However – following the release of 9.18 we have received a
lot of critical feedback around this change and we recognize the
player concerns. At the moment we are collecting the
information on this feature and are investigating potential changes
to address your concerns while still avoiding the problems that led
us to make that decision in the first place. Q: Why was
Light Tank view range reduced? How are Light Tanks different from
Mediums? What role should they play that Medium tanks don’t do
better? A: LTs remain “the eyes of the team,” provide serious
support to the allies with intel on enemy positions, and can bite
back if they need to. In the current settings, not only due to good
vision range but also thanks to good camo values they outdo medium
tanks when it comes to scouting. Especially if you gear up your LT
for this role by installing additional equipment and training
skills and perks that improve view range and camo ratings. At the
same time, they are behind MTs in terms of firepower and HP pool,
which forces them to avoid head-on duels with same-tier opponents.
So, it makes more sense to play to your strengths and turn your
light tank from just decent scout into a truly fierce one by
improving on view range and camo, rather than upgrade it to
increase firepower. Q: Why doesn’t Matchmaker balance all
the classes for each team? A: The matchmaker currently tries
to balance 3 classes: LT, TD and SPG in both teams, and allow the
matchmaker to avoid balancing HT and MT specifically. This is
done to avoid making matchmaking timing slow down, and also to
allow of more variety in battles. However, we have heard
your feedback around issues of class distribution at the top tier
in battles, and we are currently planning to make some improvements
to how the matchmaker treats the top tier tanks. We expect to
launch this improvement as soon as possible. Q: What do I do
when I’m targeted by multiple artillery as a slow tank? A: Before
9.18 and the introduction of stun, the answer to this question was
very clear – getting under the fire of multiple artillery was
usually deadly. Now the players have more chances to survive with
such a "focus" and have time to move to shelter. But focus fire
from multiple arty is never good – you still need to pick your path
carefully and use cover wisely.

compensation for the season extensions. As for the why.
There have been some heavy changes recently, with Strongholds
activities and recently to the general game with update 9.18. With
the update, it was decided to extend the season into next month.

invalid code times by accident
this is the first 11 entries with valid codes and 1 that was invalid and i grabbed it by accident on the sheet

That is probably the source of his experience differential. Now, if he has the same problem in a non-light tank, that would be a problem.

These are for valid submissions only - many people put in wrong submissions or missed codes before or after these times which is what took so long to sort through and get correct before payouts went out
First though a note as I saw people saying it in posts - the codes during the finals broadcast didn't go out in Twitch or Twitch chat by me at all, they were 100% in the Maestro UI at http://live.wgleague.net/ per the posted rules
so Twitch lag or stream lag or delay had 0 effect on you getting the codes sooner or later.
Also I can't control what others say in chat so if you decided to enter random codes people posted in chat then that is on you unfortunately. I agree it is not a nice move by them, I can't really control if they do it and you put the codes in.

attention. The TankRewards.com Daily mission should still give the
XP earned with Premium time, based on the testing that we did this
morning. If you notice this again, would it be possible to also

researched and owned all the tier 8 (now 9) and some tier 7 (now
8). I think it works out to over 6 million creds after I sell
all the freebie tanks and add it to the silver. I don't think
it really is a fair replacement for the 200000+ xp I had banked up
on different former tier 7 & 8 scouts that I can now no longer
access. So please clarify is this a bug with the patch or
planned? I'm used to all the butthurt WG routinely hands out
after playing this game as long as I have but this seems like the
rusty iron phallus wrapped in spandex and going in drunk and dry.
Pass the butthurt cream please. I also noticed that on the
now tier 9 lights that I can convert the XP I gain on them even
though I don't have the tier 10 unlocked yet. I can also
choose to speed up crew training which I shouldn't be able to do
considering there is a tank to unlock a tier above.
I do have to comment that as a long time scout player that
I'm still totally undecided on how the new way of things is.
Given the huge number of people playing scouts last night
there were many maps where the top tiers on my team were all
scouts and the enemy team had all heavies and we got stomped
It just seems like trading one problem with MM for another totally
similar one and still not fixing anything except limiting the
number of arty. I think the lights are somewhat underwhelming
and don't see how they are going to fit in to the meta when other
classes of tanks have better everything including vision just
lacking the speed. In some cases the meds aren't lacking the
speed. I'm curious to see if things change or if/when the new
frontline mode comes out if scouts will be able to shine. It
seem like on the small maps that we have now light tanks are simply
target practice for the other classes and don't really have a true
purpose that can't be filled by a medium.

dance210: Hello GreyKat, Just to be sure I understand the
issue, you have XP on your light tank(s), however the system will
not allow you to convert it to free XP, correct? The first
question I have is, do you have any mods installed? I know that
there is a mod that will lock the free XP conversion and I want to
make sure that isn't what is happening first. If you do not have
any mods installed or if there isn't a lock by the free XP, would
it be possible for you to take a screenshot of your garage, showing
the XP on the tank(s) and that it isn't eligible for converting?
Any images we can receive, especially images, will help us when
these issues and bugs pop up. We apologize for the
inconvenience and hopefully we will be able to determine what the
issue is quickly! Thank you for any assistance that you can provide
us.
