control,  0.33/0.33/0.33  and 3.9 are horrific and
like artillery. Like the old T34 heavy, but balanced with when it
does finally fully aim in, the shot is accurate.  From
personal experience, and many agree - dispersion values are more
important than accuracy + aim-time. Many people complain about the
horrific derp-shot tendencies of tanks like Grille, Skorp G,
Hellcat - and simply its because the atrocious dispersion control.
Whereas tanks like 430U and IS7,  -feel-  unnaturally
accurate despite their mediocre listed accuracy, because of decent
dispersion.  I don't think 114 is in need of help, it is
fine. It is just weird, that is all. if it did get something,
I'd say 180mm for the cupola and 80mm hull side armor would be
fine. For Strv, I think all it deserves are 810 horsepower
engine and 45km topspeed
