how many matches you get before 'suffering' the full MM:in itself this can favour some players over others.
You get a new tank but have shedloads of free exp. So you stick in the best modules (the ones that make the most difference, at least). You get restricted MM. Happy! Another person doesn't have the free exp. So they play stock. Yet they get the same MM as the fully tricked out tank, SIMPLY because the deciding factor is the number of battles fought.
Vallter: Where it is stated, that it is the Only factor to receive a
'novice' chance of balancing?
Quote 1. maximum 3 tier spread (so you never face anything more than 2 tiers above you). So 4-5-6, 5-6-7, 6-7-8, 7-8-9, 8-9-10 for example. Why? Because they all have a REASONABLE chance of damaging any opposition
Vallter: And what about LT and SPG?
Quote 2. maximum of 2 tier 6/7/8 arty in a battle. Maximum 3 arty no matter what tier. No more than 16 tiers of arty, total.
Vallter: Thank you for the opinion on the matter.
Quote 3. Match TYPE within TIER. So a TD does NOT = a Heavy does NOT = a Med. What's more, divide types between teams. So one side doesn't get all the TDs, or all the T-54s, for example. Mind you, matching type within tier will cover that, but thought I'd make it explicit.
Vallter: And we will receive totally reflected teams.
Quote 4. Restrict the composition of platoons so they can only contain vehicles eligible for the same battles. If one is a tier 8, thus eligible for 6-8, 7-9, 8-10, all other vehicles in the platoon must also be eligible for at least one of those match brackets. Put differently, you can only platoon with vehicles of the same tier, or +/-1 tier.
Vallter: Platoons are a player side feature. If they have fun playing
Ltracktor+Maus platoon, we will allow them to do it. But MM will
take it in count.

some people who dont have that tag. (no Im not one of them dont

the Beta Test of the game and before it's release.

distorting the mix of tanks in beta they may revamp it sooner)

with most of the people who complain about the MM ... they are
pissed unless they are in the top 25 or 50%. I am so sick of the
people on the bottom bitching about the matchmaker at the start of
every match. We have all been there ... sometimes you will be the
top tank and sometimes you will be at the bottom ... make the best
of it and help your team. Sometimes you will even be on the bottom
for "gasp" a few games in a row. If you always want to be at the
top then grind to a tier X ... you will always be at the top.

I hate arty and it's not because I dont think it has its place and
yes it has saved my bacon before. However when you are playing a
map and there are 5 or more arties per side it is a long 15 minutes
of hiding. I think 2 per side and within 2 tiers of the lowest
tiered TANK in the lineup is more than fair. Remember the game is
called Worls of Tanks not World of Arty, I have been in some
battles where there were half arties needless to say I just
disconnected and played another game. That happens a lot when I am
playing WOT I just get so dam frustrated over MM I say the hell
with it. Honestly WOT is the only game that gets my blood pressure
up and I dont play games for that I play to relax.

without certain Tank Type

MASSIVE exp in a Tier 4 light tank in a Tier 9 match for lighting
up targets..That is a direct quote from the wiki under battle mechanics in the earning exp section.
This means, your little Tier 4 tank can get 50% of the credit for knocking 800 damage off a Maus if the arty shoots it while you have it lit.... Live long enough, keep enough things lit (a proper scout just goes close enough to the enemy to light them up, then retreats and repeats) and you can get massive exp really easily. I love ending up in high level matches with my Tier 4/5 scout tanks, get lots of exp and credits that way.
Vallter: One Tier 5 Scout can kill all Artillery, HT up to Tier 8, MT up to
Tier 7, TD up to Tier 9
A Platoon of 2 Tier 5 Scouts can kill all Artillery, HT up to Tier 9-10, MT up to Tier 8-9, TD up to Tier 9
A platoon of 3 Tier 5 Scouts can kill every opponent he will oppose.
This is not a theory, we've done it ourselves.

takes me at times 2 minutes before i am in a match, then another 30
to 45 seconds for start. Now you are telling me that this is going
to take longer??? Wow the wait time is longer than the actual
battle, do not like this at all. Well i am glad to see you are not
in it for the money, as those people who love to use gold shot
means a loss of revenue to you, probably a buck a game per gold
shot user eh.

the next MM update balance time won't increase.
