veganzombiez:   Fronts should work similarly to the regions on the current map: you'll have to choose which front you your clan want to fight on.

veganzombiez:     Wargaming does not transfer a player name, clan name, or clan tag without explicit permission from the owner of that name/tag in a Support ticket.  You can attempt to contact the clan Commander through forum PMs, or PM one of the other members and ask them to contact the CO for you.    

veganzombiez:   Clan management is performed through the NA portal, so a player can still perform clan actions even if he is game banned.  However, disbanding a clan would not be preferable in this situation for you as the clan name and tag will not be immediately freed for use.

The_Chieftain:   That shouldn't have happened. We have a sort of internal statute of limitations. Older posts will still get edited, but points usually aren't assigned.   Appreciate the B day wishes. Am now 40.

Pigeon_of_War: Update:   For those of you running SLI'ed and Cross-fired GPU set-ups, please disable that. We are working to see if this can be fixed on the back-end, but it causes some issues for the heavier PC set ups.    Hope this helps!

pizzastorm: Hey tankers,   There are a few issues in 9.7 that we are aware of and working on right now. Below is the list of frequently encountered issues:             Long queue times in Random Battles for light tanks and SPGs.           Issues with Ranked Battles: application hang-up while queued for a Ranked Battle, failure to accept invitations to a Permanent Team from friends.           Unavailability of clan chat for some clan players.           Unavailability of Personal Missions for some players, lost progress for previously completed Personal Missions, and failure to select new Personal Missions for completion.   We are currently working on resolving these issues and will keep you updated on the matter.

Pigeon_of_War:   A re-installation would just remove modifications and a full deletion and installation may remove replays, otherwise it might be a good thing to do if the client is presenting odd hardware issues.

AgentXIII: Been looking at this issue almost all week, sorry for the delay. (JIMSTER305 I'm looking at your ticket right now as well) @helaku, I would love to see your dxdiag and preferences file. I tried to see if you had a support ticket in with us and couldn't find one.   Just my train of thought on this though, it looks jitter on the card. This could be affected by too good of hardware and options like vsync would lower the fps a little but make the frames smoother. What I would love to have you guys try is turning off Areo and theme support in Windows while running WoT. This is easiest on Windows Vista/7 and possible in Windows 8/8.1 but a pain to do as the logon process restarts the dwm process, so you have to disable the windows logon process as well. (not really worth it) Also, I have yet to play with Windows 10.   Right-click on your World of Tanks icon located on your desktop. Select Properties.  Then, check the Compatibility tab. Now, check the boxes to Disable Visual Themes, and Disable Desktop composition. Select Apply and then OK.   This may not fix the issue, but it's helped me with many games on my home machine so its worth a shot. (especially if you are running 2 monitors and have video or flash on your 2nd screen while playing)   If you guys send in tickets, please be aware that my response times may take longer than normal, but rest assured that I like to look at every minor detail, from PSU voltages, clock speeds, running processes, I could go on, but this means I may end up asking for GPU-Z logs or Aida reports <-- I love event logs here, sometimes you can see issues from other games that resolve the issue for WoT.   /endrant, I'm going to get back to the ticket submitted by JIMSTER305, but if anyone else is also experiencing a similar issue, please send a ticket to Customer Support.
