and because of how artillery HE specified mechanics function,
damage is extremely random. While HE is random for tanks, it is
nowhere near as random as HE from arty.Tanks need to care about
auto-ricochet angles, over-match plates, track + gun hits vs
vehicular body hits, actual armour thicknesses, all these things.
Artillery do not. Their barring challenge they
seek to at a gameplay
level, shot by shot, overcome is simply striking the
target. Play better. Get over 52%, for starters. Start doing
your HP in damage. When you get to this level, you will see for
