dance210:   Hello SirDarklight,   We used to run tournaments during off-peak hours. In the past, we've had tournaments as early as 11 am PT and 3:30 pm PT. While there was an audience for both times, it was eventually decided to focus tournaments during the NA primetime, with some tournaments taking place earlier on Saturday. It's something that we can consider doing again; however there are no guarantees that it'll happen.

dance210: Hello tankers!   We are aware of the issues with NA East not working at the moment. We apologize for the issue and are working to correct it.

dance210: Hi guys!   We apologize that all teams had rounds 1 and 7 scheduled at the same time. As it affected all teams, the Round 7 battles will not count. Teams will still be split into two playoff brackets. Due to the error in the schedule, I will be more lenient with the split. Teams will be split 1 - 4 and 5 - 8 (yes, all teams will continue on to the Playoffs).   Again, apologies for the mis-scheduled battle and good luck in the remainder of the tournament.

The_Chieftain:   Good question. I'll ask. I'm fairly sure it started rolling off the presses last week, we shipped back the sample proof with final pen-and-ink edits a week prior and was told they're running with it.

Quemapueblos: You get additional EXP for platooning with vehicles tier IV or higher but not credits.   Full patchnotes of 0.9.18 are here for the most part. We didn't adjust any credit earnings of tanks specifically but there could have been some impact from changes to other mechanics that affected gameplay. It was a big patch! Keep monitoring and so will we. Let us know if you are seeing any significant changes.

Quemapueblos: Totally understand your frustration. We know no platoons for artillery players  is a big issue and we are looking at what we can do to address it. Sorry I can't provide more info at the moment but know we are trying to figure out how to fix this problem and we will let you know as soon we have something to add to the topic.

dance210:   As mentioned before, there are special plans for the Kanonenjagdpanzer; due to these plans, this vehicle is not eligible for the trade-in program.   The trade-in program is only good for eligible tier VI - VIII tanks.  

dance210:   Yes, the SU-100Y is an eligible tank. Do you have a tier VI tank that you can trade in for the SU-100Y? Remember, this program is only for tier VI - VIII, so you cannot use the program for any of your tier V tanks.

dance210:   Hi 9gagger!   I sent you a PM as well, but as a TL : DR for everyone: there is a known issue with the trade-in program if you have an expired rental tank in the garage. For example, if you have an expired rental for the SU-100Y in the garage, you will not be able to use the trade-in program to purchase an SU-100Y. If you remove the expired rental, you should be able to use the trade-in program.   In some cases, the error may occur even if the rental tank has already been removed. In that case, please submit a Support ticket.

dance210:   You're right, the end time should have been clearly stated in the article. We are currently working on a better process so an oversight like this do not occur.

dance210:   Hello Mafia_Graves!   Yes, if someone elects to bring a tier IV tank, they very likely will face off against player(s) in tier VI tanks.   Most of our tournaments have a minimum and maximum tier that is allowed. For the 1v1 Throwdown's, while players are allowed to bring lower tiers, most will bring the max allowed tier.   If you have any other questions, please let us know!

Lert: One of the prototypes / variants of what would become the AMX ELC was the ELC Even 30:     It was basically an early ELC chassis with an ugly oscillating pedestal type turret on top with two 30mm Hispano Suiza HS825 cannons and two 7.62mm machine guns.     The ELC Even was intended for AA and anti-infantry use. However, with limited elevation its AA capabilities were suspect at best.     The Hispano Suiza HS825 guns were designed for aircraft use, but not much information is available about them. Just that they fired a 30x136 cartridge and were belt-fed.     The Luchs and Leopard show that a 30mm autocannon armed tank would be viable in this game. However, the German MK103 autocannon in those tanks fired a much more powerful 30x184 cartridge.   I think the ELC Even would make a viable tier 4 light tank. What it would lack in firepower it would make up in stealth and with its twin 30mm autocannons it would still rip softer tanks to ribbons. Although the HS825 was considerably less punchy than the MK103, the Pz I C proves that you don't need hundreds of millimeters of penetration to have fun, and the 30x136 would be considerably more powerful than the 7.92x94 that the Pz I C carries.
