Overlord: 1. Game economy overhaul has been delayed, however we are not
planning to cancel it completely. This will affect repair
costs.
Tier 5 LTs are unlikely to see any major changes before 6.7 release.
2. Yes, it should be included in 6.7.
3. Public test server is a must, like any other stage in the chain: internal testing, supertesting, public testing, release.
