Ectar: I highly doubt sales will be lost apart from a few players cutting their nose off to spite their face. If you really really want this tank you'll still but it. The fact it wasn't available until 5 days after you assumed it would be available won't affect your desire to want the tank. As I said previously we've always said EU players would be able to buy it. We never started a time in advance and whilst we could have managed expectations better, you're making it out like we said a specific date and then didn't honor it. That situation hasn't happened.

Ectar: 1. I've known 100% when the tank has been scheduled to go on sale for a very long time. As I said with all other premium shop offers we don't tell players this information in advance. 2. I understand where you're coming from here but what happens in another region server really doesn't have any impact on your regional server. You're playing the same game yes, but you're not seeing people in your matches with something you don't have. Content that could have been enjoyed? - You'll still get to enjoy it. Having the tank in your garage now or 3 days later won't affect the enjoyment you get from the tank in days/weeks/months to come. War in Ukraine? - Come on sir, we're talking about a computer game here. Lets not talk about politics and bring a subject like that into this. NA and SEA don't necessarily get different treatment. The issue is that some players want everything they can get and want it now. You never see someone say "Hey I think this is actually too much, I mean look at how we act now and what we demand/what we need to be satisfied". Skip back 1 year and look at what was on offer then. It's amazing how quickly all that is forgotten as people just always demand more returns for as little investment/work as possible. It's always "we want more" or "we want what they have". Even when thing were equal promotions it wasn't enough. It was still answers like "I was expecting tier 8 discounts" or "Where is the equipment discount?" or "Omg, TD's again" etc etc. 3. Why write in English? Our largest single language on the forums is German with Polish right behind them. Combined between the 2 it's more activity than the English speaking section. Our actual highest forum visits and portal visits are from Poland. - See how making choices for EU players isn't as simple as you think it is when looking at it purely from a single player's point of view?

Ectar: 1. Nope, it's simply normal practice that we don't announce premium offers more than a day in advance 2. That is really not true and tbh kinda hurtful to see as everyone should know how much work we put into keeping you guys informed with the information we have. We can see now in hindsight that there has perhaps been a bit overhyping which could have been avoided by giving the date in advance. Which is why I'll give the date at the end of this post

It's simply that the date isn't the same as when the movie was released in the UK, it was a date chosen in the middle of the various EU release dates. - That's correct to an extent because each region is there to cater to it's own regional players. NA promotions are aimed at NA players and mainly focus on American activity during WW2 or American public holidays/historical events. RU promotions are aimed at RU players and mainly focus on Russian activity during WW2 or Russian public holidays/historical events. It's the exact same for EU region but what many people fail to understand -(or just flat out refuse to acknowledge) in EU we have multiple different countries with different activities/events during WW2 and majorly different public holidays/historical events. Wargaming has never stated anywhere that players across all our servers would have access to the same events week in week out as that's just not feasible with such a varied playerbase who want different things. Now to end all the questions. The Fury tank will be available from the 27th of October in our premium store with different packages starting from 29,99 euro. This price includes a 100% crew and additional gold. In future we'll make sure that when something is hyped, any dates are communicated to players at the earliest opportunity to avoid issues like this again.

Grimbru: Your first thought when being banned for unsportsmanlike conduct is that you killed an in-game mod and he got angry and banned you? I'm sorry buddy but a) it doesn't work like that and b) the chances of him being a mod are incredibly remote and furthermore c) no sane mod would be willing to risk his job just because you circled him to death. At the end of the day the ban is for not one incident but a number of incidents of unsportsmanlike conduct. Maybe asking for top gun is a little harsh to be called this, but then again maybe not, you're still trying to rig the outcome after all. Me, i sit on the fence on this one, I'm not responsible for punishments and the like. All I can say is just accept the ban, honestly think about your behavior in battles (deserting for example doesn't exactly cover you in glory...), and have fun when you get back. You're just gonna have to take this one on the chin mate.

Stejně jako u KV se i u Tigeru už na začátku války objevily "předchůdci" - VK 30.01 a 36.01 od Henschela - u nichž se samozřejmě už tehdy zjistilo, že požadavkům na průlomový tank neodpovídají jak ochranou, tak výzbrojí. A tak se na základě 36.01 objevil 45.01, schopný nést větší věž a 88mm kanon (88mm byl vybrán kvůli větším tříštivotrhavým střelám a v průbojnosti za 75mm kanónem L/70 dost zaostával). Pouze díky tomu, že byl požadavek vznesen už dost dlouho před válkou koneckonců mohl být Tiger I nasazen už na konci roku 1942.

(A ne, to není otázka poměru ztrát - je to otázka přepravní kapacity... A vzhledem k poruchovosti Tigerů by to bylo spíš 15 Shermanů nebo 1 Tiger). Pokud chceš porovnávat univerzální zbraň s úzkoprofilovou specilizací za jedné sady podmínek, vždycky ti vyjde jako lepší ta specializovaná. Proč tedy nemá polovina vojáků odstřelovačské pušky a druhá polovina kulomety? ;) V praxi byla největší hrozbou pro Shermany protitanková děla (tažená i samohybná). (Mimochodem: Když dostali Britští gardisté rozkaz k přesunu do Arden, nechali být své nové Comety a poněkud proti rozkazům a postupům si vzali zpět Shermany, které byly připravené k odeslání do týlu. Že by věděli něco, co ty ne? ;))

Tuccy: Vzhledem k tomu, že výroba Tigeru II dosáhla cca. 1/3 Tigeru I, většina sPzAbt měla mix (tedy kromě těch, co byly kompletně zničené a musely přezbrojit). Přímé střety tedy byly dost vzácné - a vzhledem k tomu, že boky Tigeru II nebyly o nic moc odolnější, než u Tigeru I, i s podobným výsledkem (cca. 67% - 75% tanků bylo zničeno probitím z boku, nezávisle na frontě a na použité zbrani. Zkušení střelci prostě flankovali ať používali krátkou 75mm nebo dlouhou 88mm ;)). Myslím, že asi nejvíc vypovídající je to, že přímo velitelé obrněných útvarů (na úrovni prapor - pluk - divize) Tigery v podstatě ignorovali - šlo o tak vzácné tanky, že když se objevily náhodou ve větším počtu, stejně na ně stačily stíhače tanků a PT kanóny.

Jak psal Norek1. Expert co tvrdí, že Tiger 1 byl ve výzbroji a s určenou rolí před začátkem války by si měl zajít do nejbližší knihovny doplnit informace. Různé prototypy byly vyráběny někdy od července 1941 do července 1942. Hromadná výroba někdy od srpna 1942, dle varianty (H, H1, E atd.). Tiger 2 se vyráběl od roku 1943. Jak tedy bylo zmíněno, Tiger 1 byl v době operace Overlord zastaralý model. Nicméně se pouze zdá, že se jednalo o chybu v překladu, tedy pokud nebyla editována také anglická verze

Tuccy: Expert nic takového netvrdí. Možná by neškodilo přečíst si, co že to expert tvrdí. Plná výroba Tigeru II běžela od poloviny roku 1944. Pár kusů s "Porscheho" věží přišlo už předtím, ale k jednotkám se stejně nedostaly o moc dřív, než "Henschely"...

Tuccy: I kdyby ta statistika byla správná (což není, protože obvykle bere ztráty Tigerů vs. kompletní ztráty nepřítele bez ohledu na příčinu), znamná to statisticky 4-5 mrtvých nebo zraněných, nicméně... Poměr "1:5" je výmysl (který se ale vytrvale drží). Vychází jednak z "kreativních" statistik (viz výše), jednak ze standardní taktiky jakékoli armády - část čety nepřítele upotá, druhá část provede obchvat. Standardní americká tanková četa se skládala z pěti tanků... A vida, že by další zdroj "1:5"? :) (Jako klasický případ manipulace s čísly ať slouží slavný wittmannův nájezd. Z 21 obrněných vozidel - převážně OT a lehkých tanků - zničených osmi Tigery jeho roty za cenu totální ztráty jednoho a dočasné ztráty druhého se rychle stalo 21 tanků zničených Wittmannovým Tigerem ;)) Docela výrazný zdroj zkreslení je mimo jiné i standard hlášení ztrát... Který byl paradoxně nejpřísnější v Rudé Armádě (tank, jehož oprava v dílně pluku / brigády by zabrala víc, než 24h, byl hlášen jako ztráta, stejně tak tanky co musely být odeslány výš), u Západních spojenců se jako zničené hlásily tanky, co musely do divizních dílen a výše... Zatímco v Německém standardu se jako zničený bral tank, který byl buď ukořistěný nepřítelem nebo totální ztráta. Po této historické vložce se vrátíme k pravidelnému programu Fury krátkým oznámením za pár minut :)

Der ein oder andere hat vielleicht mitbekommen, dass ich geheiratet habe. Dies bedeutet, dass meine Frau in Deutschland sitzt und ich hier in Frankreich. So konnte es nicht weitergehen und somit musste ich eine Entscheidung treffen. Im Januar hätte ich mein 3 Jähriges Jubiläum gefeiert, aber das Leben ist leider kein Wunschkonzert.

Wann wird es soweit sein? Die Reise endet am 31.Oktober aka Halloween, passender geht es nicht oder

Dieses Forum hatte seine Höhen und Tiefen, wir haben uns gehasst und auf der anderen Seite geliebt

Ich hasse euch weiterhin, Spaß Leute Spaß

Wenn jeder diese Einstellung hat und nicht mehr reported, dann werden alle frei rumlaufen. Bei einer bestimmten Anzahl an Reports passiert auch was, mach dir da keine Sorgen. Ihr könnt im anderem Thread weiter darüber diskutieren, dort wirst du alle Antworten auf deine Fragen finden.

Cmd_Latina: Zdjęcia muszę być zaprezentowane w jednym poście w wątku do zamieszczania zgloszeń. Forma jest dowolna. Oczywiście nie musi to być fotorelacja z samej premiery. Grunt, żeby wyrobić się do 2. listopada.

Ectar: 1- There isn't a European launch date Fury so please lets not go down this "It was launched in X country so that means you now must sell it in the shop because XXX region is selling it because the movie was launched there" - The sale date of the Fury tank hasn't changed from when it's always been planned to be released. 2 - The tank will be available to purchase for at least a few weeks so everyone will have plenty of time to buy it. The specific date of when it will be available doesn't make any difference other than to give some players peace of mind. - "Well it would be nice to know" - I agree, it would be nice to know about lots of different things but in the big picture of things it doesn't really make a difference because it's not like you're missing out on anything. "But NA players have it!?" - What happens on the the NA servers doesn't have any impact on you playing on the EU servers. 3- Comparing regions and content within those regions is a pointless thing to do. EU is the only region that publishes articles in 7 languages and they always have to go out at the same time. We have to adjust articles for different languages and there is always cultural differences and little things like "that saying makes no sense in our language" to take into consideration. We very rarely publish news articles globally at the same time, and it's even more rare that any promotions are done globally in sync unless it's a major event like our anniversary. It's very easy to criticize the EU region for relaying information but some of you really don't appreciate/understand the work that goes into writing multiple articles in multiple languages on a daily basis and making sure they're all ready in time. I've seen terms like "we deserve to know" and other demanding statements - Chill out guys. You know it's coming, it's coming very soon and you're just going to have to be patient. Some of you are acting like we've taking something away from you or said we're not selling it, which is sad to see. The tank will be available when it's announced on the portal and as with all of our previous premium shop offers we don't disclose information like this in advance.

Ectar: 3 mediums of any tank can do the exact same in the same level battles. With the Type 59's it is/was popular with experienced players as their main "go to" tank to generate extra credits. If you took the same 3 players and put them in any other tier 8 medium the battle results would pretty much be the exact same depending on the map. It's good because it can fulfil multiple roles but doesn't exactly excel in all those areas (for example it's never been good for long range sniping). It's best role is when used to flank or when to push with heavy tanks as it's manoeuvrable and it still capable of bouncing shots when using terrain to your advantage. I've said it multiple times in the past and I'll say it here. I'd still take a Pershing over a Type 59 every time. The Type 59 was last on sale over 2 years ago when a lot of the community wasn't in high tiers and for many players seeing one in battle, it was more likely to be high tier for them. Most players didn't have tier 8 or 9 themselves so they were seeing the Type 59 as a tier 6 or 7 tanks. Before I started working for WG in May 2012 I had an account with over 2500 battles and my 3 tier 8 tanks only had about 50 battles each. People didn't know where to shoot it and many players would simply mistake it for a T-54 and try to avoid it. Basically it was a totally different game over 2 years ago than it was now.

Wysch: Například Tiger by měl také vozit jen krátkou 88ku a Panther jen L/70ku. To, že nějaký tank má modul, který by mít neměl, je prostě součástí hry. Je to navrženo tak, aby byla primárně zachována vyrovnanost vozidel, proto například Hellcat může mít ve hře 90mm kanón a Tiger dlouhou 88ku. Při nedávném experimentu s opravdu historickými konfiguracemi v historických bitvách sis mohl ozkoušet a zahrát, jak vypadal historicky věrný Hellcat.

Ectar: My statements in the past about the Type 59 availability haven't been personal opinion. You should be taking them as an official WG statement as no one else higher up is going to post a different answer. There is no current plans for the Type 59 be sold on EU server. For what the future may hold I can't make any comments because I don't have a crystal ball sadly. As always if there is any new info to share with players we will relay that information as soon we have it. Our stance/answer for tanks like the BTSV, PzIIJ and MTLS are still the same also. There is no current plans to make these tanks available.
