LiannaSilverwind: Survival ratio of Courier heavily depends on player and his/her
style. My Courier dies 1-2 times per hour (6-10 battles). I know
about Couriers who regularly die 3-4 times per hour (same 6-10
battles).

Overlord: Since it is a non-penetrating hit, the max damage is halved, thus
/2.
And the max deviation is 25%, thus *1.25.
Consequently each of the targets in the epicenter can get up to 62.5% of the basic shell damage in case of a non-penetrating hit.

Overlord: Yes, correct. However it might be not the case for T59. It created
an extremely controversial impression upon the community. Currently
we have no plans on adding more of it to the game.

Overlord: If the basic damage let's say 2k, and the shell exploded outside
the tank, ie between tanks, in can inflict up to 2k/2*1.25=1.25k
damage to each of the surrounding targets.

Overlord: Won't be changing the current skills. Take time and read the
descriptions of the new skills carefully, once they hit the road.
There will be some peculiarities in the way they work.

Overlord: 2. By proper pre-release tuning of course. It will be much more
difficult to fix them afterwards.

3. Whether the confluence of Venus and Mars together causes Shirer to get TG medals all the time, on my third battle using a tier 5 tank in a high tier game.

I buy a fresh commander with gold so hes training is at 100%.
As he is at 100% i choose to start training eagle eye skill and i get perks Premonition and Expert active right away as a bonus?

Overlord: When your crew hit 100% you can either choose a skill or a perk.
Perks give their effect only when maximized to 100%.
