I've often criticised you (the EU team) for ignoring your player bases wishes, but I'm starting to realise that the problem here might not be you (atleast not when  So while I appreciate it a lot that you (WG EU) forward our feedback to the developers, I hope that you also realise that it's a waste of both ours and yours time as long as the developers will remain ignorant. ... What's your opinion on this? Or have they forced you to keep quiet on this if you want to keep your jobs? :(

Ph3lan:   This is no an easy question to answer, mostly because it is a fairly complex issue. Here are a couple of points that, imho, contribute to this perception:   1. We could do a better job of communicating to you guys what our plans are and why we are making certain decisions. This is especially true when it comes to decisions that are part of a bigger long term plan, but without knowing the context they seem bad on the short term (bonds are a good example for this I think). We are actively working on this and it can be surprisingly hard, but I think we are getting better at it. The problem we face is that while giving more information seems like the simple and obvious answer, too much information can also lead to problems since if something changes, or doesn't happen people tend to get upset. We have to get the amount right.   2. We have a huge community and our different regions can have pretty different needs. You guys would be surprised how different the feedback reports from different language forums can be (let's say between Spanish and German, or English and Polish). Now imagine how big the difference between whole regions can be (EU, NA, CIS, ASIA). It is not exactly easy to reconcile all those differences within a single game.    3. The differences between the feedback of different player types can be just as big as the ones between regions. Forum users are generally the most hardcore players and your needs are quite different from the "average" player's. The Frankenstein camo issue mentioned here is a good example. This might be a big issue for people who care about historical accuracy, but it might be completely irrelevant for everyone else. (They might even be upset about losing the option to mix and match historical camos.) You can't please everyone however hard you try unfortunately.    I hope I managed to, at least partially, answer the question :)
