How about trying this TC challenge without the "Heading into Queue" chat post. Just announce when you start, take a break and end the event. This change will keep the chat spammers away and will keep battles flowing all through the event.

Mugsy_: Hey AG,
I appreciate that you are trying to think of ways of bridging the gap between younger and elder clans. I know that clans wars can feel like it belongs to relatively few clans, The real solution for the skill gap is to introduce game modes and alternative forms of content is offers a place where everyone can feel successful and enjoy themselves. I believe that some of the planned modes and features will help ease this tension.

Mugsy_: Hello,
I know this may be a strange thread to be poking into and I have an even stranger message.
This WG vs WGNA stuff is nonsense. Of course you should hold us all accountable for any errors, problems, poor planning, or whatever negative experiences you are having. And we should take responsibility for it and work hard to both make things right and prevent them from happening again.
The issues:
Arty Handling - The matchmaker was adjusted but due to technical issues it could not be lowered further. Many artillery pieces were also nerfed in several ways, this issue continues to be scrutinized internally, It is not a done deal.
Mod Removal - There has been no official statement made for our server on this issue. If one comes I will make sure an announcement is made and we discuss it.
German Light Tanks Nerf - Balancing is a touchy, complex issue. But it was just implemented and it very subject to change. If they are under-performing we will adjust them. Please leave the best input you can on those official feedback threads so I can use it as ammo in my reports back to that dev team.
NA-Clan Wars Rise of the Americas Failure - Legit. Indefensible. A series of awful mistakes, accidents, errors, flaws, and nightmares. I lost years off my life during that event.
Reduction of the British 83mm Shell Price Fiasco - There were over a hundred threads on how to exploit our next update to make credits. I understand the frustration of not getting to take advantage but come on, really?
Bottom line is myself and my team answer to you. We are responsible for all the good and bad. It is my job to advocate for this community, to fight on your behalf whether than means within our community or within this company. You can keep me in your crosshairs and I will do the very best I can for you.

Knightinus, on Mar 07 2013 - 21:02, said: OK, they’re re-working maps. Why? Is it less
expensive or faster than just plain new maps?
The process began with 8.0 with the introduction of the new physics. The map changes are to take advantage of physical and visual improvements to the game.
I think we are going a little heavy on new tanks. If you look back over updates before, new tanks were fairly rare. When was the last time someone achieved Master Tanker award? (Kill 1 of every tank.) I do like new tanks, but I’ve been within 1 tank of the award for almost a year, each time more tanks getting dumped in before I can get it. Now I can’t find enough people playing the Chinese tanks to get Expert on that tank line.
haha I imagine that could be frustrating. But there are tank curators who always have that one more that they need for their collection.
So this does seem like there is some over-kill going on in rolling out tanks while other elements such as maps, but also new features such as new equipment – like smoke. Weather. A new match maker. Better ways to coordinate (anyone texting while fighting?) such as voice communications for team. Turn off text. (I know, there’s a mod for that, but really?) Night fighting. Improved spotting system.
Tank modelers are probably not the teams that would handle those other issues. But these things are also in development, some of them are just more complex than you might think and will have far reaching impact. The in-game comm systems will be getting overhauled, the matchmaker is always under scrutiny and being worked on, and the socializing interface will be improved greatly.
This is a good thread given things like adding two new entire tank lines (U.K. & Chinese) while we get things like Dragon Ridge (in, out, in and again out…) meanwhile there are fewer maps that support more than standard battles.
Everyone please note: that while the number of tanks has gone up, the number of maps have gone down. 8.4 gives us minus 2 maps AND minus 2 maps that support Assault.
New maps are on their way.

I think the volume of tanks and their individual personalities and play styles add a lot of depth to our game, personally.
As for more maps, why not? I only hope they don't make the likes of Arctic Region and Mountain Pass, they shouldn't limit the routes to a few.
Our maps will continue to offer a variety of strategies, terrains, obstacles, and options. Various maps will ask different things of tankers, they will need to be approached in different manners.

Large maps present some technical challenges which we are working on, though I don't think you'll ever get to that point where you are just popping black dots on the horizon like was the actual case. I think most people wouldn't really enjoy that. But larger maps with larger teams is a future goal.

Mugsy_:

I guess I am spoiled by a persistent world with a 1/2 scale where you Chase you opponent from the German Rhineland to Dunkirk. I would love to see maps like Sedan to Charleville or Dinant to Hastiere.
The game play would be incredible.
Large maps present some technical challenges which we are working on, though I don't think you'll ever get to that point where you are just popping black dots on the horizon like was the actual case. I think most people wouldn't really enjoy that. But larger maps with larger teams is a future goal.
Mugsy_:

Night battles is a suggestion we have taken to heart but the challenge is to make it properly. It is being kicked out our tank lab, so to speak.

expensive or faster than just plain new maps?
8.4 gives us minus 2 maps AND minus 2 maps that support Assault.

hundreds if only a small selection of them are the ones always used

nobody likes now.

A Time Stamp
El resultado de la batalla debe incluir la "Puntuación Personal" para que podamos verificar cuando ocurrió el empate.
También tendrá que mostrar la progresión de sus resultados, proporcionando capturas de pantalla o repeticiones (replays) de sus otras batallas.
Proof of Score
