Ectar:     1) They do actually.  They just don't have a visible presence by replying to topics. - I along with my fellow Community Managers and Coordinators from other language teams pass on weekly feedback from the forums. The moderator has always been here also. The difference is that the moderators are here to deal with forum violations and help players follow the rules. They're not expected to maintain a super active posting presence (as most of the time they're moderating). Sadly there has been a noticeable increase in forum violations which take up our moderators time. We are actively adding new moderators however selecting new moderators who wish to actually help the community and don't just want to go on a power trip, isn't as easy as some people think.   The LoL tribunal system has been considered with regards to us having something similar, what works for one game however doesn't automatically work for others (otherwise everyone would be using similar LoL style tribunals).

Ectar:   You do realise we have one already right?  By default everyone has the chat filter active and they have to manually turn it off.  The forums also have a chat filter.    In the European region we have something like 30 different countries all with their own swear words.  Now when you block a word, the naughty people who want to use those terms quickly look for ways around the block.  The common method is to add characters from other languages. Shit becomes Shít by adding an i-acute that's used in Hungarian Icelandic, Czech and other languages.  It's not a word in those languages but the substitute letter get the meaning/word across in English.  - So if we ban the word "shit" then have to ban all spelling variants of the words in the swear filter... for all languages.   All of a sudden totally innocent words in other languages are blocked because of that. A perfect example being that the French word for grated (as in grated cheese) which is râpé, is banned because people of poor judgement who use the term "rape" in game look for ways to misspell it to get around the word filter. This is all also before we even get into regional insults within the countries....   We're always looking at how to remove chat toxicity from the game, however there is limit as to just how much chat can be censored.

J0HN_117: Saludos comandantes,  Siento no haber comunicado ésto de forma oficial antes, supongo que habréis notado mi baja actividad las últimas semanas, ésto es debido a que he dejado de ser Community Coordinator para ser Community Product Specialist de Xbox, esto significa que ya no me veréis por aquí ya que estaré centrado en World of Tanks para Xbox. Quiero agradecer a todos y cada uno de vosotros el tiempo que he pasado en estos foros, espero haberos ayudado cuando lo necesitabais, y espero que lo hayáis pasado bien con mis concursos. Wysch:   Nebudou. Jednička, dvojka, trojka, čtyřka... no náš klasický (před)válečný design. Pětka s šestkou jsou vskutku naše designy, věž T 40ky je, jak řekl Silent, "původní" návrh. Samozřejmě, štít děla vypadá, jak vypadá. Sedmička je pak prostě T-34ka se stovkou, no. Osmička, a hlavně devítka s desítkou jsou ale krásné československé návrhy a myslím, že se budou modely devítky a desítky opravdu líbit.  Minimálně mně se líbí a donutily mě se na československou linii fakticky těšit.    P.S.  Silente, nějaké info o průchodnosti terénem?

Boutique premium : la réserve des développeurs   Pour les Type-59 la seule chose qu'on peut vous conseiller c'est de surveiller les Concours Européens où ils sont à gagner de temps en temps. Wysch:   Tož, většinu práce, kterou dělá komuniťák, hráč nevidí. My komuniťáky vidíme na fórech a sociálních sítích, ale to je odhadem 15%-20% času maximálně. Většinu práce, kterou jako komuniťák odvádíš, hráč nikdy neuvidí.  Souvisí to třeba i s tím, že jako komuniťák musíš být v kanclu, protože máš pravidelné (i nepravidelné meetingy o produktech WG, stejně tak je rozhodně lepší, že máš okamžitě po ruce člověka, který ti odpoví například na otázku ohledně nějakého speciálu; stejně tak je fajn, že máš po ruce někoho z podpory, contentu, nebo případně někoho z obchodního oddělení. Důvodů je fakticky hodně, a souvisí to s tím, že management komunity rozhodně není správcování fóra nebo sociálních sítí.    Pokud by se například dělala nějaká akce na československém území, zvedne se množství práce, které musíš udělat, zhruba pětinásobně, a k většině z toho potřebuješ někoho, kdo v té kanceláři sedí.

eekeeboo:   unfortunately, your only hope would be for him to have gathered enough unsportsmanlike in that game and in the next few days for a ban, support may do something with a replay, but that would be the one time you find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and will merely tell you to use in-game reporting system.    The truly ironic thing about this, is that you are more likely to get banned for unsportsmanlike for playing arti, than he is for ruining teammates games. 

Ketankis:   Asi ti chybí aktuální informace, ale zrovna jsem tady z tříčlenného týmu sama, takže pokud mě tu nevídáte tak často, jak byste si přáli, rozhodně to není tím, že bych se nudila, nebo svou práci dělala špatně. Jistě sám uznáš, že pokud je v komunitě jeden člověk a musí se starat o 6 fór, logicky se to na aktivitě projeví.

Francamente me parece muy negativa y reprobable la actitud de muchos usuarios a los que he tenido que sancionar. No debéis responder a las provocaciones con más provocaciones e insultos, porque lo único que conseguís son sanciones, tal y como podéis ver. Es mucho más fácil contactar con el Staff para sancionar a los responsables, y con sanciones más duras que pueden llegar a acarrear  un ban permanente de los foros.    Os ruego que la próxima vez en lugar de responder directamente gastéis un minuto en hablar con el Staff por mensaje privado para que tomemos medidas.   Un saludo.
