Major_Rampage: SEA is harder to sync up with since they are covering so many regions,  and they have their events that are specific to their region.  It's easier with the EU server.

Major_Rampage: You would have to earn the XP again on those tanks to get the rewards.  The mission is not based on  unlocking a tank,  it's based on playing the tanks.  It's part of the larger "On Track Event" you will be learning more about this weekend.  

Major_Rampage: You would have to have to earn the listed amount of XP on each of those tanks during the event,  to get the reward.
