As for World of Battleships, its a bit too early to speak of it, there is no playing build, and it might only arrive in 2012.

Overlord: So-called "8.8cm dmg buff" never left test server, so never
happened. There was such intention indeed, but after a thorough
thinking, the idea was given up. As for game economy, there are
some issues, we can't deny, but nothing critical which should be
fixed immediately.

planning to cancel it completely. This will affect repair
costs.
Tier 5 LTs are unlikely to see any major changes before 6.7 release.

Overlord: Type 59 is supposed to be comparable to the other tier 8 mediums in
terms of performance. Of course it will get higher profitability.

didn't work out.
As for critical damage to commander, it does not work this way. Commander is knocked, when the respective part of the hitbox inside the tank is hit.

As an European, I however do find the reasoning behind the change somewhat odd - a tank ace is a tank ace no matter what political views. One question about M103 and T110, if I understand it correctly, they will come with the same patch....
Say I passed the T34 without playing with 120 mm and I have T30 in the garage...
If I understand the previous posts, M103 and T110 will share the same 120mm, so when my T30 is replaced with T100, would the M103 also get the 120 mm automatically?

of the revision. You will get M103 only if T34 is in your garage.

Useful information regarding platoons
We are looking for players who will achieve the best results in “Platoon of 2” and “Platoon of 3” categories from now till 23.59 UTC (11.59pm UTC) of the 11th of September.
Contest Rules:- Every player, taking part in the contest, agrees to be bound by contest rules and guidelines;
- If player for some reasons cannot submit battles for himself, he can ask another user to do it. Any complaints on the acts of the asked player won't be considered;
- Platoon with the biggest amount of MVP points wins;
- Platoon MVP points is a sum of MVP points of each platoon member;
- MVP Points earning rules are specific for each category;
- Players can submit up to 3 battle results for each category, each battle result must include the end battle window with opened 'Personal Achievements' tab screenshot and the garage with the end battle pop-up message screenshot of each player from platoon (see the example);
- All screenshots for all 3 battle results for each category must be submitted in 1 (one) post. Fragmented entries over many posts will not be considered. You may submit 1 post for each category;
- Battles can be performed on different vehicles and do not have to be in sequence, just submit the best battles during the allowed time;
- The only change permitted to be implemented on screenshots is the concealment of gold, credits and free XP amount on the garage screenshot;
- Player must calculate the amount of MVP points he has and post it in the top of the entry message. If no score is visible your entry will not be considered;
- Training, company and clan wars battles won’t be considered;
- To take a screenshot press Ctrl+PrtScr. If your keyboard does not have such keys, you are advised to use any free software. They all are saved in the general in-game folder;
- All contest entries (battle results) are to be submitted before 23.59 UTC (11.59pm UTC) of the 11th of September;
- The same player(s) can win in more than one category, he is not required to be in the same platoon for different categories, but the battles for 1 particular category have to be done in one platoon with fixed membership.

Participant of winning platoon in each category will be awarded 8,000 Gold each, the second place will bring them 6,000 Gold for each and the third prize-holders will enjoy 4,000 Gold each. Also we will give 2,000 Gold for the 4th place and 1,000 Gold for the 5th to each participant of winning platoons.

Do you give us detailed informations of the specific adjustments for each tank you change in the patch-notes of 0.6.7? The players deserve to know in which way their tank has been modified.
