Quote 3. Match TYPE within TIER. So a TD does NOT = a Heavy does NOT = a Med. What's more, divide types between teams. So one side doesn't get all the TDs, or all the T-54s, for example. Mind you, matching type within tier will cover that, but thought I'd make it explicit.

Vallter: And we will receive totally reflected teams.

Quote 4. Restrict the composition of platoons so they can only contain vehicles eligible for the same battles. If one is a tier 8, thus eligible for 6-8, 7-9, 8-10, all other vehicles in the platoon must also be eligible for at least one of those match brackets. Put differently, you can only platoon with vehicles of the same tier, or +/-1 tier.

Vallter: Platoons are a player side feature. If they have fun playing Ltracktor+Maus platoon, we will allow them to do it. But MM will take it in count.

Vallter: Beta tester tag means only, that the player has joined us during the Beta Test of the game and before it's release.

That is a direct quote from the wiki under battle mechanics in the earning exp section.
This means, your little Tier 4 tank can get 50% of the credit for knocking 800 damage off a Maus if the arty shoots it while you have it lit.... Live long enough, keep enough things lit (a proper scout just goes close enough to the enemy to light them up, then retreats and repeats) and you can get massive exp really easily. I love ending up in high level matches with my Tier 4/5 scout tanks, get lots of exp and credits that way.

Vallter: One Tier 5 Scout can kill all Artillery, HT up to Tier 8, MT up to Tier 7, TD up to Tier 9
A Platoon of 2 Tier 5 Scouts can kill all Artillery, HT up to Tier 9-10, MT up to Tier 8-9, TD up to Tier 9
A platoon of 3 Tier 5 Scouts can kill every opponent he will oppose.
This is not a theory, we've done it ourselves.

Vallter: Only monitoring system was added, no other changes performed. With the next MM update balance time won't increase.
