There were some preconditions for fixing teleporting/ warping. Big World developers had to make some improvements to game engine and update the current version first.

We want to deliver a lot of changes in one piece. At least fixed teleporting and US tanks will arrive together.

ARGO: I have been dying to have this query answered. I will give an example:
You have a Tiger tank with an 88mm gun, One day all it does is jump up and down and miss. Next day the gun is deadly accurate.
or
One day every time your tank gets hit, you get gun damage and turret rotation problems. Next day your tank is god.
or
One day your tanks is killed by one shots, next day you are getting the one shot kills.
I wonder if Devs frequently are trying out new things during gameplay like this or if it is just a fluke. I am sure many other wonder about this as well. I am sure they do test things out but I am just curious on how it all works.

ARGO: The other night I join a battle, the clocks counting down and I notice to my delight that we have 4 count em 4 lovely T-44 and the other team has 4 arty and many scouts. We had one wespe, I started thinking Hmmmmmm this can work for us. I then greeted all on the chat and politly suggest the idea to improve team survival of all the T-44s rolling as one wave and use their speed and guns to pound the enemy arty for a main assult from the heavies. 99% of the team loved it but one of the T-44s chats back "You ain't my father, you can't tell me what to do!!" and then rolls off on his own.....All of a sudden BOOM! the 4 arty immediately took him out. I then chatted to the now corpse of a T-44 "I Guess you didn't listen to your Dad much either". :lol:
Feel free to put a funny story on a similar situation that happend to you but please do NOT use actual players names.

Server capactity expansion is expected within 3 weeks. Currently our server team are working on improving Russian cluster performance. This expansion will enable us to launch wiki (at the moment we have it only on our local servers), to change city maps rotation back to normal and increase overall performance of our web resources.

No, the game is not ready yet. For several reasons:

1) We need EU servers back first

2) US tanks are still to come

3) Clan wars haven't been introduced

Internal work plan is something completely different from advertising / pr / promotion.

Actually it is our Chinese partners who encourage us to work faster.

This KV player was a complete jerk, and should be banned. If you are going to block this bridge, do it AFTER the scouters go through...that doesn't require a leap of logic.
More than likely, this manuever was performed by somebody who synced with friends, and got into a game with them on the other team.

ARGO: A scouts job is to find a way to overcome this, if there is a theat near a bridge, scout has arty or one of it's big brothers remove the threat.
You are wrong sir, KV driver a jerk?.... Maybe... Banned...absolutly not, He was griefed then fired on first. If bans were to be given "And no I am not suggesting this" then both players are EQUALLY at fault.
If it was then at least one team "+ one mole" communicated their actions well. This entire incident looks more like a complete breakdown of communication in the team which lead to failure, than just a blocked bridge.

ARGO: For starters I would like to say Greetings and Salutations to all the new Beta testors here in WoT, Welcome. I would also like to say a few things about how happy I am at this new crop of players and how refreshing it is to see them asking questions and trying as best as they can to be of help ingame. I have been in many battles with them now and when in my VK3601 or IS4 I have been bailed out a few times by these new guys from a serious tank mauling because they stick close to the heavies and act as wingmen. I would like as well to offer my assistance to any new player who needs help or advice about playing as I am also sure most other Vet players here will do likewise. As these new player can learn a lot from us older ones, We too can learn a few new tricks from them likewise.
Again, Welcome to you all and I look forward to fighting epic battles with you all. :Smile_honoring:

It's not a case of it's done and their sitting there laughing "let's see how long they freak out over this". Their moving forward as fast as they can.
As for RU getting 5.5 it's 2 maps. And some adjustments. Not a major content patch. This patch was to give is more maps instead of waiting for .6 So in the end they aim to do something nice and we act like their stealing babies :( RU only got it first since it does not have to be localized and there is not much to test in it. They never wait on maps since long term play is the only way to test them. Back before eu we played on half finished maps :).
Now their actually complete when patched over.
As to realize it now. That's where we are heading. They have setup times for server upgrades and marketing, support centers, transaction accounts setup ect ect. These thing are not flip a light switch and done. They are at the whim of scheduling with outside companies. If you go to applebees do you walk in and say I want some wings in 2.12 secs
Well their an outside company in essence and you get your wings when they get done. It really is that simple. There is no magic switch in the game industry, they can accelerate their plans but that doesnt equal instantly done

Personally I can wait a bit longer until what they are making for me is truly ready.

That would suck :).  Or we give it some time and reap the benefits of a fully setup game that is amazingly fun to play.   Personally I can wait a bit longer until what they are making for me is truly ready.

MrVic: Is shows why many games in beta give out little warning on when their patches might show up and what's in them.  People take it as it's owed to them.  It's not a case of it's done and their sitting there laughing "let's see how long they freak out over this".  Their moving forward as fast as they can.
As for RU getting 5.5 it's 2 maps. And some adjustments. Not a major content patch.  This patch was to give is more maps instead of waiting for .6   So in the end they aim to do something nice and we act like their stealing babies :(   RU only got it first since it does not have to be localized and there is not much to test in it.  They never wait on maps since long term play is the only way to test them.  Back before eu we played on half finished maps :).
Now their actually complete when patched over.  

As to realize it now. That's where we are heading.  They have setup times for server upgrades and marketing, support centers, transaction accounts setup ect ect.  These thing are not flip a light switch and done.  They are at the whim of scheduling with outside companies.   If you go to applebees do you walk in and say I want some wings in 2.12 secs  
Well their an outside company in essence and you get your wings when they get done. It really is that simple. There is no magic switch in the game industry, they can accelerate their plans but that doesnt equal instantly done

I have been playing wot since march and lived through only 3 maps for months and myself and everyone at wot hq want to see this game complete before release. While I still want it now I respect them for keeping true to focusing on quality prior us paying for it.

An example we release you get tank crazy a blow 100 bucks then your account gets corrupted and lost. Well since we rushed the speed your issue might be resolved takes weeks since you demanded to play now, instead of waiting for the bugs to be sorted out and the support staff to be fully ready and prepared to assit you fast and effectively. That would suck :).  Or we give it some time and reap the benefits of a fully setup game that is amazingly fun to play.   Personally I can wait a bit longer until what they are making for me is truly ready.

I think that america could not have won the battle for midway because they had no carriers to fight with.... resulting into a pretty big problem for america maybe the japanese would be able to attack the US west coast.....

ARGO: For starters there would have been no battle of Midway because Midway was just a rouse to get American carriers. If the US had lost all the ships at Pearl, It would have set the US back a couple of years giving Japan exactly what they needed to do. Set up shop and get sources of oil. Japan "Yamamoto" knew that because of America's industrial power a war with the US was un-winnable in the long run so the stategy was simple, knock out in one blow America's ability to wage war in the pacific long enough to allow Japan to become full seated in the pacific. That being done the US would have had a very very hard time re-taking anything with Japan dug in deep and by two years "or more" having a bigger navy and well fortified islands. My guess is that "Port Morsby" Austrailia may too have fallen.
The one equasion left for the US at this point would be to use many A-bombs "If in your alternate history they still achieved this" rather than risk a long, long, pacific campaign. Either way a much bigger loss of life would be the result.

ARGO: 1st and foremost, NEVER SHOOT YOUR OWN TEAM MATES! No matter what the reason is this is a BAD BAD practice that will always 99.99.9% of the time WILL lead to griefing and team kills and in that case the guy with the legitimate gripe is the one who get the ban hammer and not the jerk in which you mentioned. Aside from that, To answer your query you must first define the following:
Are they truly camping "Sitting around doing nothing"
or
Are the preparing a base defence? "communicating a strategy between team mates and preparing for the first wave of attack".
Camping and base defence get confused a lot in WoT. Some teams tend to be aggressive and roll out, while others stay close to the base and await the enemies scouts to come and be slaughtered thus dwindling their numbers and setting them up for a massive counter strike. Malnovka "Campnovka" is well known for this. There is nothing wrong with running a base defence as long as the players are actually doing something to defend it and communicating with one another, in fact it is a very sound tactic in most cases I believe but again, that is something you need to read into before you deciede what the teams mindset is.
Try this, next time your in a match, let everyone go set up before you do, see what directions if any your teams going in and try to read what they are gonna do then you can base your own move on that. If your alone at the base staring at arty then I suggest you defend them by heading off scouts. If the team is just sitting around and not even helping each other or killing scouts then you will know after the first scout you may be in for a rough ride. In that case, I suggest you defend as best you can until the enemies close then get the hell out of dodge and attempt a ninja cap.
Either way my friend, don't take my words harsh, just take them as friendly help.

Things are a bit vague at the moment. Personally, I think 0.6.x / 0.7 update will arrive in 2-4 weeks.
