Ectar:   I'm not a back door to our CS team or a queue skip system, so no, I afraid I can't put you in touch with someone directly. There is multiple reasons why I can't, the most obvious being if you then had any further issues about anything, why bother submitting a ticket when you have the contact details of someone directly? That's not a level of support we can offer players. I've checked with our CS department however and they assure me that all the people who were banned in error, have had this issue corrected.  If a player still feels they have been sanctioned in error you're free to reappeal, but that doesn't guarantee you'll get a different answer.   The fact that players were banned in error in the first place resulting in the sanctioned being reviewed intricately to make sure there was no further errors.

Delhroh: Un toque de "tanquista", "piloto" o "marinerito" ... unas manchas de grasa por aquí, unas gafas de piloto, un sombrerito de marinerito... no sé, hay muchas opciones   ¡Animáos que el premio bien merece la pena!

eekeeboo: The suggested tanks should be slightly higher tier ones so you can also use them for the next campaign of missions, for example:   LTs: you should get a tier 6 "proper scout" like a t37, though the french line is advisable due to the autoloader for the track missions and hitting arti etc.  MTs: matilda, Sherman III/M4, E8/E2 and cromwell* etc.  HTs: KV1, KV85, KV2* TDs: t67, hellcat, su100.  Art: fv304, hummel, s51, M44   For premium vehicles to help with the missions (added just in case you have them): Churchill III, E25 (most definitely), lefh18b2 etc.    For the 15th missions you really need to get higher tiers to remove most of the RNG dependency out of it, for example: LT: 13-90, bulldog, t54ltw MT: t62, 140, t54 and e50* HT: VK45.02B*, Maus, ST-I*, IS7* TD: Borsig and just about any tier 10TD ART: Any tier 8+ arti, m44*, s51 will do.    *Refer below   Special mentions: E50 and E50M are extremely versatile and make the ramming mission uber easy VK45.02B or STI will make the triple HP mission significanly easy  M44 This artillery with Heat rounds will make missions like 10x hp much easier and much easier to get xp on.  KV2 is just for module damage and hitting lower tiers with HE.  Cromwell Not the strongest medium but popular for the fire missions.  IS7 Strong armour and strong gun.      Not mentioned Above: T69 because the clip/reload time with all round abilities make this medium good for most missions while being at tier 8 allowing +2 tier headroom for the annoying MT15:3 mission.  Object 416 This is a very strong tank with an extremely powerful gun making latter MT missions easy and the ability to pump out damage.  Type 64 is a premium scout that is cheap tank for what you get and you can do every single LT mission with it.  Batchat 25t Well.... Strong as hell and can do anything but the ramming missions well.  Conquerer/FV215B Very strong tier 10 (that's what I get for not re-reading edits!) with exceptional guns     I'm sure i've left some out and not to everyones liking but, Above is a comprehensive list that I think should allow you to do every mission (including 260's) while removing as much RNG as you can.

Ectar:   I'm very well informed about WG EU affairs. I sit in this office 5 days a week.  When it comes to matters like recruitment however I have limited input and can only really comment on my department and it's needs. When the 16 vacancies was mentioned it was presented as being 16 vacancies in the community team, which is incorrect.  The term "purge" was also used which is not true as various people have left of their own free will and it's not all happened recently. (Some vacancies have been up for at least a month or two).  In Paris we have a variety of departments including Customer Support, Community, Content and Localization, PR, Marketing, Business Relations, Esports, Art, Finance, HR.   Glorified grunt is a new one. I've been around on the forums for over 3 years now and people should know by now when I provide information it's pretty rock solid and I can happily hold my own in a Q&A about our games. I have strong connections with all our departments in EU and will always communicate information with players when I have information to share.

Ectar: Hello Commanders! With the release of update 9.9 some players have been experiencing issues with launching battles. Here is a list of some common issues and how to resolve them. The game resolution appears to be blurry.Please go to your Settings menu, and then Graphics.  Try disabling the feature "Dynamic Adjustment".  We're aware of this issue affecting some players and investigate any further causes. There is no transition from the Spähpanzer 1.C to the Indien Panzer.  The stats from the Aufklärungspanzer Panther remain seperate and don't count as Spähpanzer 1.C battlesWe're double checking the first issue, it appears to be intended there is no longer a link between these vehicles.  - The stats also appears to be kept separate so your AFK Panther stats will be kept separate. My game crashes on "Updating Hanger"It's a high probability you have removed the awesomium folder. You can resolve this issue via the following steps:Download the file: http://dl-support.wargaming.net/wot/ru/KnowledgeBase/config/awesomium.zip Open the game folder, then open the “res” folder. Extract the content of the archive in the res folder. Start up the game as normal. I use a Mac and my game crashes a lot since 9.9We're sorry you experienced this issue, a fix has already been deployed for this and the Mac version of the game should now run correctly. Karlie:   Hi You are most likely using mods that do that to your client after an update (happening in 99% cases). Write a ticket to the Customer service and they will help you find the solution. I strongly recommend you to uninstall all mods as for a start.

Wysch: Jsem těžkej sci-fista, takže nějaký scífko.  Sem tam nějaká profesní deformace a nějaký jakože historický čtení typu "jak se žilo ve středověku", sem tam něco totálně od boku.  Je jedno jakej žánr, v podstatě, asi to ale nemůže bejt nějaký dámský čtení, že jo.   Vzhledem k tempu, v jakým jsem schopnej číst, asi nemá smysl, abych tady vypsal, co zrovna čtu, protože zítra už to platit nemusí.

Wysch:   Jako že pravým myšítkem klikneš na tank a ono se ti automaticky nezaměří dělo na cíl? Jsi první, kdo něco podobného hlásí, upřímně.   Definitivní budoucnost Nadvlády (a tedy i této její sestry) - tedy jestli se vrátí, kdy a na jak dlouho, rozhodnuta není, ale po skončení této události budou tanky odstraněny, posádky hozeny do kasáren, namontované vybavení automaticky odmontováno.

Wysch:   Já mám tedy vrácení posádky jako vždy jen takto.   Nebylo automatické vrácení posádky jedna z vlastností XVM? Nebo jiné modifikace?

W4RGAMER:   Hmm... Ansichtssache. Ich hab auf dem zwar auch Gold dabei, aber nur ~1/6. Die große Menge ist immer noch AP. Und die verwend ich in der Regel auch.  Sicher ist aber, wenn man primär auf gute Kanonen Wert legt, wird es danach um Längen besser. Die Kanone vom BDR ist schon richtig heftig. Und vom ARL möchte ich gar nicht erst anfangen. 

Ectar:   Lack of transparent communication is not what causes Supertest Leaks, nor dev posts only to the RU playerbase or on personal blogs. To give an example on the problems about leaked information, the FV401/A45 was leaked back in January. It wasn't available on any server till now.  In January we obviously aren't ready to talk about it because back then it's fate hadn't been decided yet and how it was going to be added to the game wasn't ready to be shared.  The Fv4202 switch to the Action X.  Players are unhappy they don't know what will happen and complain about lack of info.  There is no info to share, that's why it's lacking! As soon as we know what will happen to the tank, our playerbase is the first place it will be shared with. Until that moment all we can confirm is that it's planned to be replaced with the Action X, and the stats of the Action X aren't confirmed and still subject to change.

W4RGAMER:   Jup, hatt ich übersehen. Wenn das Event vorbei ist, wird die Crew, die ihr zu dem Zeitpunkt auf euren Eventpanzern habt in eure Kaserne geschickt. evtl. verbaute Module gehen ins Lager. Danach wir folgendes gewiped: Eventpanzer Stellplätze   ==> Die Mannschaften könnt ihr behalten und auch die Module die ihr verbaut, gehen nicht verloren.    Gruß, W4RGAMER   @
