Laera: We are currently working with PlaySpan/UltimatePay to investigate
an issue with their payment system that is preventing players from
making successful purchases on our Premium Shop as of the 4th
of March, 2014. We would like to kindly request that players avoid
making payments through PlaySpan/UltimatePay payment methods as we
continue our investigation. Should you wish to make
purchases during this time, please feel free to use any
non-PlaySpan/UltimatePay payment methods such as PayPal, Rixty, and
KarmaKoin.

Trevzor: Heyo! So, in case you didn't notice, this is the Support
section of the forums. I would take it as a kindness if you didn't
derail topics as such. Clan stuff belongs in the Clans
section. Any way, in response to your question with the size
of your download, even the full game is not that large, let alone
this patch. What does your launcher log say?
Subject: clanwars and some new ideas
Link on message: #6718271
Link on message: #6718271
Hypnotik: Different CW levels: This is an idea that gets thrown around a lot.
One of the problems that comes into play is fragmentation of the
community and the need to keep the level of competition high enough
to keep it interesting and also merit prizes for winners. We
haven't abandoned the idea, but are simply investigating ways to
balance this. We also have to remember that any
changes are global, so they affect the largest (RU)
community and the smallest (KR) in different ways.
Abilities: The biggest hurdle with many of the suggestions you
offer in this group is that they are not able to be defended
against or easily exploitable. Don't forget that while these might
all sound like fun to do to your enemy, they'd also be able to be
done to your clan as well. The landmines idea has been brought
up a few times, and hasn't been completely thrown out. #
Clan Members: 100 members is a limit in CW for balance purposes.
The game currently doesn't support battle sizes larger than 15v15 -
it may in the future, but this would require many other things
(like bigger maps and game design). Many clans would also simply
not be able to have enough players, making it harder to participate
in CW. You can list your brother/sister clans in your clan
description already. Clan trust system: This type of system
would be abused, and we would never disband a clan based on it.
Global CW: This has been talked about since the beginning of
CW. We'll be a step closer to it if/when server roaming gets
enabled.

Trevzor: Heyo! Try running the launcher with the integrity
switch:
To turn this option on please right click on your Launcher desktop shortcut and choose properties. In the target field you should see the following or similar "C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\WOTLauncher.exe" I would like you to add the integrity switch to the end of this line so that it reads as "C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\WOTLauncher.exe -integrity" Please click apply, then ok to close the window. We would also like you to run the launcher with administrator privileges . To do this please right click the shortcut again and choose "run as administrator" If this does not help, send in your information to support so that we can do a more in depth investigation to try and get you back into Tanks. Good luck!

Trevzor: Heyo! When it comes to lag in game, it is very hard to put a
finger on what is going on without having any diagnostic
information to review. I can say that the release of
this patch would not have had any impact on connectivity to the
game. FPS may have been affected as reverting back to the FOV of
8.10, which was wider than 8.11, will mean that more parts of
the game will have to render. As such, it is possible that your FPS
will have dropped slightly due to the amount of things that your
machine is trying to render since the reversion of the FOV from
8.11 settings to 8.10 settings. Unfortunately, as we would
need diagnostic reports to see what might be the issue, I can't
help any further here. I suggest submitting a ticket to Support so
that our team can get the required files from you and hopefully
help you resolve your issue. Cheers!

Trevzor: I understand that you are upset with the automatic Team Damage/Team
Kill system. Our system was recently updated to take into account
many different factors regarding incidences of TD/TK infractions.
Some of these factors include whether or not you are currently
firing at an enemy tank as well as a changed suspension system that
starts a user at a one hour suspension instead of one day, as it
was pre-8.11. For more information regarding the TD/TK
system and how it works, please follow this link: http://forum.worldof...ll-auto-system/

allow standard accounts to see the chat, but not use it. I
would like to be able to chat with some of the players after the
match has ended. This would allow all us to make more friends. Only
way to chat with someone is the add them to friends list. So a
minute of end game chat would be nice to be able to say gg. nice
shot back there bro. or what ever. The option to change how
you want the bonuses of having a premium acct. instead of 50 %
more credits and xp. Let us choose if we want to have 75%
credits and 25% xp. or even 60% credits and 40% xp. you can cap
the xp at 50% to make the grind the same. just let people earn
more credits and less xp if we want. Modules that can be
purchased with gold only. Give them a 1 - 5 % extra
stats, verses buying a mod with silver. Gold mods can expire
monthly and can be re-purchased if you want to continue having the
extra. Just like other games that have perks for paying. Like
vents. buying with gold could add +6 to crew stats vs 5+.
And the option to buy a forth mod slot that would expire monthly
and would have to re-purchase with gold only. Having a
premium acct could make gold mods make some things half
price. none premium. pay a little more for the perk. Buying
gold items like emblems\inscriptions with gold only will add a
small perk to some of the tank features. maybe 1% increase in speed
for emblems and 1% view range increase for inscriptions. These
could expire monthly if you want to continue having the extra perk.
A couple smaller maps for platoon vs platoon
mode. instead of having a 1000 x 1000 map. maybe something a
lot smaller for just platoon battles. Platoon vs Platton in
random battles if option is checked. Premium acct only
option? <----This is okay because it isn't making another
person more viable in battle with premium account Training
Maps that have things to shoot. dummy tanks in hills. or targets
setup in different areas. just to mess around and blow up things
when we are bored. like a shooting range to practice your aiming or
what not. and a couple ramps to jump and break through brick walls
or something. just more fun things to do when bored and you
don't feel like a random battle. The option to sell
gold tanks for half the gold value instead of just credits. Not the
free tanks that WG gives. the ones that we pay cash for. The

had little to no effect on how well equipped you are, unlike most
games. They made gold rounds purchasable with credits because only
allowing players to purchase them with gold made it "pay to win" in
a way. Same with how premium accts. were the only ones that used to
be able to platoon with 3 people instead of 2. Premium only
affects how much you earn per battle, not what kind of equipment
you can buy and I like it that way. However, some of your other
ideas would be nice to see in game.

CatStalker: "Abuse of physics" restrictions are only manually assigned by
support staff after reviewing evidence in a ticket. Some of the
more common causes are intentionally pushing teammates off
cliffs, intentionally blocking in a teammate to where they are
unable to move, or pushing a friendly tank around against their
wishes.

clan is actually the original [WGA] clan, just renamed! ;) We
had to split up, because we grew too big for one clan to hold
us. We are still held to the same rules as everyone
else. If you see this behavior in game from one of our folks,
please feel free to send in a
video replay... You can either submit this
via a Support ticket, or
send them directly to me via a PM. I will make sure to take any
necessary actions. Happy tanking, everyone! ~JT

players
WGL-A and
WGL-B for the Hunt the Pros Event that has a permanent
mission running where players get gold for killing of of them in
battle. These players are also held to the same rules as
everyone, so as Jewel mentioned, if you see anyone not behaving
appropriately please contact support, or in the case of the HTP
accounts, contact me via PM and it will be handled.
