Tanitha: The language/Localization Pack for the public test 7.0 is still
currently being completed.
Please be patient will I try to get this released as soon as is possible.
In the mean time if waiting is not a option and you are a little technical minded, you may wish to try the following.
Using a file manager, such as windows explorer.
Goto your 6.7 retail world of tanks directory, and into the directory similar to the following (or where ever you have the 6.7 retail world of tanks installed)
c:\games\World_of_Tanks\res\text\LC_MESSAGES
Select all, except
ingame_gui.mo
dialogs.mo
After selecting all the files except the above two mentioned files, right click, select copy.
Then goto the similar directory where you install the 7.0 public test IE:
c:\games\World_of_Tanks70publictest\res\text\LC_MESSAGES
And paste, Selecting override existing files.
This will transfer "most" of the client to English.
Without creating errors with "sell tanks" "Cap meter" "End of game stats" like copying all localization files will..
*Please note the above is a player made solution, (Thanks RelicShadow) for those not wishing to wait for the real language pack to be released.
It may cause unexpected unforeseen errors, and may require you to re-install when the official language pack is released. So it is preferable to wait for the official language packs. However : ) Some people prefer not to wait. So.. This will help as a a temporary fix.

GeneralDirection: First of all, RayJones is not affiliated with Wargaming.net in any
fashion. He is a volunteer who helps out on the forums, but that is
not, and will not be a factor in his ability to participate in
tournaments. He gets no special treatment in tournaments, and so
there is no reason to tell him he cannot participate.
The same goes for any events judged by the community.
The only contests / events volunteers cannot participate in are those judged by Wargaming employees.
I looked into this and server downtime did not affect any battles whatsoever.

there weren't multiple rounds held each day of the weekend. It
would make playing in the tournament unmanageable for most teams.
If you add days off, we're looking at 18+ days just to get through

Vallter: Once system will find out, that player is abusing the feature, his
possibility to complaint will be switched of for a certain
term.
Also, players can do not more than 3 complaints a day currently. If they complaint on real violations, they will receive more 'votes' with time.

I like what we now have, much better. More natural feeling and I am more comfortable with it. This new version still has a very long way to go before it is as good
as what we now have, so say I. This my own personal opinion, some of you may actually lilke it. I may re-install it tomorrow but I will have to slepp onit though.

General impressions so far:
1) graphics appear to be a lttle better
2) frame rate is lower than current version
3) ping is more than triple what I am used to, with current version
4) still lags, just as bad or worse than current version
5) blaring air-raid sirens when you cap or enemy caps
6) tanks skins look good
7) tanks seemed to zip around much faster than current version, so fast, I had trouble controling mine

Vallter: The lag problem is normal, since you are connecting to the Moscow
server to enter the test. That's why you've suffered from these
issues.
I think soon players will make the way round and switch language from Russian to English. Also we will try to add English version as well next time.

This will be abused.
Vallter: There is protection form it.

Vallter: They became more detailed and more historically accurate. This
mean, that instead of having a approximately average armor level on
the front list, for example, vehicles will have more accurate one,
which differs the front armor list armor and armor of such well
known weak spot as machinegun nest/point

Vallter: The data base was copied on the 15th of November. So the progress
was slightly rolled back in comparison with the main server

Vallter: They will be included in the upcoming updates.

Vallter: It will be Tier III-V. This only I can say for now. But we will

GeneralDirection: RazzyL is correct. The intent behind All Star events is to focus on
one specific tank. Patton and M3 Stuart made sense to kick the
event type off because of Patton's birthday and the M3 Light first
use both taking place in November.
