I know that it will be a process of training the community to change an old and frequent habit but the long term benefits make it worth the labor. I also believe that folks like me need to set an example by participating in the Gen Disc more often, creating polls, threads and encouraging people who are posting insightful, compelling, and thoughtful threads. I would like to see the dialog in our community mature, it should stay fun and entertaining, but we can't continue to let the same three thoughts dominate the conversation.

I remember playing with a lot of the Ural Steel winners from our server and they were so good that my mediocre playing improved just being on their team. I have total respect for their knowledge and abilities.
