Ectar:   There is no lies sir but just look at the example of what's happened here. We've been asked to reply about a specific issue, Iv'e done so and you've came back and said "We don't believe you"   Now I can't really say much else to change your opinion here, and I can't talk about things that haven't been discussed yet (like potential compensation for the issue) because as I said earlier we're in tyhe process of gathering feedback to see how many players this has affected and how hot a topic it's become. I'm being sincere as possible here when saying I know exactly how frustrating things. You should all know by now that I don't dance round an issue or sugar coat. I'll be as upfront and honest as I can with the information available to me.    Regarding the 1 day premium that people are assuming is an apology for the lag... Resolving the lag issue is a top priority for us, no one and I mean no one want's frustrated customers or people to stop playing the game.
