taken into consideration, but of course we're not going to make
something grossly overpowered just so it's played more. Some
vehicles are going to be played more than others for reasons out of
our control: national appeal, visual appeal, play style, etc.

GeneralDirection: This will be something very difficult to address because the server
doesn't always know you've disconnected for a few seconds--it's
still waiting on updates from your client. Until it realizes that,
you won't begin to decelerate / stop.
