How would you solve current gameplay issues (MM, tank imbalance, etc) in WoT?

Battles. Now sometimes a 3 minutes match is extended to 8 minutes
just because my whole team is chasing down that last scout that is
racing for it's live across the map instead of capping not to
mention certain other nonsense. Especially when you play arty you
just get bored sometimes of how your team chases down some minor
enemy to the point you start capping yourself and afk in cap. 6.
First aid kits should only half the stun duration instead of
totally remove it. 7. Buff spall liners. 8. No more 'limited
tanks'. Everybody should be able to grind/buy all tanks that can
appear through the MM in battles. 9. Tier 9 premiums. 10. Allow to
pause premium subscription at the cost of 2 premium days. 11. Only
count boosters for time spent in battle. 12. Customizable garage
(not through mods). And so much more... 15:56 Added after 3 minutes
Oh and more customizable options for each tank. Like being able to
adjust your armor a tiny bit (maybe less side armor and more roof
armor?) and various other balances that allow me to customize my
tanks more to my playstyle. Maybe trade in some alpha on the T95
for some more mobility. Of course nothing of this will ever

happen... I'm going to point out if you make premium tanks
"the same" or weaker than tech tree, why would you need a new or
want a different game experience or want to spend time playing a
tank to grind credits etc. All those things you mention as things
you want to introduce such as customisable garage, imagine the
number of resources needed to introduce and what's the return on
investment in this case? If it's to make a person get in game and
spend easier, sure. These are just some things you and some others
who have suggested need to consider with these lists.
