KRZYBooP: Howdy Boom Jockeys! Today’s the day for a new challenger to enter the Supertest fray: the Strv K, a Swedish Tier IX heavy.With a British Centurion turret attached to a Swedish Kranvagn hull, it’s very much a hybrid vehicle. The Strv K is outfitted with a modified 105-mm L7 gun, capable of dealing an average of 390 damage with a single shot. The standard APCR round can go through 249 mm of enemy armor, and the special APCR round can penetrate 298 mm. The gun’s accuracy (0.35) and its aiming time (1.8 seconds) is rather noteworthy too. The Strv K takes 10.6 seconds to reload and has a decent view range of 400 m.What isn’t decent for a heavy, it’s the new hero’s hull protection: the Strv K has only 90 mm of armor at the front so be careful what you expose to an enemy. The turret is way sturdier, with up to 254 mm of armor; together with a gun depression of –10 degrees, this hints at a certain playstyle. The HP pool of the Strv K is neither great nor terrible (1,850 points) but its specific power (14.9 hp per tonne) and top speed (40 km/h) are both close to the ‘great’ part of the spectrum.The dynamics of the Strv K allow it to occupy great firing positions early (ideally those covering its softer areas). The turret armor and the gun depression make it possible for the Swede to excel at terrain-based play—with stable damage output thanks to its reliable gun.

Por tal motivo, impulsaré otra investigación especial, pero para eso necesito nuevamente de su ayuda. ¿Qué necesito en puntual? Tres cosas (presten atención a esto porque las IPs que deben ingresar son, lógicamente, diferentes a las de USC): Traceroute  Abran "Command Prompt" (si apretan la tecla de inicio y tipean ese nombre, les va a aparecer), escriban "wotna4.login.wargaming.net" (sin las comillas) y presionen Enter. Dejen que el comando corra y, una vez que finalice, saquen captura de sus resultados (debe parecerse a esto).  Pingploter Descarguen Pingploter, ábranlo e introduzcan la "wotna4.login.wargaming.net" (sin las comillas) en el cuadro de texto que dice "Enter target name or IP" y denle clic al botón verde. Dejen que el programa corra por unos 10 minutos y, luego de eso, saquen captura a sus resultados (debe parecerse a esto).  WG Check Descarguen WG Check, abran el .RAR y ejecuten el archivo .exe. Seleccionen World of Tanks, asegúrense que la opción "Extended network diagnosis" esté tildada, y denle clic al botón "Check". Cuando termine el análisis, guarden el archivo generado (lo hacen dando clic al pequeño botón al costado del naranja principal seleccionando "Open file" ).   ¿Y qué hacen con todo esto? Dos opciones: me envían un mensaje privado a mí con los tres archivos (necesito los tres, ni dos ni uno; pueden consultarme si tienen problemas con alguno de los pasos) o los adjuntan en un ticket a Soporte. Si eligen la segunda opción, envíenme por mensaje privado el número de ID de su ticket. ¡Eso es todo! Comunicaré aquí los resultados de la investigación apenas los tenga (advierto que no es algo que vaya a hacerse particularmente rápido, además depende de su colaboración). ¡Saludos y gracias! P.D.: Cierro el hilo como el otro porque no quiero que la discusión se vaya por las ramas.

DomoSapien: To my knowledge the only official, recurring activity concerning account creation date is the free day (or is it 3? I don't recall at the moment) day(s) of premium you get on your account creation date. Which, depending on when you logged into the forum, may not coincide with the date listed on your profile (3-14). You could certainly submit a ticket and have CS check whether you got that day already, or whether or not it's coming up?

That said, the rental tanks were likely part of some marketing campaign based on a bunch of different stats and data, churn & winback models etc. so the algorithm may not have decided that your data suggested you're likely to start playing again around this timeframe. I don't have a great understanding of it but that's the impression I get, since I don't recall receiving any rentals around December which is when my account was created.

DomoSapien: I don't know if you heard but the Cabanas on overlord were foreclosed due to non-meta location. Too many superheavies were going down to the beach to suntan instead of pushing the enemy base. There might be a bit of a pest problem developing since we shut down, our housekeeping staff was very diligent and I'm sure their absence hasn't gone unnoticed by wheelie bois and SPG's.

Now if you come on down to MY establishment, we've got quality vehicles at quality prices. Your move, "Boop." If that even is your real name....

DomoSapien: With respect to civil discourse, I think it'd be silly to say that the game is flawless and doesn't have some issues. New Balance testing wouldn't be a thing if WoT was perfect (if perfection is even achievable considering the different wants and needs of the community & regions) but it's important to keep an open mind and consider opposing viewpoints in any civil, rational discussion. 

It's easy to appeal to emotion, but appealing to logic is generally (in my humble opinon) the best use of your time and energy.

Game design, even from a simple publishing perspective, is sometimes "more of an art than a science" - you get large volumes of dissenting feedback - often to the point where it becomes hard to manage. Hence why data-driven decisions are made, even if experience has shown that the data can be misinterpreted.

DomoSapien: Lately? Not as much as I'd like. Work has been stressful and sometimes (like when you spend your entire week getting yelled at over Black Market issues) the last thing you want to do is go home and play the game that you work on for a living. Luckily for me, playing more than 5 battles a day isn't part of my job description (but asking players for their opinions is!). I do play World of Tanks and, frequently enjoy it quite a bit. I've been playing since 2012, and will likely continue to play if/when I move on to a different organization. I always try to fire up at least a few battles in between tasks or on my lunch break at work - but work has been busy and things have been hectic, especially in the past couple of weeks as a result of COVID-19. Many of our job functions are being carried out remotely, people are understandably not trying to congregate in meeting rooms... things are slower as a result.
Honestly this seems like a pretty loaded question, Yruputin. I apologize if my recent battle count doesn't measure up to your standards but as a lifelong gamer, I too have moods and phases. Currently I've been playing a lot of Stardew Valley, Sea of Thieves, and Tarkov, but I'm going to be playing more wot on my personal stream very soon (www.twitch.tv/domosapienwga) as I had a lot of fun streaming Ranked Battles last season.
