HBFT:   The leaderboards are updated every Tuesday and Friday with each month highlighting a new tier.  If you check on the leaderboards post-update, you can see exactly what the current eligible base XP ranges are for the Tier/Class that you are shooting for.  

HBFT:   As far as I am aware, there isn't a "maximum base XP" for any tier/class.  That having been said, depending on the tank, player, circumstance, etc. certain vehicles may have an intangible "edge" over other ones.  This is probably not what you were asking about, but I thought it might be helpful to link the experience chart here because even I enjoy seeing things visually.  Hope that helps!

veganzombiez:       and version 3 2 varients.   the first one has a yellow mantlet....but because i couldnt get the part BEHIND it yellow. it looks off to me...   2nd one has black mantlet (imagine barrel of gun shooting fireball)     also changed turret.     my advice for this contest.   don't use HD tanks....they really make it hard T.T   That's a pretty sweet effect, Amber!  When can we expect the fully animated version?

Cualquier edito y estarán descalificados. Pigeon_of_War: New 9.7_2 Micro patch fix some things with 9.7. Here is the list of things fixed:   -Fixed long waiting times in queue for random battle on LT and SPG vehicle types. -Fixed an interface issue with experience and research -Fixed an issue where information about special instructions in Strongholds -Fixed some accounts freezing on login screen.
