Captain_Judo: These are probably my favorite games of every season. It's gold
league versus silver league with a ticket to next season's gold
league on the line. Off the top of my head, I remember the silver
leaguers getting the best of the gold leaguers and sending 3 of 4
teams up after season one. For season two, the gold leaguers
dominated and kept their berths. Anyone wanna share their
picks for tonight? I'll say this, these are some buff silver league
teams this season! On a side note, I want to encourage
the community as a whole to tune into Damage_eSports stream.
They're handing out a lot of decent stuff and it's a shame there
aren't more players aware right now. Just the other day an
unnamed Wargaming admin :P nearly took home a free keyboard!
Luckily he was afk so that a player could win it instead :D

I would like to reiterate and expand on a few points made by
others. 1) Thanks for throwing LT Tankers some love, its few and
far between. -Discounts on premiums always good, credit bumps
always good, x2 crew exp always good. 2) Why no credit discounts on
regular LT tanks, most other specials have credit discounts? 3) The
missions... -In spot we trust: I support having missions geared
towards the hardcore player base, they should be rewarded for all
their effort, but this is just silly. Lets break down the numbers.
I checked the stats of a very good LT tanker and he had 1,407
scout medals for 40,669 battles. That's one medal for every 29
battles. That would take me 2-3 hours. Ok, so mission isn't easy
but doable, and what's the reward? A .3 exp bump, which
might mean 300exp or so as a reward for 29 battles... -Spotting
means victory: Do the above 10 times and get optics...really, after
290 battles I've already made a min of 2.9mill creds. -Scout down:
Looks doable and nice reward...good job. -Two for the price of one:
RNG dependent award for arty players (or KV2 muhaha)...Thanks I
guess. 4) Overall: No upvote or downvote for you from me, I
have mixed feelings about the event but it doesn't completely suck
either.

can. 2) Right now we are trying a few new things in
combination with the weekly missions. Currently they are
offering the chance to earn a good pile of credits per day instead
of the discounts. Its something different we are trying out. If you
guys like it, great! say so and if you feel it would be better
to have a discount instead of a credit boost let us know. 3)
We gear our missions to a variety of players. Not all missions are
meant to be easy as others and they have bigger rewards to
compensate for the increased difficulty. We want to reward players
when they do some extraordinary with something worth while.
Sure you can't plan on getting a bombardier every round but when
you manage to pull it off this weekend, you will get a hefty 200k
in the bank. In addition the missions are designed to get players
to be try out scouts AND trying to hunt scouts. This gives
players a healthy amount of chances to earn the missions.

Bombardier is very difficult. I played thousands of arty
battles, and only had 3 (two of them before the introduction of
this medal, so my record only shows one). With the nerfing of
the reloading and aiming time, it is even more difficult to get it.
So getting these two missions are pretty much out of
question for 99% of players.

weekend playoff or participate in group play for better seeding and
greater prizing. After completing group play,
a standings table will sort all teams across all groups
based on points earned against points possible. Prizes are awarded
at completion of group play to teams finishing in the top half of
the standings. These teams qualify for the Alpha Playoff. All
remaining teams qualify for the Bravo Playoff. Alpha Playoff
This playoff consists of the top 50% of group play teams who will
play for a larger prize pool. Group play performance will determine
playoff seeding. Bravo Playoff This playoff consists of all
remaining teams and includes teams registering solely for the
weekend. These teams will compete for a smaller prize pool and the
playoff brackets are not seeded. Both the Alpha & Bravo
Playoffs will use multiple brackets holding a maximum of 16 teams.
This means multiple winners are awarded prizing for their standing
in their respective bracket. Teams and players may only
register once for the skirmish.
