Draschel:   No matter what improvements are added to help the gun control,  0.33/0.33/0.33  and 3.9 are horrific and like artillery. Like the old T34 heavy, but balanced with when it does finally fully aim in, the shot is accurate.  From personal experience, and many agree - dispersion values are more important than accuracy + aim-time. Many people complain about the horrific derp-shot tendencies of tanks like Grille, Skorp G, Hellcat - and simply its because the atrocious dispersion control. Whereas tanks like 430U and IS7,  -feel-  unnaturally accurate despite their mediocre listed accuracy, because of decent dispersion.  I don't think 114 is in need of help, it is fine. It is just weird, that is all. if it did get something, I'd say 180mm for the cupola and 80mm hull side armor would be fine. For Strv, I think all it deserves are 810 horsepower engine and 45km topspeed
