Karlie:   Pro mě za mě si to tu rozebírejte jak chcete, v tom vám nikdo nebrání, ale pokud chcete odpovědi nebo informace, doporučuju vlákna v odkazech, které jsem vám dala. A pokud mi tímto říkáte (v reakci na info o vytváření klanu, které jsem vám dala), že do té doby jakékoliv jiné info týkající se CW slyšet nechcete, pak se poroučím a do vyřešení lagů vám sem takové informace dávat nebudu, aby to náhodou někoho nepohoršilo. Každopádně stav serverů doporučuji sledovat v uvedených odkazech mého předchozého příspěvku, protože já ty odpovědi na zadku každého příspěvku týkajícího se i něčeho jiného vytetované nemám.

Dakiras:   Compensation is a discussion to be had once we know the extent of the issue. Without the data, a discussion cannot start. We know that some of the community were unhappy with the decision before, but there's a lot that we have to consider with the decision of whether or not to compensate. But it's a little too early to look at that internally since we're still looking at fixing the issue.

Karlie:   Opravdu? I tady? Jak kdybys nevěděl, že neprozrazujeme akce ani na další víkend, natož pak o tom, co se bude nebo nebude dít v další kampani...a ti chytří, si zejména z toho obrázku vyvodí odpověď, pokud neumíš číst mezi řádky, pak i kdybych se snažila jakkoliv, nemám ti jak pomoci...

Ich werde dieses Thema mal weiter gepinnt lassen, falls es vielleicht wieder zu Problemen kommt (was Ich jedoch nicht hoffe). Erneut vielen Dank für die eingesendeten PP Reports.    

Karlie:   Ale Plho, o tom zde již dobrou půlhodinu hovoříme! Stačí se podívat do vlákna, kde se lagy řeší, v diskuzi o CW opravdu neočekávám, že budu hledat primárně diskuzi o lazích! Já se tedy ze srdce omlouvám, že si dovoluji dále pracovat a řešit i otázky obyčejného lidu, když se potýkáte s lagy, zřejmě bych měla mluvit jen o nich...zdá se...i přes to, že žádné jiné informace, než ty, které jsem uvedla v tomto vlákně, zkrátka nemám. Ale když vidím ty mínusy od některých lidí v tom informačním vlákně, zřejmě o informace ani tak nestojíte, chcete aby to fungovalo, chápu, ale co víc máme udělat, kouzelný proutek nevlastníme, tedy musíme holt pěkně po staru, bez kouzel, zjišťovat krok po kroku. Já to normálně napsala, dala jsem ti i odkaz kam, ale ačkoliv říkáš, že to je to, co chceš, dle toho, co píšeš, to tak úplně nebude. Jestli si myslíš, že já tu skáču radostí, tak opravdu ne, nikdo z nás, každý děláme, co můžeme. Možná, že kdybyste přijali tento fakt, nemusela bych pořád dokola psát výše uvedené v každém vlákně, v kterém se snažím normálně fungovat. Sice každý říkáte, že chcete jen informace "nevím, řešíme, víme, nevíme, bude nebude", ale ty máte a očividně nestačí.

Karlie:   Já vím, že ne, ale jsem součástí firmy a beru to. Nejde mi o to, co tu kdo píše mně. Já jen říkám, že na tom technici dělají, jak můžou, tu komunikaci vidím. Ale zdá se, že všichni tady na foru by to zřejmě zvládli na jejich místě vyřešit do pěti minut... Ano, víme o aktuální situaci, snažíme se zjistit, co za tím stojí a kolik lidí to postihuje, ale na závěr toho všeho musíme počkat všichni. Až budou mít něco, co o něčem bude vypovídat, dají nám vědět. Zprávy jsou takové, že chvílema je to lepší, ale pořád to očividně není vyřešené. A s tím pingplotterem...já neříkám, že pingplotter to vyřeší, ale pokud oni tvrdí, že jim to alespoň trochu pomůže, mají zřejmě důvod, proč je vyžadují.  

Karlie:   Ve hře je oznámení, na foru jsme jasně dali vědět, že to prověřujem a že registrujeme zvýšený počet stížností na lagy, ale dokud není jasná příčina, nemůžeme říct ani to, že je problém na naší straně, ani to, že je problém na vaší straně. Prostě se očividně něco děje a zjišťujeme co. Opět situace nyní není slučitelná s lagy, kteří někteří hráči poslední dobou mají, jedná se o jiný problém, který postihuje větší počet hráčů a zřejmě může být na naší straně. Jaké další informace chceš, opravdu nevím. Je to asi jako chtít po doktorovi na operačním sále, když dělá několikahodinovou složitou operaci, aby ti každou chvíli přišel říct, co zrovna udělal... Až dooperuje, řekne ti, co se děje a pokud bude potřeba další operace, řekne ti, že operací se to nevyřešelo, musí se udělat další testy a případně se provede další.  

Karlie:   Prověřím. edit: vypadá to, že i na podpoře měli nějaký problém s tickety, díky tvé informaci aktuálně dohledávají, u kolika lidí se mohlo něco podobného přihodit, tedy by ses měl i ty své odpovědi dočkat. Pokud se někomu stalo něco podobného, pošlete mi PM, popoženu to.

It's to early to talk about things like compensation until we're sure for example the issue is resolved and won't recur. I assure you it's something that is a top priority for us to fix.

Ectar:   There is no lies sir but just look at the example of what's happened here. We've been asked to reply about a specific issue, Iv'e done so and you've came back and said "We don't believe you"   Now I can't really say much else to change your opinion here, and I can't talk about things that haven't been discussed yet (like potential compensation for the issue) because as I said earlier we're in tyhe process of gathering feedback to see how many players this has affected and how hot a topic it's become. I'm being sincere as possible here when saying I know exactly how frustrating things. You should all know by now that I don't dance round an issue or sugar coat. Azkolek: Bonjour à toutes et à tous !

Comme vous vous en doutez, 2014 promet d’être chargée chez Wargaming !
Cette année apportera son lot de nouveautés, de changements, de challenges et surprises en tout genre, sur nos différents jeux comme au sein de la communauté.

C’est d’ailleurs par là que l’on commence : répondant au doux nom d’Azkolek, je rejoins dès à présent l’équipe en tant que Community Manager, aux côtés de Rhaya, Tanatoy et tous les autres. Ma présence a pour but de rafraîchir un poil l’équipe francophone et de vous proposer une connexion supplémentaire avec le staff Wargaming.

En ce qui concerne mon passif professionnel, j’ai eu plusieurs expériences hautes en couleurs, de Madrid à Lille en passant par Montpellier, de la communication à la gestion de projet: j'ai à chaque fois eu des responsabilités différentes !

Côté gaming, j’ai d’abord sévi sur les premiers gros FPS et RTS online, puis sur les grands noms du MMO. A chaque fois, j’ai gravi les échelons pour passer d’un joueur lambda à officier puis parfois chef de guilde,  me donnant à 100% pour avancer ensemble et donner au jeu en équipe tout son sens. C’est justement ce qui m’a plu chez World of Tanks : le meilleur moyen d’avancer efficacement est de le faire avec ses coéquipiers (même si...) ;)   Vous pourrez dorénavant me trouver sur les forums ainsi que sur nos réseaux sociaux et c’est avec plaisir que je vous rencontrerai lors des différents évènements régionaux !

Ectar:   The Friday to Monday was to give more focus on the 2x exp for every win that we did for 3 weeks in January. That was a global event.   

Ectar:   The lag issue is being investigated and a dedicated team are working on it. We're measuring our support tickets and also collecting feedback on the forums from all language teams regarding how many threads have been created or hijacked with players reporting this issues/talking about it. We appreciate and understand your frustration in this matter as it affects us too if we play some games. I can assure you I heard all about it this morning from the players in a match I was in and experienced it first hand. As I've said in the past with an issue like this that goes on for a couple of days, any response from us unless it's "The problem is fixed" is met with sarcastic comments or "Just tell us when it's fixed"  - If we say "No updated today, it's still being investigated" there is always players who will say "OMG, just tell us when it's fixed" along with players saying "OMG why don't you tell us anything" if we don't post.   We're aware that this is a key issue affecting multiple players and we're working to get the issue resolved as best as we can from our side of things.

Karlie:   Jsou pingplottery, které zkrátka ukazují, že chyba u nás není (to, že jste ho v minulosti poslali s podobnou odezvou neznamená, že se nyní jedná o stejný problém), v tomto případě u nás zřejmě problém je, tedy pingplottery opravdu potřebujeme, protože to technikům zkrátka pomáhá. Jestli je pošlete nebo ne, je na vás. Já jen předávám informace, které se po nás požadují. Zřejmě si o to neříkají pro nic za nic... Lagy, které někteří hráči mají řekněme za poslední měsíce s aktuálními potížemi nesouvisí, to je zkrátka něco, co je třeba si uvědomit. Ale já už nemám ani chuť ani sílu vás o něčem neustále přesvědčovat. Chcete-li pomoct, udělejte výše uvedené, pokud si chcete jen stěžovat, prosím... víc prostě pomoct nemůžu.

Karlie: Ten zásadní přínos se pokusim trochu protlačit, těch 25tis je takových...no...mám tuším jen jeden, takže...   90% sleva na falšování dokumentů...do toho půjdu...je to sice blbost, ale prostě se mi to líbí. A 25% na výbavu...žádný lepší datum se neblíží...lepší než za plnou pálku. Prémiáky si tentokrát nechám ujít, jezdím teď spíš vyšší tiery a ty, co v garáži mám, ani jezdit nestíhám...ale možná bych se mohla mrknout, kolik toho bude jezdit, jestli by se nedalo něco pochytat. :)

Karlie:   Tohle je CW vlákno, proto info o vytváření klanu, které vás zajímalo a ne info o serveru, které se řeší úplně jinde. Víc, než je tam zmíněno, pro tebe nemohu udělat. Jestli ode mě očekáváš, že si v tuto chvíli vystuduju IT, zvládnu několik let praxe a půjdu se vrtat v serveru, tak pak tvé očekávání musím zklamat. Aktuálni informace je taková, že servery běží a potíže se monitorují. Požadavek na nás je získat aktuální pingplottery, tedy pokud chceš pomoct, pošli ho dle výše uvedeného odkazu. Pokud budeme mít nové info, předáme ho, víc k tomu zkrátka teď nemáme.
