SOB_Tenato, on Dec 05 2018 - 08:53, said: Seeking advice from the elders on this forum about a thing that has
me intrigued. I recently started playing heavies again as so I took
out the mighty E100 for a spin. Lots of fun! Then I went off to the
battle on my IS7 and was not that fun. In both cases and for
personal testing purposes I had some premium ammo loaded but did
not used it. I wanted to test regular AP performance. I was
surprised to see that the E100 with 7 less penetration and its well
know awful accuracy will pen more often while IS7 will bounce lower
plates and soft spots as if they were 350mm thick. Seeing this made
me try with premium. With full aimed green reticle, even the prem
ammo would bounce except when really close to target. Thought it
might be just RNG trolling me but it was pretty much the same along
the 15 games I played yesterday. Is there any word of advice on how
to manage the gun on the IS7? The rest of the tank is a pleasure to
play with with that turret and sidescrapping capabilities. It's
just the gun I hate so far XD Thank you.

angles. This means that you can bounce or ricochet with a green
indicator on your tank. Many players ask for replays since
the ballistics for this game are so intricate and go through many
checks before damage is applied. If you haven't had
the chance check out my KBS tanking videos HERE. Also check out Tanks.gg as a
resource for live armor vs gun pen values.

DomoSapien: Hi there!
Echoing what some folks have already mentioned, some screenshots demonstrating the issue with your crew would be quite helpful as we're not entirely sure what you're referring to. There are penalties involved with moving crew between different tanks unless those crews are "re-trained" to those tanks.
Not to scare you away with a huge wall of text or anything, but the Crew system is quite complex and I encourage you to check out our Wiki to familiarize yourself in detail with how it works.

DomoSapien: Tankers, The Lansen C hits Supertest today!

The Lansen C is a Swedish Medium Tank. And get this: it goes really fast. The power-to-weight ratio is outstanding: 28.4 hp/ton with a top speed of 50km. While the top speed isn't anything to necessarily write home about on its own, the substantial power-to-weight ratio allows it to hit that top speed quickly and maintain it on soft ground. Additionally boasting solid firepower on a 10.5cm cannon with 320 average Alpha. While 320 Alpha is above average for a Tier VIII medium, its accuracy and aiming parameters prevent it from being a reliable sniper. Coupled with the relatively low armor values, this will likely place the Lansen C into a Flex Support category, similar to mid-tiered US Mediums. On paper, I would liken the vehicle to a Tier VIII T20 with better mobility. You need to rely on your mobility and the excellent Gun Depression angle of -10 Degrees.
The vehicle will excel at claiming key map positions early, engaging in some active scouting, then flexing to another flank for support. The Lansen is a 'social' vehicle - it fares better in a pack than it does in one-on-one engagements, so laying down solid, punchy, mid-range supporting fire is the name of the game. As always, stats are subject to change based on testing. Screenshots

Felipe6666Original: ¡Buenas!

Tercero, no
Si no te llegó algo,

- Nivel IV ¡Saludos! P.D.: Presten mucha atención a

Subject: [ST] Lost City - Final Revisions
Link on message: #11900884
Link on message: #11900884
DomoSapien: Tankers,
Hitting Supertest today is what will hopefully be the final stage of testing for the Lost City map. It should look familiar, as several versions have been posted to the WCFR subforum in the past, and it bears a striking resemblance to Ghost Town in general (of course, Lost City is substantially larger than Ghost Town, but more on that later.) We feel that the playstyle for this map has been more or less defined, so we can move on to checking the team and location balance, then make changes as necessary. After that, some finishing touches from artists and the map will be ready to go live.

How
has Lost City Changed? The location has evolved pretty substantially
but the general setting and theme remains, with some emphasis on
symmetry carrying over as a design choice from Team Battles. The
redesign is intended to increase viability for different
classes. With this in mind the size was increased from 0.8km x
0.8km to 1km x 1km Additionally the dividing line of gameplay was
changed from a diagonal one to a horizontal one This change was
made to help structure the map, and define more directions for it
to play in different vehicle classes. Diagonal symmetry resulted in
less variation for overall tactics. Previous iterations tended to
funnel gameplay into city blocks, which favored well-armored
vehicles and mobile vehicles that could take critical positions
early. This new version has added options in the form of dedicated
directions for various classes.
1. This area of the map is
for some "LT and MT yee-haw cowboy action." - What this silly
phrase means is that the key to success in this area of the map
relies on mobility; Galloping ahead and controlling the direction
of the battle. From this area you can either wrap around into the
enemy spawn or flank enemy heavies in the city, forcing them to
split their forces and their focus off of your Heavy
push.

2. The
City Blocks occupy the middle of the map. Matters are settled
face-to-face in this area, so naturally if you're in a well-armored
HT, MT, or TD you'll feel right at home here. Most cross-fire
locations are blocked so you don't have to worry about taking fire
from external flanks for the most part. However some crossfires are
open so it's important to maintain situational awareness and a
level head.

3. In the East, gameplay is
a bit more thoughtful. That is, you'll want to take care advancing
up this line as there are TD positions on either side with heavy
foliage. Ever hear the expression: The best defense is a good
offense? Well it couldn't be further from the truth in this case.
Stealthy TD's like the Swedes and the Germans will thrive on
supporting these locations.

4. At
the North and South end of the Map, TD positions with heavy
Foliage offer support for allies and containment for over-extending
enemies on the East and West flanks. These locations offer both
Hard Cover and Foliage cover.

While the map is in its final testing phases for ST we are still making considerations for player feedback; if we receive drastic feedback around any particular features, this feedback may be implemented in the live version. With this in mind please feel free to leave your feedback below. <

DomoSapien: Hi there! Thanks for the candid and honest feedback.
I do understand that the practice of canned responses is a frustrating one, however having worked in Customer Support (Billing Support in particular) for WG for a number of years I can tell you that, when you have to tell thousands of people that your billing entity coincides with your corporate headquarters in Cyprus, it does help to have that bit pre-written. I'm not a fan of canned responses and I did my best to hand-write everything that I could, but in Customer Support Center culture in general (this goes for most organizations), your representatives have a quota for volume of cases handled daily. Not defending the practice as a whole but...it is what it is. That said, the suggested alternatives are just that: suggestions. You may not appreciate someone telling you what alternative methods we have available because it seems like a sidestep instead of a fix, but the representative is offering you what is at their disposal to try and provide you with a resolution to your billing inquiry. I get that as a whole it sounds, well, a little canned, and this is not meant as a slight to you but rather done in the interest of efficiency. As for 'attaching' your bank card, you don't have to save your credit card information with us. Actually, if I'm going into detail: our current Billing Partner for most Visa, Mastercard etc. payments is Adyen. They are a reputable and well-established payment aggregator, much like Paypal. If you don't want your card information going through Adyen, you can use Paypal. (I've used Paypal for over 10 years with zero issues, they are arguably the most reputable payment aggregator out there.) If you don't want to use Paypal, you can purchase a prepaid card like Karma Koin, etc.
We are also working on getting our Amazon Pay support restored however these efforts are ongoing and we don't currently have a timeframe for that particular fix. Sure, these seem like roundabout methods to address what could be solved by a US-based billing entity, however I can't claim to know the specifics of the contract and tax law that would go into setting all that up, so I can't really comment in that regard. That would be like a professional Plumber giving his opinion on Thermonuclear Dynamics.
I can, however, tell you that we do our best to have a variety of different methods available in case your preferred method is unavailable. I can also tell you that I'm quite happy to pass your feedback in this regard on to our Payments Teams, and I will be doing just that.

agora pretendemos verificar o equilíbrio das equipes, as direções

among the team, along with 1200 bonds and 15 50% credit (1hr)
booster per player. For the 3 day tournament, if you check
the rules out you'll see that each stage is a different tier/map
progressing through a "very loose" timeline of WWII
engagements. So stage 1 is tier VIII and yes the top prize in
that group is 6k gold for the team and 1500 bonds per player. That
also qualifies you to go to the next day (Tier IX) where 1st awards
7k gold (team), 1500 bonds and 20 50% credit (1hr) boosters.
After that, you get to play in the final round where the top prize
is 35k gold (Team). So if you managed to place first on every
day, it would net you around (if it was an even split among
7) 6,857 Gold, 3k bonds, and 20 50% credit boosters

processes Credit Card transactions from certain countries as well.
Unfortunately the issue with Amazon pay is quite complex and
involves a bunch of contract stuff that I'm not knowledgeable to
comment on.
We understand Amazon pay is the only method available for certain folks but at this point it's out of our hands. We just have to wait for a resolution. With this in mind I encourage you to seek an alternate payment method if you know you'll want to buy something off the Advent Calendar.

Just a little CB500F, I'm going to sell it and go bigger soon, looking at the CB 1100. I'm definitely familiar with CotA, I've probably done a thousand laps or so of the place in iRacing. I haven't actually been to real life version yet due to bad scheduling but I intend to go to both Moto GP and Formula 1 in 2019
The bit at the end means that the Object 260 and the T-55A are getting some small buffs.

CabbageMechanic: Hey Tankers,
Can you believe 2018 is almost over? Time sure goes quicker as you get older. I've been enjoying the perfect weather here in Texas (finally), and getting some good motorcycle rides in on the weekend. We've been busy making plans for 2019, and there's a lot to get excited about (tanks stuff too, not just Hootie and the Blowfish getting back together). No updates yet on most of the exciting things we talked about last month (Frontlines, MM changes etc), but steady progress is being made and we'll see both in 2019. In the meantime, we have some other cool stuff going on:
Well-Deserved Reward + Advent Calendar I'm assuming most of you have seen our loving Wes Anderson tribute and received your holiday rewards by now. I hope those of you who received them are enjoying your T-50-2's! I'm thrilled to finally have acquired a badge (Beta) so now I don't feel left out on the score screen.
Advent Calendar is up and running, with the cool new twist that you can buy the daily deal with Gold. Exciting deals all month! Some of you will also have noticed that we once again have the following year (2019) attached, please don't @ me about it - it's intentional and related to the Orthodox celebration of Christmas in January.
The New Years event will be kicking off in a few weeks, if you liked the last few years you'll like this one too!
From the Forge
Thank you to everyone who sent in your awesome projects to be considered for our From the Forge contest! So much cool stuff from so many talented people across several disciplines - including a Minecraft Mod! If you make anything tank related consider entering December's contest by e-mailing your entry (anything tank related that you create) to From_The_Forge@wargaming.net for a chance to win premium tanks and other prizes.
Sheriff Event
More details to come, but the weekend of December 14th-16th we're going to round up the posse and head out into the queue to give away some gold to players who kill Sheriff accounts. We may consider deputizing some of you if enough fine upstanding members of the community show interest.
Winter Challenge
Still a week left to work on earning that SU-130PM! It'll be on sale until the 13th, best of luck with your grinds.
Patch 1.3
Coming later this month - mostly a maintenance patch with changes to the Excalibur campaign to make it easier, several maps, some PM 1.0 reward vehicles, and a nice update to the customization system that will give you a lot more freedom with large-scale decals.
Hope you and yours have a wonderful holiday season,
CM

have noted as well as others that it's a Russian cousin of the
Skorpion G. Now since I am a tomato and looking to do better I
thought I would share some helpful videos on how to play. I am also
curious to know if anyone has any unorthodox play styles when it
comes to this tank?
Reviews and other information that I
have checked out. From QuickyBaby From Claus
Kellerman -Rated R for Language- Now what I
have noticed is that the SU-130PM prefers the hang out in the
back and stay in cover tactic; compared to the Skorpion G which is
quicker, utilizing the stick and move tactic better than the
SU-130PM.

¡Saludos!
